Sunday, June 18th (Father's day) I went thru the drive through and ordered a hot fudge sundae and a chocolate shake. My sundae was very small and my shake was vanilla. Happy Father's day dad from Sonic in Chickamauga, Georgia. 😡 complaint board says my complaint is too short, so... my experience with sonic today, on Father's day, was really, really, really, really, really, really terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE!

Sonic Drive-In The lack of concern for serving food that would harm the public.

I purchased a double meat hamburger with bacon fries, and a strawberry shack on 6/9/23 @ 10:45 a # 3 on the menu. Store # [protected] Greenwell Spring Rd. Greenwell Springs/ Baton Rouge La. # [protected]. SAM SHADDINGER supervisor. I had very very severe food poisoning and still have problems after eating the food over 7 days ago. I have called several times I have sent text messages I have sent emails and the response to all have been someone will reach out to you in 48 hours. No one has reach out.

Desired outcome: Not sure at this point, wanted to be contacted and concerned shown to my health. But no I am mad. Could have died. It was that and is that bad.

We went through the drive through in grove city ordered 2 dbl cheese burgers with bacon. Our cheese burgers had no bacon the buns were rock hard! We were charged for dbl bacon cheeseburgers! We also have a $10 gift card that we can never use. They say it won’t work. I’ve called the number on the gift card and it has $10 on it but yet we cannot redeem.

Sonic Drive-In Sour dough Grilled cheeseburger and small tot combo 3.99 advertised

My wife and I barley eat out much because of the cost. We heard the advertisement; But the lady taking our order insisted 3.99 was just for burger and tots extra We went ahead and placed order with tots but had to share if we were going to be able to have a shake. Sonic Drive-In GM Deniying my video's of assult by police

Greetings, Sonic Corp I thank you for your time, however I regret the situation in which we greet. However Please help me in this very serious situation.

All this is Confidential and Not allowed to give reproduced or copied or given to any body of corps.

I am John Carr, I was attacked by poilcie in your drive through @ Show Low, AZ 7:45-8:45PM. Date 5/24/23- I was brutally attacked on that date and time.

I just called your local locatoin called GM Chris:

I asked this current manager if he was aware of a incodent that took place on those times and dates. Chris Response: "I have not heard about it," I asked him if he would release the video to me to turn over to a lawyer to help in my CIVILRIGHTS Case.. He said NO he will look at it "himself" side note how does a local GM have the right to deny my civil rights?

Chris called back after saying he would look at it.. and he Quoted...

I talked to the Night GM and she told me no 1 person so it.

Chris continued to say you have "NO VIDEOS" of that are of the drive through which is right behind the store in the drive through 1 car length behind the drive in sign...

2ndly: When does a GM of a Sonic get to interfier with a civil rights suite against a gov. entitiy?

Let me finish with this... you have a Employee that just denied me my civil rights of to ask an obtain a copy.

I asked Chris about having a filing of paper work to ask for it.. or a corp # to all and he said NO.. "He could do anything that corp Can.."

He stated that NO video's have been found on that time for the store.

I regretably send this in the what seemed staged response and canned in which for such a serious situation in which had patrons videoing the inncodent and acting if it "DIDN"T HAPPEN" and he was NOT AWARE. is a SERIOUS BREACH of Security for YOUR STORE.

Desired outcome: Given Video to mail to laywers and repremanding for iterfering with Arizona National, and Persons to have a fair and lawyful trail.

Sonic Drive-In Grilled cheese burger & tots

Lying in a TV commercial is a great way to make enemies of customers. I have been going to Sonic for many years. I saw your commercial for a grilled cheeseburger & tots for $3.99 and went to my local Sonic to try it. I was then told that I could only get it thru an app. Nowhere in your commercial is that stated. I will not be going to Sonic again and I will bad-mouth it as much as possible. Wishing you all the worst. Sean Meek

Sonic Drive-In Customer service at drive in and after filing a complaint about such treatment

I filed a complaint through sonic website providing information from one of the receipts. I received a reply stating they were forwarding to the another department. I received from the forwarding department asking me to give them the same information I had submitted on the website. I resubmitted the information and explained the problem. I then received another email from sonic saying they were going to forward to the department who would be handling the complaint. The 3rd email was received asking for the same information, at that point I refused to submit it again and ask that they refer to the Incident: [protected]] that I was not going to repeat it again. I then received another email stating they were forwarding the complaint to the appropriate department. At this point, I am lead to believe that it is the standard procedure of the entire company to not respect or treat customers with respect. That the cashier who was rude & messed up our order and did not give me my correct change was following procedure of the company. My daughter and I placed two orders, could not get a receipt but for one, asked for large milk shakes & received small one and she cheated me out of my chain. She refused to speak or communicate about our order.. Now I am getting the same treatment from the Sonic, America's Drive-In

Pretty bad service. I ordered a few snacks and a 1/2 price sandwich good only for today, 6-3-2023 on Sonic's app. Paid for it on the app too and went through. When got there pushed the check in button on the app and entered the stall number (18). It would not accept it and tried several times. Sonic Drive-In Drive through not working.. Again!! And 20 minutes to get my order!!

The Sonic on 3585 Tamiami trail east in Naples, Fl. is horrific! The drive through window has not worked 3 of the last 4 times I've been there! And today it took me 20 minutes to receive my order with only 1 other customer! I'm done with them. There is NO excuse for this kind of customer service! I've worked in customer service and this would not be tolerated anywhere else! # other cars drove away when they could not get any service! This needs to be looked at! Very disgusted!

I went to the Sonic in Covington, TN. Ticket # 191254, 05/25/2023 @ 13:47:53. The food was awful. I paid 26.65 for 2 burgers & a chicken sandwich. They looked like someone had stepped on them! The chicken sandwich was the size of a slider. It's horrible that we pay over inflated prices for take out food and get served slop. Sonic used to be a decent place to take your family to eat. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Sonic Drive-In Drive through

Visited drive though around 9 may 21,2023. Drive though took 20+minutes while sitting at the window while 4 cars behind me received their order while I was still waiting for them to even open the window once. No one said anything to me and when I did get my food after waiting over 20 mins they still did not say a word to me and just handed me my food and took my card. Communication would have been nice I don’t mind a wait but they should have said at least something. There is always a big wait at this local no matter how busy or how few costumers they have.

Desired outcome: Better drive through communication and wait times.

Ordered a sonic bacon double cheeseburger and didn't get any bacon on it. When I ask them for bacon they bring out one piece of bacon! I am beyond pissed about this. This is the second time I've ordered this burger and I didn't come with bacon. That's why I checked them tonight. This is rediculous and something needs to be done. If closing time is ten well...

Sonic Drive-In possible false job offers

i applied just yesterday at the location in the Town of Chenango in Broome county. I get a email saying no open positions. If this is the case why at the sonic itself it says "hiring come join our team"?

Either there are or there isn't positions available, if not take the job off the local jobs for Broome county .

Extremely disappointed since I wanted to be a part of the team

Sonic Drive-In Service

Service waited 15 minutes for cream slush which is not on the app. So I ordered on app and when I got there I asked for my order and ordered my cream slush. Which I was charged right away. Both transactions were 4 minutes apart. I waited 15 minutes before I called them back to let them know I was waiting over 15minutes while my mobile order shakes were melting. The carhop was very apologetic as she said she forgot. I asked for another shake because mine was melted fries Burger everything else was cold. All over a cream slush you cannot order in app. Then she says she will bring me a new shake. Took the old one which I don’t believe should be done. I had to come home and put in freezer for an hour because they gave me the same one.
