My name is Roben Ohev Shalom and I am making a complaint on the Shell gas station located on Ventura and Lindley. On Tuesday March 7 I filled up about $15 worth of gas at this station at approximately 7:15 AM. I drove to Westwood area and at the end of the drive my car began to shake. I was concerned and did not know what the problem was. I parked my car as I was late to my class and decided to take action on the problem later that evening. Later that night, I got into my car, turned the engine on, and my car began to shake much worse than the morning and the "check engine" light was on. I called Triple A and towed my car to my home. The next day I learned that there has been a mix-up in the gas at this Shell gas station. On Thursday morning, I spoke to the clerk inside the Ventura/Lindley Shell station and he informed me that I need to tow my car to their mechanic in Topanga and that they will flush out the bad gas and replace with good gas. I did so on Thursday and the mechanic told me to come pick up the car on Friday afternoon. Upon picking up my car that Friday, my airbag sensors have been turned on and instead of my usual smooth-drive, I now has a very rough drive home. First, I do not believe the mechanic has resolved the issue as my cars' drive does not feel the same way as before. It feels much more rough and vibrates at high speeds. Moreover, the airbag sensors have turned on after picking up my car from the mechanic. This really bothers me. I had no problems with my car up until I used this gas station last Tuesday.

On March 9th 2017 I accidentally left my credit card at the 9143 Baymeadows Road Gas Station around 4 am. When I arrived home I called the station at 6 pm to ask if they had the credit card. The Women found the card and advised me that she would cut up the card since I was unable to return to the store to pick it up. Exactly 15 minutes later at 6:15 pm my credit card was hacked with various unauthorized credit card transactions at various WAWA's and Walgreen stores. I firmly believe that the clerk at your store gave my credit card number out or sold the number. I believe someone should be notified of this unethical behavior by your employee.
I prepaid and was told to pay twice in front of 5 people all because the worker was new.
I went to pump gas at my local gas station in Sioux falls on Minnesota and 20th st and it recently changed to shell about a month ago and I went yesterday 03/09/2017 and prepaid $15 on pump 4 and started pumping and as usual it stops at the price you pay at and I seen it went over .37 cents so I went in the store to give him the remaining balance and couldn't leave cause it was saying I didn't pay at all well then waited 45 minutes and I wasn't allowed to get my son from my car since they thought maybe I would leave but that wouldn't be something I wouldnt have in mind also he has autism so he alone in the car is not acceptable either way I swiped my card again and they made me show all my bank info and repay another $15 and was told to come back in the morning . I now got chargers $50 for late fees cause I was only suppose to pay no more then $20 and the rest to my bill and misses my 6 year old sons neurological screening to get his brain evaluated and that itself is very expensive and only have 3 tries to follow up so ended using one up yesterday and if I end up missing all 3 they take the $9000.00 either way if fail to show up . I went today at 8a.m to see what was going to be resolved and they said the worker charged it on another pump and and that I will get the money back in a week or less so that means on top of the $50 I owe I will end up owing another $28 for overdraft fee and wasted my time and gas to go there and To stop off the car at the shop and shortly after yesterday my transmission broke cause all this was suppose to be done in a timely manner and everything failed due to the time being spent at the gas station 1301 S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57105 I will be giving reviews and facebook to this matter and I am not one to do so but being discriminated or targeted in front of people is not professional at any time and I would know because I have been for the past 6 months area manager of 5 cricket wireless stores in the Dakota's. I filled my 11 tuarus sho on March 4 2017. I filled up at the 14 mile an Gratiot location. I put 93 in at pump #8. After driving a few miles my car started on shake and stutter. I then pulled over and got a bottle of heet. The car seem to drive a little better. The next day the car wouldn't not start. I took it to Dorian Ford. They stated I had contaminated gas. Somehow my car had e85 in it. I know for a fact i didn't put e85 in it. It cost me $480 to get repaired. I spoke with manager at gas station. He was rude and didn't want to help. I went into the gas station and they had a bunch of glass pipes in a clear case under the counter. They had a bunch of crack pipes and stuff for weed. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal about it but the guy in front of me was buying a water pipe, when he pointed it out the cashiers grabbed it and said 'this bong?' which is illegal. I had my niece with me and I don't appreciate them having that kind of stuff at her level.

