I am complaining about the service and the way the food was made
My first experience with Sonic was excellent it would be almost a year that I haven't went back to Sonic's I went last night to get some food ice cream grilled sandwich I got a microwave sandwich I swear some popcorn chicken I got some corn not shaking the chicken was hard I was not good at all as for the burger nothing was so microwave it was rubber I would never go back to Sonic's again maybe for the cherry lemonade and another thing when I ordered my food 30 was a large when it, food everything was small so app to correct them on that and they super-sized it but that business in Salinas California Sonic's has went to s***
burgers and fries
I live almost right across the street from our Sonic drive through and take my orders to go and it does not matter what place I am in line but whenever I get my food it is never got. The burgers feel like they have been sitting on the counter and are cold and the fries look like they sat in the grease or were refried. Definitely not fresh. We used to enjoy Sonic's food but lately it has gone down hill. Not worth the price we paid for it. Very dissatisfied.

I have sat here for an hour and a half waiting after going through the drive thru. I pre ordered my meal ... Haley was the one correspondence in drive thru and in stall. It's like she couldn't or didn't understand and I wouldn't be so angry if I didn't have a 3 yr old waiting on his food. And the place is like a high school hang out. Like I can't get service because I'm not a cute boy. This was my worst visit ever. And I'm going to go on social media and make sure ppl know family's aren't welcome at this Sonic's on moffett rd

Today we drove from out of town to eat here as there is no Sonic in our town. We ordered a number 11 chicken strip meal that comes with tots and onion rings as well as Texas toast. When my order came out it had fries rather than tots. When my husband went in to ask for the item to be corrected, the manager, Tina responded without saying A SINGLE WORD, and instead gave a rude eye roll and proceeded to stick her bare hands in the box of food, snatch the fries out and threw them in the trash. At that point we just asked for a refund. Terrible customer service and sanitation (sticking bare hands in the box, touching the rest of my food)

While on my lunch today, I was at your Valdosta, GA store on Bemiss Road. When I was passed my food bag the female employee was on the phone. The doors immediately shut. I didn't see how all of my orders of mozzarella sticks in addition to my quarter pound double cheeseburger all fit in my bag. I immediately pulled over in the parking lot. My cheeseburger was missing. I walked to the door and waited to be helped. A manager cane to the door. I showed her my receipt and told her that my cheeseburger was missing. She apologized and said that she would make it. She asked me where I was parked. I showed her. I wait patiently and she cane to my car with a bag. I thanked her. When I loooked inside the bag, to my surprise was an order of tater tots in a dirty container. I was so disgusted that I didn't even go back to the manager. I would like to be compensated for the money for my cheeseburger in addition to my time/inconvenience.

slow service and quality of product
I initially gave my order for three shakes at 8:13pm. There were four vehicles in front of me. I got to the pick up window at 8:24 pm. The employee read me my order which was incorrect. On my way to work I ordered a supersonic burrito from the application. I picked it up from the Daphne, Alabama location. When I got to work, there were no tater tots in the burrito. One of the main reasons I ordered that particular breakfast burrito. The burrito was still edible, just disappointed I did not get what I ordered.

I went to sonic on babcock in san antonio and I asked a simple question if they still served bannana splits ( sometime there off menu items) and the persons respones was we havent had banana splits in over two year so rudely that I was so upset .. Then proceed with are you ready to order. I responded with ill be taking my business else where. The response was ok nothing else. I understand that it was late but I still expected the same services I would have recieved any other time. I instead went to mcdonalds where I got sundaes that I would have gotten there if the person wasnt so rude. I hope that issue is adress.

Got there at 8pm and pressed the button it took several minutes for her to acknowledge me, placed order which was a chocolate banana cashier told me no bananas so then I ordered recees out of those too so had to settle for plain chocolate.Finally got order placed after receiving order waitress was very rude then they kept my change and walked back inside I would appreciate this being addressed thank you

I pulled up at your Camden, TN Sonic not really realizing that it was a couple minutes after 10 pm. I pressed the button and asked for three cups of ice. The girl answered we are closed. I said I am sorry but I really don't need food we had been there a couple hours earlier and eaten. I said all I need is some ice and I will pay you for it. She hesitated and said Mame we are closed! I go to Sonic on the average of at the very least 7 times a week and I know their register was probably already counted but for three cups of ice? Come on now? Three cars left as I did!
I understand this Sonic is under new management. If you can do something as simple as give three cups of ice out and take the money and put it in the register or bag there is something wrong. I have worked at dairy bars like this before and we never turned away a customer, especially one just needing ice.
I went down the road to Wendy's and ask for the same items and they handed them out the window and then mind you they would not let me pay for . I asked them twice to let.me pay them and they said oh no Mame it is free. I thanked them and they said have a wonderful night!

