Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito
On 10/19/2021 I ordered the Sonic Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito from my local Sonic. According to friends and family, I'm a "Sonic Nut" who can't seem to pass a Sonic Drive In without stopping for something.
However, my excitement was quickly squashed by the half sized burrito I found wrapped up in my bag. This pint sized thing probably contains one egg, a sausage and maybe a piece of bacon, and that's pushing it. I could literally fit this thing in my hand without overlap.
Come on Sonic, do better…
Incorrect order processing/food not thoroughly cooked
I just returned from Sonic after ordering 2 corn dogs, and 1 medium half cut tea (half sweet, half unsweet) and got home to find the tea was fully sweet and the corn dogs were not fully cooked. I sat and waited 20 minutes to order when they weren't crowded to get that crap. It happens over and over. The majority of the workers are rude and have no concept of customer service and the young kids seem to be in control.

I was at Sonic last night in Somerville Texas 7789.I spent $15.78 I ordered several items .I also order cheese sticks with Marinara sauce .When I got home the sauce was not in the bag, It seems to me when people order cheese sticks they would want something to dip them in .The sauce was on my receipt .I live 2 miles from the store so no way was I going to drive back into town .

You had a winner with Peter Grosz and T.J. Jagodowski "The Sonic Guys, " s I've been watching your lame commercials, since they left. They really are bad, and people don't relate to them! why don't you guys get smart and bring them back, the Sonic Guys, they were cool, everyone buddies, people loved those guys! why can't you see a great thing?

Cleanliness
Last night, my family and I ordered a large meal. We waited. While waiting, a stray dog came on the premises. The manager, (red hair), came out and rubbed and patted the dog. She went back in and brought out some food for the dog. Afterwards, a worker opened the drive thru window. They called the dog over. She took ice from the machine and let the dog lick the ice from her hand. Other employees came to the window and patted the dog. Another employee came out and called the dog over. He rubbed on the dog. We noticed NO ONE washing their hands but still serving food. My family and I called to cancel our order.

One of the worst burger ever received i just threw it away.
Am sorry i have too complain but people need to know about the sonic in benton ky is terrible. One of the worst burgers, smelled like bad, ever received i just threw it away. Nasty.
Makes me think it was tampered with. Want be return to this store. Other sonic stores had no problem.

Coke with your coke nozzle at the bottom of my drink.
Today, 9/25/2021, I drove thru the Sonic Drive-in in Jacksonville, Arkansas at around 2:45 ish and ordered a large coke, a Route 44 Sweet tea, and a bacon breakfast toaster. When I got home I gave my daughter her coke. Later today she finished her drink and said it was empty of coke but it's still feels like something is in it. She opened the top and we found a nozzle from your coke machine. It was dirty and disgusting. With all the virus' going around my daughter gets a drink with a nozzle in it that everyone in the Sonic has put their hands on. I am not sure what I want to do about it or who I should report this to but I am mad as I can be. I am sending you pictures to look at. It is hard to believe that the person filling the drink did not notice this. Just check with this Sonic and see if they are missing a nozzle from the coke dispenser.
Large chocolate shake
Visited the Sonic in Warner Robins on Hwy 96. I ordered a large chocolate shake which took forever to get, that was really not the problem. I didn't stat drinking it till I got home. I got order and then paid at the first window. I gave the cashier 20.00 and correct change of 63 Cents. She handed money back of 4.00 without counting back to me with the ticket. For about a month the app states that the store is closed and it's not. This is not acceptable because I can't get the offers that are only available in the app as well as increasing my chance of contacting COVID from the screen. If you aren't going to allow it to be used then it needs to be completely closed.
Desired outcome: Allow the app to work quite subjecting me to the change of getting COVID

I ordered on app at 1:15 pm. I waited in the stall for 30 minutes. No food. Finally drove thru the line which took another 15 minutes.
Received order which was cold by this time, Ordered slush... the girl at the window says there is no ice.. so unsure what I got. If they had no ice, they couldn't say that on the app.
Waited 45 minutes for an order. If I wanted to spend my whole lunch hour in line waiting.. I wouldn't order on the app.
That store is one of the worst places I have ever ordered from

I have several surveys that I need to take and I love to take them as it allows me to have a free soda every now and then, but the sight says it is no longer valid. Have you discontinued the free Route 44 survey? and if so, how do I claim the receipts I have in my possession? I go to sonic everyday in the morning.

We went to the Sonic in Raymond MS and never got our order. It was Sept 6 at 5:00 pm. When we asked, they said they thought we had left, we were parked in front of the window in plain sight of the workers. Needless to say we left and took our business elsewhere. This is the third time we have had issues here. Will tell everyone not to go there!
Desired outcome: Workers to do their job!

She was rude and didn't seem like she was enjoying her job I know people have days but she could have been a little nicer. I asked for fries and got Hard burnt tator tots and when I had addressed it she looked at the receipt and said oh okay I will go back and get those fries with a "I don't care" attitude. 9/1/2021 Bought three meals, two were fine but the chicken slinger combo was awful. The bread was all dry and wrinkly and the chicken was dry and looked old. The slinger was thrown together with a few pickles and dab of mayo. Not the usual Sonic quality I wasn't going to drive back to complain so I sucked it up and ate it. J. Lofton [protected]

The Sonic on Cypress Creek in Cedar Park Texas is experiencing ongoing problems with hours of operation. Excuses in the past have included ; grill not working, only able to serve drinks, inconsistent opening times, and, today, short staff. Today's issue was told to me at 8:30 this morning by a staff member and again at 7:30 this evening when there were 2 workers present. I am concerned about the health of this location and whether the location will be able to stay open.

App Order
On August 23 we submitted an app order but when we arrived at the Sonic Drive-In off St Joseph Street, the website says it closes at 10 pm but it was 15 minutes till 10 pm and all the lights were off. When I asked one of the carhops what had happened, she just said yes, they had closed early and when I asked was this a regular happening, she said no but Sunday we were running late again and the carhop inside the building said that they were closed already so we couldn't get our drinks. We live on the other side of town, and we must travel 15 minutes just to get to the drive-in they were closed. We picked the drinks the following day, but it was just the principle of the thing.
On August 22, I had ordered a Limeade and instead, I just received a Sprite but when I asked why I just had received a Sprite at that time the explanation was that they were out of Limes. That means they charge us for the price of a Limeade, and they just didn't care. They never told us they didn't have limes tell I complained. We go to Sonic twice a day and frankly, I am getting the feeling they don't want us to come back. If they would treat us right, I wouldn't complain but I am sick of this place. From the manager to all the carhops they are rude and just flat don't care.
Food
My Wife and I was traveling in Mississippi Sunday August 15th, 2021, Stop in at the Sonic at 701 Hwy 45S Baldwyn, Ms . we order the #1 Combo each. After we receive our order, we notice the lettuce was brown, my wife sandwich had a piece of lettuce that was black, the meat in both sandwich's was thin and hard as a brick. French Fries taste awful, cold two day old grease. We just discarded the food in the trash and left never to stop there again. We live in Northport, Alabama and across my Office is a Sonic, never got a bad meal like this one was. We did not contact the manager before we left . Did not want to hear a lame excuse, almost made us sick.