I went to put $10 on gas and only had $26 on my card, they charged me $75 so of course it bounced! I didn't even get to put gas, but yet you guys are still holding my $26.91. It is ridiculous that it has been a week and the transaction is still on hold and neither shell nor my bank claims to be responsible for the holding charge. I called the number on the website and guess what? THE NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE. How convenient. Really? Not only did I not get to put gas, BUT I got $26.91 taken from my account with out permission? I am a full time college student and have a part time job, and things like this ruin the rest of my week! It is absolutely ridiculous that nobody seems to think these things are important enough to have a representative explain, instead just a recording stating shell is not responsible for credit or debit card holdings.

My name is steven and i recently. Went to a shells in woonsocket on social street to buy a can of grizzly. The price was wrongly put up and i mentioned it to a women who was working the cash register. Her name read rhonda . she was very rude and had extreme attitude . that store is very unprofessional. Also my complaint goes deeper. A boy by the name Anthony blasts music off his speaker . im an older man so music these days shouldnt be showcased like that in a business.

Between the hours of one and two I was at the gas station at 3240 Washtenaw Ann Arbor Michigan 48104. Walking into the front door there is about a three inch step on to the upper sidewalk. There is no yellow paint there is no sign saying please watch your step there is no safety sign anywhere for the handicapped ramp. there is no ramp going into the front door it is an unmarked step. There are no signs anywhere except Under New Management and now hiring. As I was walking to grab the door I tripped on the step. Which is about a 3 inch step. I have pictures of the curb/ step and the door where there are no signs posted. I have a pair of leather boots I was wearing that I also have a picture of . There is a split in the boot. It hit so hard it split the leather seem on the toe of my boot. The boots r ruined and cannot be worn anymore. I will be going to urgent care to get my foot checked to make sure there is no further damage beyond my toe. My toe is very bruised. It is also very painful. Nothing can be done for a broken toe. I work in a factory and am constantly on and off equipment. it will be very hard to work with a broken toe if I even can. I brought this to the attendance attention he Shrugged his shoulders and acted like he couldn't really understand me. I asked for a business card of the owner. I just called the card the number on there is the gas station number not his personal number or a company number. I asked for his number to call him directly about this the attendant told me I could not have it that he was in the hospital to call back in 5 minutes for the managers number. this is a corporate store and I do not wish to talk to a manager so I am contacting you I would like to resolve this I will get a lawyer if necessary I do not want to do that but I have personal damage for an expensive pair of boots and a possible broken toe do two property neglect. this is unacceptable and bringing it to the attendance awareness him acting like he could not understand me is also unacceptable because while I was on the phone with him I heard him speaking clearly to a customer. My wife had a very unpleasant incident at the Twin Trail Shell gas station on 9205 Twin Trails Drive San Diego, CA 92129 on 02/28/2017. Tran# 9113933. The gas pump ran very slowly and eventually leaked on the vehicle and onto the ground, while she was comforting two young kids in the car. The automatic shutoff didn't shut off the gas pump. She then reported the issue to staff inside the store and was offered a quick car wash but has to wait for manager approval to get refund on the amount that spilt. The amount of oil got onto the car was so much that the next morning, our garage smelled like diesel fuel and it even dripped onto our garage floor. All this was fine since the initial response that she got at the gas station was very helpful.
However, on Friday evening, 03/03/17, she got a phone call from this management company, Contract Management Services I at 703 Palomar Airport Rd Carlsbad, CA 92011. Phone number is [protected]. The person claimed to be the general manager and wanted my wife to shut up with the $5 refund he is offering and the car wash she already received. He conflicted himself on the claim that he made that he already reviewed the video to determine if the bump was running so slowly because the oil filter of the gas bump is dirty. He just wanted my wife to shut up with $5 refund and kept mentioning that the refund that he is giving is more than what she deserves. Throughout the entire conversation, there was not one apology offered for the mess that we have to go through. He repeatedly mentioned that the $5 is more than what leaked out because it is worth 2 gallon of fuel. And if it is more than 2 gallons, by law, they have to call the fire station to deal with the issue. Actually, the day after the incident, I stopped by the exact pump and it was fenced up already. So it is not just a little fuel that spilt out.
We originally only wanted to know what to deal with in this type of situation at pump, if it happens again. But the response from this person made us feel like a mom is only chasing a few bucks and being cheap. I guess he doesn't understand how much trouble this adds to a full-time mom routine while juggling between a 3-year-old and 5-year-old, not to mentioned that smell of diesel is bad for kids and hard to get rid off. That is not something $5 can pay off. We use this shell gas station because it is closed and on the way home. We use our hard-earned money and time to consume shell product here and have been loyal customer for the past 3 years. After this incident, we not only feel humiliated but definitely will consider stop using Shell. Now, we definitly want a official apology from this person in written and compensate the time and effort that we put in to deal with this issue and detail-cleaning the vehicle.