This is the second time in a couple of months this has happened. Last time it was a frito pie that had more fritos than chili but neither were appropriate for the cost. Probably a tablespoon of chili. Then today, I order a caramel sundae and added strawberry to it. The ice cream was maybe 4 bites with the toppings. There was so little strawberry added but I got charged extra for it. It was half the size of the cup it was served in and little dots of whipped cream. The only accurate thing was the cherry and it was mashed. I do not get it. I will not go back to Sonic in Winslow, Arizona or anywhere else. My family and I have been big Sonic fans but not anymore. All of us are disgusted.
poor service from manager
On 5/20/2019 I drove to Sonic in white hall Arkansas I attempted to order a king Hawaiian chicken club sandwich and was told they couldn't sell me one because they were out of bacon, so 5/21/2019 I call to ask if they have bacon she tells me yes and takes my order for a grilled chicken king Hawaiian club sandwich, so after I get there to pick it up the manager tells me it only comes in crispy chicken unless it's special ordered was my call in request not a special order, so I tell him to cancel the order and I leave, I get home and call back to the store to ask the managers name he gets on the phone being rude telling me he was trying to explain to me it has to be special request so I tell him this isn't the first time he has been rude, or his store didn't have product to make a sale, it seems like there is always a problem at his store, and I would be calling the corporate office to complain this time, and I end the call, the manager David starts calling my phone back to argue I had to hang up on him three times and he still continued to call to argue his point that he is right I am wrong. This is bad management very unproffessional, another argument I've had with David was when I noticed on half price family nights at this location the price of the sonic cheeseburger combo is higher than usual for example on the menu the combo is six dollars and some change the burger should be half price which should make the combo be cheaper than six something but the receipt shows the combo being 8 dollars and some change taking it down to regular menu price after the 50% off the sonic cheeseburger is applied. Why advertise half off if your going to raise prices before you discount it.
Oh grow up. Telling you something that you do not want to hear is not the same as being rude.
order was incorrect & food quality was poor
I was very dissatisfied with my experience at my local Sonic. When I ordered my food the screen was not working properly. When the employee asked if my order was correct I told her I was not sure because there was nothing showing up on the screen. She said okay and the screen came up for a brief second and then disappeared, not enough time for me to see the whole order. I went ahead and paid thinking that she had done her job. Wrong! When my order arrived it must have been someone else's order because none of the items were right. They came back with what I did order and part of the drinks had flavors added and I didn't ask for any. I believe the person who was taking the order was trying to take two orders at once. After a full 20 minutes waiting for my correct order the food I received was completely cold. What a waste of my money and time. I'm very unhappy with how they did their job and did not receive any apology.

Employee responded to the Red Button, asked how she could help me. I told her that I wanted a hamburger - no mayo, no ketchup, no cheese. She asked me to repeat my order, response from me was as aforementioned, she asked me again to repeat my order that she could barely hear me. I repeated my order for the third time. She responded with no mayo, no pickles. I told her that I had not mentioned pickles. Shortly after this she appeared at my car and again asked for my order so I repeated the same order for the fourth time.
She left, apparently returned to the order mike asked if there would be anything else. At this time I told her that I would like an order of cheese tater tots and a chocolate shake, extra thick. After an extended wait, she returned to my car with only the hamburger. I asked her where my order of cheese tater tots and chocolate shake were. She started to leave with my burger and I told her to leave it so I could eat it while it was hot. She then left and returned inside.
It was at this point that I discovered that there was mayo on the burger, which I specifically requested be left off. I pressed the order button, spoke to another young lady and she said she would take care of the situation.
The first girl returned with my complete order, handed me the burger, I asked if she wanted the "mistake" burger back, she said "If you don't mind" and stated that I owed additional money for the tots and shake. I gave her my debit card and she started to leave with the tots and shake. I stopped her and told her, again, that I wanted the rest of my order so I could eat it while it was hot.
All-in-all this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Sonic. I don't know if the girl I was dealing with was a new hire, or not, but my best guess would be that she is.
Had I been the MOD I would have handled this situation much differently than it was handled. Had it only been the problem of the mayo on the burger I would have done exactly what was done, but as to the rest of the situation (of having to place the rest of the order twice) I would have not charged for the rest of the order or at least comped one of the two items, probably the tots because the shake was already reduced to half price.
I suggest that you grow up before you go around calling adult women girls. Why should they comp anything. If you cannot afford all that food, just order what you can afford.
