I love sonic. I moved to this area two years ago and I go to the Sonic In portalis NM. The meat is pretty cool and left in a warmer. It's always burned. The tator tots ate always and I mean always cold where they were pre cooked. I know what your rules are and I come from a sonic town and I know what good sonic food is . This sonic really makes Sonic have a bad name. I have heard lots of complaints. Please look into this and maybe they can train there managers not precook and leave in warmers. I know they want to get there food out in good time but it shouldn't be at the expense of there food. Thank you

Tonight after picking up my order I decided to stop and check my order. I ordered one Hash Brown & one French Fries with my Carhop burger specials.
When I opened the bag there were two French Fries, I drove back and got the order corrected. This is not the point in the last six months whenever I would got home the orders were always wrong. I hate MacDonald's so I always go to Sonic.
I want someone to do their job right...
wrong food
I frequent our local sonic several times per week, only because my son loves the chicken strips dinner. Almost every single time our order is wrong! We almost always get tots even when requesting fries, even when its correct on the screen still wrong when delivered. Most time I don't want to send back in fear of upsetting someone and getting something added to my food. We often get wrong drinks and sometimes even cold or over cooked food. It's to the point that I only order for my son bc he likes the strips. He is always disappointed about the fries being tots tho.. Really need to be fixed! The prices are too high to not get what you ordered
chips ahoy master shake
I went to the sonic in medicine park, ok and ordered the chips ahoy master shake. It took the lady 4 times to get my order correct and when she brought it out, it did not look anything like the picture. I stirred it and it was just a plain shake. If they didn't know how to make it they should have just said so. I do not like that I paid almost 4.00 for a plain watery shake. I am not a happy customer!

I went to your Austin Highway location in San Antonio Texas and ordered the chicken strip dinner and was totally dissatisfied. I sent my food back ones and wasn't going to argue anymore after being disappointed twice. I sent almost 9 dollars on a meal. You would think I would have a better experience! When I sent the food back once no one even apologized for the cold tots and the hard strips. Customer service is very important. I send my hard earned money here. Could someone please follow up with me. The manager at the location didn't care so this was my next step.

I often visit sonic once a day & I Normally go to the pull in order screen to place my order Well on Monday 6/4/18 around 9:00 pm a young woman named Shelby took my order she was very rude no customer service my order was all wrong I was highly disappointed in the service at the Lexington Park location in St.Marys County Staff is rude I would like a refund

I often stop at the Sonic at 900 East End BLVD. Marshall, Tx 75670 and get some sweet tea on my way home from work and more often than not the tea is sour. I'm not sure if it is left out too long or if the tea jug is not washed well during the day and at the end of each shift, it seems that it may not be getting washed well. The workers usually end up getting it right after 2 to 3 cups but it seems to take forever, I'm assuming they try all their tea jug first and then end up having to wash them out and make new tea. There are times the tea the workers bring me never gets right so I ask for a refund. I'm sure there is a lot of business that has been lost over this problem and it has been going on for at least a year for me. Thanks in helping resolve this matter.

On 6/4/2018 @ approx. 9:15 pm I went to sonic(hwy 190, across from Walmart) and ordered a medium vanilla coke and a large mozerralla sticks with 2 marinated and 2 ranch dressings. I paid with a debit card. The carhop served my food to the customer next to me and walked back into sonic. She then comes back to the customer next to me, gets the food and drink and goes back into Sonic. I see her place the tray with the food on it on the counter, refold the bag, and walk to me vehicle. She restates my order and I cut her of to tell her that she served the food to the person next to me, come back out and take the food back in Sonic, refold the bag, and then bring it to me. I expressed how that is not proper food service as that person could have touched the food, etc. The food should have been remade upon noticing that it was served to the wrong person. I am a loyal customer, visiting this location 3-4 times if not more a week. I am highly upset and disappointed in the service I received 6/4/2018.

