I have tracked my parcel has been received on 29.12.17. however, I did not receive my parcel yet. the person in charge called on 8.1.18, he asked me to collect my parcel myself instead of sending it to my house. After I refused to collect it myself, he informed me that will send the parcel to me on that day. however, today 11.1.18, I am still not receiving my parcel. I am really curious when could I receive my parcel. I would like to say the delivery service from Skynet is really really worst.

I got few parcel sent from china, but when it reach skynet warehouse, they keep on dont want to send out my parcel. They gave me excuses said the driver dont want to take my parcel / they have came but the guard dont want let them to come in (100% TIPU because the guard will never do like this as other courier service able to come in) and they also said this area they only come once a week (another tipu again as already one week plus but they never came before). All these are the worst excuses i have ever heard. Courier service have the responsible to send our parcel to doorstep no matter how far it is. If not what for i pay the delivery fees. They keep on delayed my parcel because they want me to go pick up myself. And their office is not near to my house! Skynet management please do something to improve your service. Your staff attitude is terrible and the driver are lazy. If continue to like tat, your company future is hopeless. Please close down your company and dont accept any orders if you are unable to send all the parcel safely to the receiver.

syarikat kami telah menghubungi pihak tuan berapa banyak kali tetapi tidak mendapat sebarang jawapan daripada pihak tuan, tiada pihak yang datang mengumpul dokumen kami. Apabila panggilan kami terjawab dalam beberapa saat, pihak tuan telah mematikan panggilan kami selepas mengangkat panggilan. Servis tuan sangat tidak memuaskan bagi kami, sila buat perubahan.

On 2nd January it was written as delivered by Skynet without a receiver authentication
I have not yet received the merchandise.
It is highly unprofessional to do this.
And the customer service helpline is not picking up. Skynet must improve on it's service clearly. Same thing happened to my friend last year. Skynet has a reputation with not delivering item to it's owner, for a courier service that is a break in trust and pledge.

My parcel postage on 27th december 2017 from skynet s.alam to my address, 777, jalan 11 taman wira indah 78100 lubok china, melaka are not arrive until today ..

I call skynet s.alam they said the parcel already are at skynet melaka. But why they didnt send to me? My house far from their office about 1 hour 40min .. Before this i always do the shipment by skynet, the come to my address in monday & thurday .. But then not this time? I wait for too long.. My parcel the is about rm400 value.. I try to call skynet melaka everyday they didnt pick up my call ..

Pls don't choose skynet if you don't want go the office collect the parcel by your own. I bought something from taobao and use skynet send back to Malaysia but already 2 weeks still haven receive it and I need the thing on this coming Friday. I called and check the staff told me yesterday they get the parcel from China side at 2nd Jan but 3 jan they still haven't delivery out the parcel and 4 Jan also can't promise me can delivery out my parcel. If I rush go their office collect by own is better. Are you kidding!? I paid money use your courier but at the end need go collect by myselF! [censor]! Worst service! Won't use skynet anymore!

Saya ingin membatalkan penerimaan dan tidak akan membuat bayaran COD barang yang dihantar melalui Skynet walaupun saya telah menandatangani consignment note & telah membuka parcel tersebut dihadapan staff di pejabat Skynet Tg Malim. Ini adalah kerana barang yang saya terima tidak sama dengan apa yg telah dipesan melalui FB Fossildeal. Saya sepatutnya menerima seutas jam tangan Fossil dan sebuah beg tangan juga jenama Fossil. Tetapi apa yang dihantar ialah jam & beg tangan yang bukan jenama Fossil.

my parcel reach at kajang branch 30dec，thought will send it 2jan，call them yesterday say will send it，evening i tracking see still at office there，call again say cnt send will send today 3 jan，today morning call say wan check first will call back then dint call me，just now 12pm i call again say today cnt send，coz they so many parcel to send dint free to send come my place ，then say tommorrow will send，later tommorrow n tommorrow when will send i also don know ，express become slow mail，so terrible service，next time i will never choose this courier。

[censor] you! Use skynet service is waste my money! Waste my time! Rubbish sending service! (27/12/2017-3/1/2018) 1 week+ pass already. Address incorrect. Why skynet staff no call and notice receiver and sender? Service bad like that. How to explain? If you did not give me a satisfactory answer. I will publish on facebook and complain about your bad service.

I did not receive anything the whole day ! Then I saw the below message on the tracking website !

When was it being delivered ? To whom ? Who signed ? Who entered this record online anyway ?
I called Skynet Ipoh and spoke to Nadia. She told me the parcel is still in the office ! OMG ! What kind of service is this ? Parcel in office and yet record said 'Delivered', I had no choice but to change address as Im no longer in Ipoh. Nadia was the one who helped change the address to PJ. So far she is the only one working.
Btw, your delivery staff are definitely not doing their job. So many complains online saying status on Skynet tracking website says 'Out for delivery' but yet did not deliver. Please have a thorough check on your system and staff. The message I hear on phone when calling Skynet says item can be delivered the next day and there are over 1000++ staff and Skynet has been awarded for some kind of award in 2016...All these are just lies ! Just check your day to day tasks and how efficient that can be.

