6/5/21 937am eastern time Order number 243 I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with hash browns on top. When I got to work, there was bacon on it instead of sausage. If I would've wanted bacon, I would've asked for it. I don't like bacon. It ruined the entire sandwich. $4.92 wasted and I'm hungry. I purchase Diesel fuel for my vehicle on Sunday night 5/30/21 at 1885 Broad St in Fuquay Varina, NC for my new 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe that I had for only 2 weeks. The next day I received a warning indicating "water in the fuel system". I took the truck to the dealership the next morning and contamination was found by Chevrolet. I'm having to pay the dealers for repairs and I don't have any transportation. I can provide receipts.

I do not work there and have never worked there but I know some people who have and do. It's ridiculous the stuff that goes on there. I would never want to work there.!) an assistant manager is seeing a salesperson and they work on the same shift alot. The manager even knew that they were a thing when she hired him. Some "special" people get weekends off...

What the heck happened to regular coffee? These new fresh grind foamy froth machines are not good. I am a heavy coffee drinker and I don't want froth or foam/ I would have went to Starbucks!
It comes out watery and foamy so it changes the taste and texture of the coffee.
You lost a couple of good customers - my husband and I will take our business elsewhere. We will not even stop for gas at sheetz anymore.
We have had a few other small incidents - like dirty bathrooms and wait time on food.. so we stopped using bathrooms there and stopped ordering food... but the coffee machine is the last straw.
Never again will you get a cent from us

Waited 45 min for a fried app sampler and chicken Ceasar wrap fountain drink and beet eggs get food and app sampler is cold and soggy the chicken Ceasar wrap had hot chicken and it made the lettuce completely soggy before I even got to enjoy it I don't know who was supervising the staff but they have no business being in a leadership roll for a simple food order to take so long if this happens again sheetz will not longer receive my business for anything they offer fuel or food
Desired outcome: Someone needs to be retrained if not the entire store
Filthy bathroom, uncooked hot dogs and rude employee
Today 5/14 at about 930 pm went to Sheetz for cigs and hot dogs. Used bathroom it was absolutely disgusting and not one roll of TP in the place. Filth on toilet and all over floor, as well as paper. Sinks filthy. Had to wipe my butt with the seat covers behind toilet. Went out and told the young man up front who got very defensive and half smart with me. I got my hot dogs and they weren't even done. Now I've had some trouble there before with food orders but tonight was way too much. I did reach a rep by phone, I know things are bad right now but the attitude of that store's employees is unacceptable. I don't just complain, I compliment employees as well. The young black girl who works there has a pleasant attitude. Only one I've seen though. Just pointing it out. She is always nice. If I'd known that I could upload pics I'd have taken some of that nasty bathroom

Not a dig to sheetz, but severe compIaints for my department. My evaluations were not taken seriously and I just want to bring it to your attention. We went tonight to the storngsville location off of 82. I got 3 mozzarella sticks and - wrap for 5 bucks. The wrap literally was half a size of what I get for a normal wrap. I had been waiting all day to eat so I was so upset. I literally have never received such a small wrap with no content to it. I try not to complain but truly when I pay for something 5 bucks or not I expect it to be done appropriately.