I ordered a #15 with mozzarella sticks and a Dr. Pepper no ice. Mozzarella sticks were cold, soda was flat, and the drive thru head set person was rude in repeating and getting my order. She also took awhile to answer the drive thru and just had an attitude the entire time. Only good thing was the burrito was warm and window attendant was pleasant.

For the past two nights I have went to Sonic here in England Arkansas and Ashonti Fairbanks told me the first night that there ice Ben is to low so they couldn't sale me my 8 Route 44 cups of ice so I had to drive all the way to North Little Rock Sonic. Then I went back last night and Ms Fairbanks was there again and I ordered my 8 route 44 cups of ice and she screamed [censored] please excuse my language but that's the word she said. Then told me that they couldn't sale me no ice but yet a carhop is walking to a vehicle with 2 cups of drinks get taking to them. If the ice wasn't good for me then it shouldn't have been served for nobody. Then I go this morning and get my ice guess what I got it and the lady that was working drive thru told me that nothing has been wrong with the ice at all. Someone need to talk to Ms Fairbanks cause if she is to lazy to do her job then y'all need to find somebody who will. There's only 3 people out of the England Sonic that is worth keeping... The big man needs to just show up and see what England crew really does. Thanks

I was at sonic in stanton, tx today and witnessed a manager on duty (black shirt?) quit and walk out. This is my favorite sonic (local) and i've recently noticed alot of problems at your restaurant. The wait time has increased, the quality of the food is poor and i've noticed that alot of my friendly faced employees are disappearing. I think this store is requiring immediate attention! I want to come back again but where is your general manager?!?! Shouldn't there be a stand-in available? Where are your other managers?!
management of stratford okla sonic
The employees there at the stratford sonic having to work sometimes 10 hours. Sometimes without breaks. If an employee calls in sick or dont show other employees that have all ready worked thier shift are forced to stay not asked to stay but told they have to stay and cover that shift.Is that not managements position is to cover till they can get shift covered by calling others that hasnt all ready worked a 8 / 9 hr shift? Also most of stratford sonics employees are managements immediate family/ son, wife, sister, daughter in law etc. Theres alot of favortism which makes it a uncomfortable place to work. Amongest so much more that goes on in that store.unbelievable! That sonic is ran that way.plz look into that mess of a sonic .theres alot of wool beingnpulled over higher ups eyes

We ordered our food at 10:50pm, took server 5 mins to respond to button being pushed. After we ordered lights were turned off. We sat for over a half hour watching cars through the drive through and people on the patio getting served. We eventually hit the button and got the we are now closed message. We waited 5 more mins and went up to the drive through to ask where our order was, the girl opened the window and said fairly annoyed (not aggressive) "Can I help you " we said we have been waiting and she asked what stall and we said 13 and she said "yea it's on it's way out" and as we asked if we should head back over she shut the window mid sentence. The young lady who finally brought us our food was nice and apologized for the wait. Once we received our shakes they were very melted. And I did not get my cheese with my pretzel but the girl left so quick I couldn't ask for it and the stall was shut at that point and I was already so frustrated I didn't want to wait anymore so we left.

My husband and I are in our 60's we have been going to Sonic for some time now. We enjoy the after 8 shakes. But tonight when we went we got there about 5 minutes early and asked if we were to early the girls said yes, and said we had to wait, but they were serving the can next to us shakes at half price. My husband pushed the button at 8 and the girl said he had 26 seconds lelfed. Then she comes on and takes our order. We order large shakes 1 LG vanilla, 1 LG chocolate. But when we got the shakes they had a dot of whipped cream. I have a picture of it as well. Customer service was not good as they made us wait for our shakes as they were serving other.

