I'm at Sonic at least 5 times or more a week ! The sonic around the corner from me has become quite awful! I've had to return my slush 5 times in the last month! When you call the 800 number NOTHING is done, it's like the person on the other end of the phone doesn't care! My orders are NEVER correct anymore but if I go to another Sonic my order is better! Sonic phone customer service sucks!

Sonic Drive-In waiting an hour for food, wrong food, and attitudes of employees

They took forever took bring my food and when they finally brought it the order was incorrect. The order was wrong four different times. They also had an attitude with me when I told them my order was incorrect. They gave me a refund but proceeded to make me pay again. I was waiting a whole hour for my correct order. The manager refused to help due to the rain and proceeded to send the cook out who finally got my order correct.

Sonic Drive-In customer service horrible

If I could give no stars i would. I went to this sonic yesterday and the car hop on the speaker was so rude her name was Jameson. While trying to order Jameson after every item asked is there anything else like we were irritating her and she was in a rush. When she finally brings the order to the car it's wrong. What pissed me off the most my order would been correct had she not rushed us. I go to the window to speak with the manager and shes a bitter black lady with no education deciding to tell me how to talk. When all she had to do was listen to my complaint about how rude Jameson was. She also threatened to call the police on me at 5 months pregnant. Unfortunately Sonic completely ruined my appetite as well as sent my blood pressure through the roof over this...Oh did I mention my pregnancy is high risk...Thank you sonic for not only being rude after I've gone 2 days straight because that's all I can keep down but the additional trip to the ER. I'm contacting my lawyer just FYI.

Sonic Drive-In incorrect order

I ordered an unsweet tea from sonic. The car hop brought it to me and said here is your unsweet tea. She verified it with me. I leave and it is sweet tea. I do not live near a sonic so it woulf not be worth me going back to get it corrected until I happen to go by a sonic. I dont like that it was verifird with me that it was correct then it turned out to be incorrect.

I go to this location at 8:05 pm on 10/5/2019. I parked at the far left menu board at walkway by the store. The menu board had problems with the speakers so I moved to a different board. The hot fudge sundae was cold, hot, and tasted wrong. The hot fudge was not hot fudge at all, it was watered down Hershey syrup. The ice cream was a little freezer burnt as well. I had ordered the good about 30 minutes before but it took way too long for it to come out. The food itself was cold and my drink was mixed with multiple different drinks. This was all in one visit.

Sonic Drive-In not getting my order right

On 10/3/19 I was at the Sonic Drive in in Sparta Tn at about 1:30 pm. I ordered 1 Chili cheese fries 1 large drink. 1#6 with tator tots combo. 1 #7 with onion rings combo. Hamburger combo with fries and mayo n ketchup on the burger.When the order arrived 1 drink and the onion rings were missing. Whe i asked about this the car hop told us if we wanted these item we would have to pay for them. I told her no they were part of the combos. She went and got the onion rings and drink and MADE US PAY FOR THEM. iS SONIC HARD UP FOR MONEY?

Sonic Drive-In not being able to order online the same menu as my local sonic @ chillicothe, mo

I just completed a satisfaction survey. And I have no problem with my local sonic. But my problem is that I love using order ahead sonic app and my food is ready when I get there and pick it up. But the brioche sausage and egg breakfast sandwich that my local sonic has ( Chillicothe, Mo) on the menu I can't find on the app anywhere. Also I would like extra shredded cheese ( which my local Sonic will put on) and can't find it in app anywhere either. I don't understand when you want everyone to order ahead on App why every possibility that you can order locally isn't possible on App. If this doesn't show who I am then my email is [protected]@hotmail.com

Ordered a vanilla cone and large popcorn chicken, we waited almost 45 minutes for our food. When we finally received our food the servers explanation was she was on break and had no idea we were waiting, she also had no idea that we were told that our food would be comp and went back inside the "make sure" which took even more time, which we didn't have, all in all terrible management at this sonic 0 stars

Sonic Drive-In sold me 2 orders of cheese sticks

I came to Sonic with my daughter to get mozzarella sticks like always they sell his two orders and then tell me they have no marinara or Ranch and they couldn't take them back. Now it seems every time I come to this Sonic I'm stuck with an order for some reason they won't take it back or I can't get my money back I try not to complain but how can you sell me something and you can't give me their tire for it it's like selling me French fries but won't give me ketchup they could have at least given me my money back they didn't have to tell me they couldn't take it back I work too hard to be disrespected like that especially in front of my daughter I'm not going to make a big scene in front of her cuz she doesn't need to see that kind of stuff but being a family oriented fast food chain I don't want you in trouble I just like this resolved please and thank you

Sonic Drive-In out of product.

At the DeWitt AT location I ordered a Philly cheese steak and a cheesecake shake only to be told they were out of both. I then ordered a cheeseburger tots and Carmel shake instead. I feel like I should have received a discount since none of the original items I wanted were avalible. Not having the proper supplies is bad business. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.

Sonic Drive-In diet cherry limeade

I got a diet cherry limeade and there was an entire lime at the bottom of the cup taking up a quarter of the space that would have been my drink. I am incredibly disappointed because I feel that I paid a price for a medium drink and basically received a small. The service is also extremely slow. I used the mobile order app and it still took 20 minutes to get my food after I got there. This is unacceptable I will not be visiting sonic ever again.

Order my food on the mobile app I checked in on the app which said that my food was on the way out to the stall I was at, 30 mins or so passed no food pushed the button lady said the order had just came in, another 30 minutes or so passed pressed button again got no answer pressed and after a few minutes someone answered finally got my food which was cold

i went through the drive-thru and there was nobody in front of me. i literally waited for 22 minutes for them to fill my order for a coney meal. i have noticed this location has been very slow lately but this time it was all i could stand. it will be a very long time before i go to that store again. you really need to do something about your management.