Hello,
I was just wanting to report a horrible experience I had with your shell station in Lancefield.
My partner and I were driving home from Echuca when we were desperate to fill up our car and we arrived in Lancefeild to do so. As we approached the store no lights were on and there were two workers inside with just headlights being worn on their heads. We had arrived just on closing time and as my partner approached the outside window as doors were locked he was very rudely dismissed help or any customer service from your workers.
We are not from around this area so we were unsure of the proximity of any petrol stations. As my partner asked for help, as we were desperate for fuel or just some help in where to find somewhere that supplied fuel he was abubtly dismissed and it was evdident that your employee was not in the slightest way interested in our potential dangerous situation (being left strandard in a strange town with no fuel to get home)
On our endeavour to find someone who could help we broke down and had to walk another 3km in the night to get some fuel to Romsey and then back to the car.
While we understand that your station was shut we were just after some compassion and help from one human being to another.

It's 1:30 a.m. in Miramar Florida Sunday March 5th 2017 I just came from 6924 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33023 a location I normally go to every night after I leave Publix you have this lady they're who is terrible she's never at the register and she's always rude all this occasion she found it nice to talk about my mother and threatened to call police officers on me and when I told her to do it no one showed up I then immediately took her picture and it got worse she needs to be fired

I bought a $50 gift card at a Shell gas station. When I went to use it, it would not work. I called the number on the back of the card and they said that it was active and there was money on it and to try it again. That evening I stopped again at the gas station and a gf ain it would not work. I called again and they said they could transfer the money onto a different card but it would have to be during business hours. The next day I called back and they said I had to be at a Shell station, which I was not. I called back a fourth time when I was at a Shell station and the attendants told me they did not sell gift cards. Then I went a different station and had to call back again. This time I asked to speak with a manager because it's ridiculous that I should have to go to such lengths to use my own gift card. I asked to be compensated for the time I spent driving around to different stations and calling. They said nothing could be done. You are losing a customer because this could not be solved in an efficient matter. It's ridiculous 1. They I had to wait until business hours to get this resolved -- I work plus what if I had been in desperate need of gas and this was my only option? 2. That I had to go through multiple phone calls and multiple gas stations to get this figured out. 3. The representatives offered me another option of emailing a picture of card and then they would mail me another card. No. I was in need of gas then and I couldn't afford to wait for the mail. As far as I'm concerned, the business practice of "only transferring money during business hours" and the only other option being to have the customer wait 5-7 business days for a card they already paid for is completely unacceptable. Not mention the fact that the card should have been working when I got it. I do not think it is unwarranted to ask for an additional $50 gift card as compensation for the headache this caused. Also, I had planned on purchasing gift cards on a biweekly basis from you but I will not be doing that. Fortunately, at the fourth gas station I visited, the attendant and gift rep were able to transfer money onto a different card. The attendant said that about 1/5 of your gift cards have problems and he has to do this frequently. What a mess.

I went to the Shell gas station on the corner of Baltic and Clifton Avenue last night to buy a pack of cigarettes. I had change to buy the pack for $6.43 and that's all I had to get them at that time. I also wanted to use the change I had in my purse to do so.
There was two women behind the glass window and one woman (Caucasian with light hair) was fine with it and seemed polite. She also seemed to be the one taking orders from the other so I'm not sure who was in charge at the time.
The second woman (she was African American, I am not sure of their names) told me that I can not come back there next time and pay with my quarters and dimes again. (Not pennies, quarters and dimes that I had already pre-counted so I did not waste their time counting at the register).
I am pretty sure that money is money no matter what shape, color or denomination and I am actually offended that I was told this because if that's all I had at the time, I shouldn't be put down for it and made to feel any worse then I did. I used to always go to shell because they are cool workers and nice at all locations, but now I won't be back there for awhile or ever .
I usually don't write complaints, but it really bothered me the attitude and put down .
I work hard for what I have and to be told my money isn't good enough next time I come there was deeply offensive.

My left front tire was low so after pumping gas in my car I went to the air compressor only to find out it cost $1.50 which took only 30 seconds is all it took to bring the tire up to 32PSI. Its against the law to charge customer's who purchase fuel! I have seen this at most if not all Shell Gas Stations. Why do you allow this practice to continue ?