30 Dec 2017 CHANGE ADDRESS - WITHIN COVERAGE AREA 12:56 PM IPOH

3/1/2018 - Now. Address has been changed. Item has arrived in Subang. This morning I made thousands of calls to Skynet. Each person gave me a different number.
5623 9090 - engaged forever
5623 9191 - can't even helped !
5623 9159 - told me my parcel has a different tracking number and asked me to call 5623 9101.
5623 9101 - No one picks up since 9am (its 12:20pm now)
Still calling...

Does it really take so many days to deliver from Subang to PJ Taman Megah ? Please see attachment. It says "Out for Delivery" since yesterday morning. But when I called today to 5623 9191, the man told me the item is still in Subang warehouse.
The attachment also says "customer contacted" on 2 Jan, but I didn't. I only started calling today. So...where do these records come from ? Are the staff in Skynet making all sorts of lies for customers ?

Please deliver my parcel asap ! Skynet is truly disappointing. Please read all the complaint from google ! I am terrified to use Skynet ever again.

Pooor service skynet Kemaman...pagi postman call cakap nak delivery barang, ok then just wait la.. but then until the petang pun tak sampai2 lagi.. bila call tanya kenapa tak sampai lagi, dia cakap dah bagi salam tapi takde orang jawab..dia assume xde orang kot..amboi..salah ke kalau call je skali lagi? memang lah tak dengar sbb jarak pagar n pintu rumah memang jauh..pikir logik la sket..at least call la dulu...do u expect me to wait at the door dari pagi sampai ke petang?

I regret to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by your company this time. I never had the occasion to complain about your services in the past and in view of such a good track record, this month's service has been a big letdown. I was not expecting the kind of service you rendered. I delivered a very important document on 27th December 2017 from JB to KL. As checked at signet tracking website the parcel well received at Subang on 28th December 2017 but till now still not delivery at mentioned address. I've called skynet JB & KL and the staff member reacted very badly with me.
I hope you look into the matter and ensure it is not repeated. We would like to have a long association with your company and hope that you will provide us the best services.

I received a parcel without descriptions of goods and unknown sender with no contact and no address. Sky net sender insist to collect cash from my Clerk. I found that it is no details of good, I return it without open.
Sky net was not yet refund me.

I am here to ask for refund before I complaint to consumer court.

I suspected this is a cheating case. Kindly investigate.

Hi Team, this is my first time encountering such a horrible service. Yesterday I took leave and waited for the delivery. Shocked to know that your ppl drop a call back sheet stated im not home. Since 4:39pm until this seconds, I'm trying to call number shown in the sheet but no one picking up the phone. I hv sent whatsapp as indicated for only whatsapp yet no one replied ! Now I'm clueless as having a function tomorrow and the items yet to reach me !

Poor service! Barang check out for delivery tunggu sampai kul 5 petang still x hantar call semua no still x dapat! At least kalau x turun kawasan teluk bahang you all call laa kami ini! satu call pon x dak wey ! P office tanya kata rider hampa otw balik mai wey agak2 laaa wey ! Babi apa hampa dok tipu ! When the parcel arrived, you claimed that the address could not be found. When the delivery man attempted to deliver the parcel, there was only a missed call and no any other follow-ups afterwards.
When I called back, no one answered the call and the same thing has happened to me again and again!

My parcel arrived at the area on 21 Dec and I did not receive a notification from your company until 27 Dec that the parcel has been in your office.

I would like to make complaint regarding of my shipment ([protected]) still not delivered. I had buy air conditioning from Lazada. Currently my shipment arrived Sitiawan Branch on 19 Dec. After few days, i call sitiawan branch to get clarification why my shipment still pending for delivery. I found out that my shipment arrived not complete. It suppose to come with 2 box (blower and compressor).

Yesterday, i call again Sitiawan Branch and had speak with Watie. She promised me will check with HQ. Today, i call again and speak with Watie. She told me that she still waiting answer from HQ. Until now, i still waiting for my shipment.

I am from Sungai Buloh. My parcel (tracking no: [protected]) had reached Malaysia on 20th Dec and was departed to CR1 on 23 Dec. However, after this, there is no any update of my parcel. Was trying to contact the customer service but unfortunately they did not pick up the call as always. So I called the staff from CR1, and they claimed that the parcel is on the way to them. But it has been 5 days until today! Was planning to go CR1 and pick up the parcel by myself but the staffs do not know where is my parcel! This is the terrible situation. This delay of my parcel has affected me a lot, I was suspected to be a scammer as I shared the shipping with my friends. Please take action to send out my parcel!11

My parcel number [protected].. At 22/12 d things was sent from jasin to Johor, Kota masai ...even from melaka to Johor, I stil not receive d parcel... Wen contact d employees at jasin.. They said the parcel already received at Masai, they ask me to tk frm masai... Did we pay to get parcel by ownself? I dnt know for wat purpose tz courier exists... Worst courier service...