Hi I visited sonic today first it took me a another cousterm 20min to get service awe were the only 2 there then when I get my food its cold cheese on burgers wasn't melted and burger was 2 cold chicken breading was hard like it was sitting 4 awhile when got u 2 ask 4 sauce had 2 wait another 5min that's when I decided 2 leave and trashed my food was very upset
cross contamination
On Sunday May 27th. 2018 I ordered through the drive in at "stall #9" in Killeen Texas on Rancier Ave. and order a Jr.Deluxe Cheeseburger with no lettuce, no mayo but add mustard and bacon. Driving home I started to eat the burger and after one bite I knew there was no bacon. NOW any other fast food place would make you a fresh sandwich, it is WRONG to take someones' food that they were eating back inside the restaurant, open it up and slap a piece of bacon on it and send it back out to me after I had eaten some of it ! That is cross contamination for one thing and since they made the mistake a fresh sandwich should've been made. Even though the sandwich was made there the thought of someone else opening up something you were eating and giving it back to you just turned my stomach so I couldn't even eat it..I threw it away! This is wrong!

May 27th about 4:30pm. Me and my grandson pulled into stall 7. Girl on intercom came on very rude, sarcastic. Would not even answer any questions about optional/available food/drinks. She was very hateful/hurtful. I love sonic but will not be back until ms. Macie is reprimanded for her sorry customer service. You don't talk to people like that. Just wrong.

My food was cold they messed up my drink and they gave me the wrong food to and they mess up my friend order to and the food was cold they had rude customer service the girl that took our orders was rude she had a attitude and they took almost a hour to bring us out our food and then the food was cold and nasty and they was short handed to with the workers
drive through service
I drove up to the speaker and had to wait around 5 minutes and I had to say "hello? Hello? Hello?" multiple times before I had anyone speak and help me. Then once I ordered, she didn't say anything and I had to ask if she got my order. Then she didn't tell me my order was complete or to drive up or anything. Once I got to the window, I wasn't acknowledged for another few minutes.
cannot deliver order as requested
A recent problem I have had with the restaurant Sonic located in Atoka, TN, has apparently reared its ugly head once again, so perhaps I need to go to Social Media in order to stop this behavior or get this problem resolved. I have already resolved this problem at my end by simply refusing to do business with any Sonic restaurants or their affiliates but they will not or cannot let this go. Below is the emails I have sent and their results:
05-22-2018. Approx. 9 PM. Store #13. Located in Atoka, TN. Sorry, I have no receipt. I didn't realize you even had receipts. I have never gotten or have been offered a receipt from Sonic. I parked in stall #4, pushed the red ordering button, then sat there for 10 minutes. Never got waited on. I then moved to another stall (#19), pushed the red button again, and waited another 10 minutes. I was about to move to yet another stall when a customer next to me asked what was wrong. That customer, when he received his order, asked the carhop why I had not been waited on. When I finally got to place my order, I requested 2 ice cream slushes, one watermelon and one blackberry. Blackberry was denied because it was not a flavor available for ice cream slushes. The night before, we ordered a mango ice cream slush, and, although it's not officially on the menu, we got one. Quite good, too. We were told that a blackberry slush could not be made because the syrup used was sugar free. The only flavor we noticed that was diet was diet cherry and it's clearly marked on the menu as a diet item. We did not notice any other flavors that were noted as diet or sugar free. We don't mind if our ice cream slush is made with a sugar free flavor.

Sidestepping the issue that brought us to this point is not going to be corrected by a survey. The issue is inconsistent service which could be corrected by proper/continued training of your employees. Either restrict your flavors of ice cream slushes to the nine on your menu and let your clients know that substitutions are not allowed, or offer all the flavors available at your restaurant so that we can enjoy the various flavors that you offer with all of your products. I'm assuming the additional flavors can be added to any drink so I thought requesting a flavor to be added by itself would be OK. We have already had all the flavors offered this year. Just wanting something different. I don't know how to respond to our order not being taken in a reasonable amount of time. This may have been an oversight by one of your employees. It was not a busy night.

Is this the level of customer service I can expect from this business?
