i have a situation involving a phone number I've had for years now that i ported over to simple mobile/tracfone wireless 2 years ago.. Recently the service wasn't working so they told me to use a different phone.. i put the SIM in a different phone and it worked fine for about 10 minutes then they deactivated my number and said i was roaming.. so i asked them how since i was in the same location and they can't tell me where or on what network i was roaming and they won't charge me for it they just want to deactivate my number. I have business tied to that number and I'm losing money. I just paid the phone bill on 8/20 as well and they haven't even talked about refunding or transferring service they just want to deactivate my number. I asked them to let me port it over to another carrier since it's my number originally from metropcs and they are REFUSING which i thought was against the law since I just paid the bill 8/20 and they deactivated 8/28. I want to keep my number and they wont enable text so i can transfer it...Is there anyway i could sue them to keep my number and for damages for all the clients resumes and websites that have that number on. I just printed new business cards with that number last week in fact. The number is my primary and i don't know why they won't let me pay for the phantom roaming or transfer my number. Please help..
Desired outcome: For them to let me port my number to another carrier like AT&T <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>)
