Sonic Drive-In NOT providing service!

Wife off from work, before driving 20 minutes home, stopped to get a shake and cheese sticks..was told they WEREN'T SERVING ANY ICE CREAM TONIGHT! Talk about piss poor service! WELL THAT'S THE SECOND and the LAST TIME I will ever do business with you in Alamo Tennessee! ALAMO TENNESSEE SONIC "NO SHAKES, it's 10:40pm on a FRIDAY night! piss poor service! SECOND TIME at this location within 6 months, LAST time they said were out of "BURGERS"!

Desired outcome: CLOSED DOWN FACILITY!

Sonic Drive-In Drink

07/26/2023 around 2:00PM, Magnolia AR.

I ordered a RT 44 Dr Pepper with Cherry and Vanilla flavoring and received a disgusting Tea with Raspberry flavoring. I would like my drink that I ordered when I order it not somebody else's drink. Unfortunately, I did not try my drink until I arrived back at work, and it was too late to return to complain in person.

Sonic Drive-In Unable to delete account after being hacked.

Entrapment - My app was hacked. I received an email inquiring about my last visit to Sonic 2 days ago. I haven't been to Sonic in over a year. This prompted me to immediately log in to my account, and check the cards I have listed. I deleted immediately, and attempted to delete the entire account. Sonic App has made this impossible. There is NO option to delete this app. Of course, I went to Google to see if I was overlooking the obvious, NO there is no option the edit beyond my name and cards.

I was hired at sonic and worked for 2 days because of a terrible manager. He thinks he can scream at people. Not help or listen to you when asking or informing that you are struggling. No training involved and expects you to do and know everything on the spot. He let a Spanish speaking employee call me a white [censored] and laughed like nothing was wrong.

Alamo, TN Order # 190787 * Stall 12, JULY 11, 2023. 22:37:08 Wife works till 10:30, orders and brings home, 20 minute drive... Ordered 5 pc. Went to Shaw and valentine Sonic’s drive thru at 9:19pm . Customer service (oversized Caucasian male) was rude over the intercom, waited in line for 20 minutes, pulled up to the window and was extremely rude. Sonic Drive-In Refund

On may 11th I placed an ordered online for delivery. After I was done selecting what I wanted to order, I put in my information u know card info, address etc…. I double checked to make sure it was for delivery and submitted my payment. It was already like 5 past 11 and I was like why isn’t the food here yet! So I looked on the app and I noticed that it said pick up, mind you Im disabled and I can’t and am not allowed to drive due to medical reasons. So right away after I noticed the screwup I called sonic and it just rang and then the fax went on. I’ve called corporate more then 13 times and every time they said they are gonna escalate it to the higher power or level, but one agent said that they refunded my and it went thru and I should get it any day. So this last time I called and the lady said that she was gonna escalate it! I’m so tired of waiting and begging for my money back, I have no food at all for my kids and I’m really depending on it! Just seeing my kids cry cause their isn’t really any food is so heartbroken and I don’t have no family that will help me. I really need my money back please I’m begging.

I called my bank and they started an investigation and I signed the paper already.

Please make it right, I shouldn’t have to beg for my own money back!

Sonic Drive-In Chicken dinner with gravy

Straight up never eating at sonic again because you took a STAPLE of your menu OFF. Absolutely never returning to Sonic ever. I think this had made me so MAD that even if you did put it back on the menu, i still wouldnt go back. What a shame sonic. Ive wasted so much money here over the years, if i could take all of it back i would because sonic doesnt deserve even a penny of it.

Desired outcome: Nothing would make this better.

Sonic Drive-In Chicken strips dinner

Why have you discontinued the gravy with the chicken basket? I do not wish to have dipping sauce instead of gravy. Who makes these decisions and why? Just my opinion, but I'm sure others feel the same way. Yesterday,June-28-2023 was the first time we ordered the Chicken Basket and got no gravy with it. No one even told us that there would be no gravy. So Sad! I would rather not have the Texas Toast than no gravy. Come on!