Cleanliness
The store is dirty in general but the women's restroom was over the top FILTHY. the amount of dust in stall was obvious no one cleaned for several days. There was a puddle on the handicap stall floor quite deep. I suspect it was urine because someone didn't want to sit on the gross seat. There were "buggers" wiped on the toilet paper dispenser in the other stall. Just gross!. I have never ever complained or written a bad review but this seriously needs to be addressed. I was so discussed I left without buying anything from that store.
Desired outcome: Just clean the place so people aren’t afraid to go in the place.
Another employee (supervisor) bullying me
I started working at sheetz #354 on April 11th 2021. From the day I started I never felt welcome most of the employees were ignorant and rude with the exception of a few. On May 6, 2021 I was scheduled to work 9pm to 730am. When I got the the manager told me to get on the computer and due some of my training because I was very far behind due to having no time during my scheduled hours. Andrea ask the supervisor Alexis if she needed help and Alexis said NO so Andrea told her she was gonna have me due computer work and Alexis said that was fine. About 15 to 20 minutes Alexis came in screaming at me that I needed to get out there because they needed help (which was not a problem). I vet out there and help starter because the monitors were completely full after I helped her get caught up I went to finish to help her get caught up. Alexis yelled at me to do fryer but she had cleared the monitor so I had no idea what the orders were and before I could recall them to check she came over and started pushing me out of the way so I started replenishing the condiment bar due to there was alot of things either empty or very low. There were NO ORDERS on the monitors. When another employee Lisa came in I told her what was going on and she must have said something to Andrea because she called myself, Lisa and Alexis in the office. Andrea asked if I was okay and I told her no I was pissed because I'm tired of Alexis bullying me and treating me so rudely. Alexis said I was filling up the cold bar after she told me to do fryer and I told her that was a lie and to get her facts straight. After Alexis and I had a words Andrea said she didn't know how to handle the situation, I told Andrea that I didn't want to work with Alexis anymore and she said that wasn't gonna happen so I told her I quit because I'm not gonna come into work and do my very best to be treated like this. I have worked with Alexis on several occasions and EVERY TIME she rude and nasty with me. She is a Supervisor and shes suppose to be kind and professional but she is no where near either. I have NEVER work ANYWHERE where the staff was so mean and nasty. Now I don't have a job due to being bullied and mistreated. She needs some serious counseling and talked to about her attitude. I just cant believe this. You'd think that a company as big as this would try to keep thier employees especially being so under staffed. I worked and gave 100% when I was there and was nice to everyone just to be talked down too and treated badly. I'm dumbfounded that this is the type of people that gets hired there.

At the locations you have only two diesel pumps if any at please do not add gas pumps. It's very frustrating when there's only two diesel pumps and [censored] who drive gas cars take up those spots. Or you could add diesel pumps to all locations and add more than two pumps, other than that I love sheetz, food is great and love the points system. Keep up the good work

I was pumping gas at manheim pike sheetz lancaster pa this morning .. second to last pump nearest road .. the nozzle handle stuck and I spill gas all over me as I tried to shut it off ! My jeans .. socks... Brand new sneakers and sweater and sweater jacket not to mention my car smells like gas and I was 15 minuts late to work ... So... I did not go inside as they would have looked at me as I was crazy and not done anything anyway . It was approx 740 am around 20 dollars . I want to complain about service in waynesburg, pa next to wal mart
I stop there at least 3x a week. I stopped tonight for gas, a bottle of wine a snack for my dog. Really, only saw 3 people working ! 1 girl was moving extremely fast making drinks and drive through, saw another girl told to go to counter and she could only take non alcoholic purchases. I had already stood in line approxmately 8- 10 mins, there were 8 people behind me . I don't mind waiting but I do mind being first in line and skipped over like I wasn't even there. I walked out! Poor customer service! The girl that was busy making drinks should of offered to come up and let the girl who couldn't ring alcohol make the drinks. Really 3 people trying to do a job of 6 people.

Food service/ Milkshakes being made
Hi I ordered a millshake and waited over 30 mins and when I asked the lady if my milkshake was being made she said they are only making food first. So therefore, I have to constantly wait until they make all the food people ordered even when they came in after me since they are only making food? I am a paying customer and I should get my milkshake in a timely manner.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back or a better solution to orders being made in order for people to get their food or beverages in a timely manner

The food is straight up poison
Employees are criminals from skimming credit/debit cards to use themselves, to pocketing Marlboro -camel discounts to using gift cards bought points on not the buyers Sheetz cards, and amount many other forms of stealing from customers many many locations have stashes of counterfeit money that they give to customers as change for 20 dollar bills on a 6 dollar purchase. So no pay exact change!
Desired outcome: Sheetz pay the consequences of their employees criminal behavior! Sheetz is complicit!
