hamburger meat
Lunch was brought to me at work by my pastor's wife . She got a double meat cheese burger and got me the number 1 with onion rings and a coke. On way to bringing me the burger she was eating her and talking how dryy it was and said meat looked burned around the edges. Well when I got mine the meT was dry and seemingly burned around the edges. So I called them and they say if We bring the burger back uneaten, they will replace them . For real... I m at work. How about just fixing the burgers right the first time with fresh meat or meat that doesn't look like it was freshly cooked. Always a oriblem at this sonic. And I keep calling and the rudeness and messed up orders keep happening. So it does no good to call. Ordered a breakfast burrito with EXTRA bacon one morning but checked it before leaving and I Had a half slice of bacon. This is the sonic on my way to work. I go to forest hill sonic otherwise and never have problems and if I do which is rAre, they gladly fix it and gladly. This sonic is rude and always act like they are mad at the world
where's the country gravy
A bit disappointed to get all the way home and find that my chicken dinner had no gravy. Called the store and was told it was DISCONTINUED.
Whaaaattt? That gravy is why I buy this meal. It totally compliments the meal.
I won't be buying anymore chicken dinners until the gravy comes back.

chili cheese coney
Chili cheese coney came without chili returned it Manager John would not give back the receipt and would not remake the Coney ... but gave a refund but threw the money on the ground ... very disrespectful to my wife ... I want to talk to someone in charge ... number is [protected] ... people like this shouldn't be hired ... before I left he was cursing out an older later because she wasn't speaking clearly. NOT ACCEPTABLE

Tuttle, Ok has got to have possibly the worst service of anywhere. I sat in stall #2 for 5 minutes without anyone answering. There were less than 5 vehicles at this place and I noticed several had left with the same frustration I experienced. Surely there has to be some remedy for this lack of willingness to do a job! A new manager? A new staff? Whatever it is should be resolved!

My son went to sonic to get the new milkshake "cake batter". After 2 weeks of trying to get one, he finally did. He had purchased 2. After he got home he gave one to his brother and it was totally not mixed up at all. It looked nasty. He took a picture of it for documentation if needed. My boys have tried several times to purchase this but the sonic in our town always said that they were out of ice cream or their machines were broken. We thought that we woud give it one more try. Not any more! The sonic in our town does not have a good reputation anyways and this is not helping them succeed. They spent all this money on renovations but if they do not hire people that care about the company that they represent then it is not going to make it. So far I personally have heard at least 4 other people who have had a bad experience at this particular location within these last 2 weeks.

I live in Comanche Oklahoma and only live 2.9 miles away from out drive in. I pre ordered my food by calling. Placed the order and left my house right then. It took less than 4 minutes to get there. My food at best was room temperature...how is that always happening. The food should gave been hot. The tater tots were out right cold. The double cheeses burger was Simi warn and the regular hamburger wasnt even warm it was room temperature...i may have only spent 14 dollars and change but I want hot food. Thank you Johnnie Davis.

Today June 21, 2019 my kids and I went to the Sonic Drive in at 91st and Yale in Tulsa, Ok around 2:30 and ordered 3 drinks. I pulled forward to the window to pay for my drinks and informed the lady at the window I never got my debit card back. She said she handed it to me folded up in my receipt. It was not there and so I pulled forward to check my car and it was still missing. I drove back they the drive thru and asked her to check the floor while I pull forward and llook in my vehicle some more because it is still missing. I eventually asked a carhop to bring the manager out. The manager came out and she said she was reviewing the video and saw her hand the card and 2 receipts to me. I informed her I didn't get 2 receipts and asked her at what part of the transaction did she hand it to me and she asked me what I got to drink and told me it was in the middle. Then she said she will go review the cameras again and I continued to search they my car and she came out about 10 minutes later and said yeah she handed it to you in a folded receipt and I told her she did not hand it me and I will not leave without my card. She said I searched the floor inside and I wasn't able to find it. She said the only place I haven't looked was the drive thru. Remind you, I spent approximately 30-40 minutes there and looked in the drive thru and can even across it about 10 feet away from the window as if it had been thrown out and they were trying to cover up for what I feel were lies from both the manager and the window employee. I also let the manager know my order drinks were wrong during this whole process and that was never addressed either.
Never mind. I found the debit card. I put it in my wallet.

I just sat half of my lunch hour in your drive-through just to get to the window to find out that you don't except my card . They have no reason for it it just gets denied there should be a sign outside saying that you guys don't except Indiana cards. I can take that card anywhere else in the world and use it except for sonics . So I called the manager and I still don't get my food and they don't even offer anything.
I've worked in customer service my whole life and the manager there is rude and fake . I will never be returning to sonics.

I order from the sonic app, well i went to pick it up, turns out they lost my order, but my card was charged and they couldnt found meal. instead of getting me what i order and paid for. they made me order it again and pay again. thats was stupid. But i was hungry so i did. but my card will be refund in 72 hours.
the lady that served my food was hateful, and the manger would not come out and talk to me.

They have signs posted in drive thru window starting do not put money in cashiers face when she opens window also have a tio cup that says I do more than drive thru. My family and I stopped thru for burgers and shakes family of 4 my bill came to $28 and I was just shocked how long food took and how absolutely rude they were in drive thru then to see the signs..ridiculous they need an attitude adjustment there. quality of food
On 6/16/19 We ask for bacon cheeseburger with hickory sauce no pickles. It came with pickles but when I took the pickles off it took off the hickory sauce. Ordered a Jr deluxe burger without cheese, it came with cheese and the bun was so stale it was not fit to eat. The tator tots were so cold and stale that it was like eating grease. We have used this Sonic numerous times just have never complained but this is getting ridiculous. We would like a refund of $14.09
frozen limeades and frozen lemonades
Every sonic fixes them different. In one place you get fresh fruit and others you just get a slush. If I wanted a slush with no fruit I'd ask for a slush but I order a fresh fruit frozen limeade or lemonade and NO FRUIT. What's up with that. Just asking to get everybody on the same page. You advertise fresh fruit limeades and fresh fruit lemonade. Notice at the top it says real fruit slushes. Please I hate the slush without fruit and it's included according to your advertisement.

Went to sonic tonight. We ordered 3 Meals. My burger was missing 80% of the toppings that it comes with. My daughters corn dog was burnt and tasted like dirty oil in the fryer, and they didnt give her the apple juice that was included in the purchase of her kids meal...My husband ordered a 5 PC. Chicken tender meal and received 2 burnt chicken tenders, 3 tater tots, an onion ring that resembled a dump, and a random slice of bread. Half our order was missing and the other half was disgusting. Needless to say we wont be coming back.

I only go to sonic at home and traveling stopped in Benbrook Texas today and got drinks and ask to use restroom was told they didn't have one I'm 64 yrs old and first time I have ever been told this Now I know employees have to use the restroom while they work I'm in business with the public and we have to have a public restroom for our customers so why is this one Sonicdifferent
number 10 on menu - crispy chicken sandwich was not completely good, whether by heat or duration.
This was my 1st visit to this Sonic. I requested a #10 with tater tots and unsweetened ice tea by number. It apparently registered as a double cheeseburger. They replaced order.
The chicken was not raw, but had texture of chicken that was JUST past raw, no pink. It was hard to bit into and texture was off setting and unappetizing. Tater tots were not crisp. I could not finish the chicken (which was slathered in mayonnaise), but did finish the tots.
Server (Logan) was great thru it all.