I would like to raise a complain about the way they use to cheat the customers
Last night i visited the petrol bunk to put petrol for my two wheeler initially i informed the work man to full the petrol for Rs.200 and clearly informed after you enter the amount in the machine lock the gun.
Always i use to say this before they start the work with in a second he insert the gun and press multiply times and took it back.
In my bike i have the option of fuel level indication that show clearly how much petrol i have in the tank.
when i started asking him question smartly he called the manager one who is on duty.
the manager was very rude to answer this is not our fault we put petrol in such a way for all customer and started raising the voice.
then i asked him what is the purpose of having lock in the gun why you people are not using it
he couldn't able to answer to my question stair very arrogant and said if you wish to put petrol you can come if not go to some other petrol bunk.
Finally i decided no point of talking to him he does't know how to deal with the customers.
the only reason i use to go shell pump for the purity of the petrol and for the service towards the customer.
Till date i use to take my two wheeler and cars to this petrol bunk just for the service away from 4.5 km from my residence.
Just want to bring this issue to the public notice be careful when you fill petrol with this shell petrol pump in OMR.
Need some action to be taken towards this team of people spoiling the brand name of Shell.

It is twice I attempt to fill in survey to participate in the contest tell. Shell for 500$ to spend at shell, but the survey cuts me off before I can fill in my information for contest (At around 68% of survey). I am very frustrated and I want to stop being a shell customer! I have already filled out a complaint for the first time the survey was problematic a few months ago, and no response. I have been a customer since I started driving (At 16) so it has been 15 years of loyal customer who is cheated in surveys.
bad quality of fuel
Please monitor carefully the quality of the Shell Diesel V-Power that is sell in Brussels at Boulevard du Souverain 240, 1160 Auderghem.
After buying fuel there several times I had a problem with my car - the fuel filter was so dirty that the car had no power. And I used only this fuel station.
Also, very often it's not possible to print the receipt.

I have been trying to contact this corporation since the middle of the week, February 22nd, after your employee, Anand, became so disrespectful he shook his head to other customers about me and asked why I was upset while speaking to him. I was able to get ahold of the customer care representative, Amy, whom was extremely helpful when I filed my complaint but she did asure me that I would be contacted by anyone, the day I spoke to her, that didn't happen. It is now Sunday and I will call as many times as it takes to get a response from this company. All I can say is how disgusted I am by this entire situation.
I have never been so disgusted by another human being than when I was speaking to your employee, Anand from the Balcones Club Dr location in Austin Texas. I tried to insert a 10 dollar bill into your car wash system, the machine would not accept my cash so I went in to get a code. I told Anand about the malfunction and he responded by shaking his head, repeatedly asking what service I wanted . After I washed my car I wanted to go back through because there was still dirt remaining. I now had about 7, 1 dollar bills so I went back in and gave Anand the cash for another wash code, when telling him about the malfunctioning machine he asked me "why are you speaking that way?". IF there was any hostility in my voice it's the job of your employees to handle the situation, not point out I was becoming frustrated. This instance alone should leave Anand jobless. After the machine wouldn't accept the code I went back into your shell store to ask for assistance. Anand walked me to the car wash and restarted the machine, he put the code in and walked away shaking his head. When I tried contacting your corporate headquarters, in the Netherlands...I believe, I was repeadetly HUNG UP ON. When I asked to speak to someone who may be able to help me, hung up on. When I asked for the name of the supervisor, hung up on. When I became frustrated with the call center your company provides I was asked if I said "#### you". IF I had said anything along the lines of "#### you", your employees and I would be having a completely different conversation than me soly trying to get ahold of ANY supervisor. The actions of your employees if absolutely revolting, I will never purchase anything from a Shell store again. I will make a point to purchase from your competitors. Please contact me, I'll give you my name and number (unlike your call center employees did)

Employee was rude, loud, and slow. I was shocked with this experience at the new gas station in my home town. She had a customer, whom was irritated with her before me. She had refused to accept a $100 bill and was very dismissive. The customer didn't tell her to have a nice day, and said/did nothing wrong. She decided to carry out her frustrations with me. With many stores to choose from, I am sure that it can be understood why I will not be using this store again. Try informing people about what "Customer Service" is when when you hire them.
Your complaint form just listed my complaint as located in Rochester Illinois when I clearly indicated my zip code. The store is in Rochester Massachusetts. If this can not be a reliable place to make a complaint I will have to start making phone calls, thanks for nothing.
