I am complaining about closing before advertised closing time
This makes the 3rd time I've been to Sonic in Many, Louisiana and they stop selling food early. They say they close at 11p.m. But when I pulled up to order they say they are only selling drinks and ice cream. Notice the time I send this, and they won't serve me food when I hurried to get there after work. I'm very upset about this situation. Please get this resolved so people like myself won't be disappointed anymore.

On Dec 17, 2017 I went to Sonic to buy Breakfast. The clerk got my order wrong and blamed it on me. She did not read it back to me like she should have. She did not suggestive sell nothng. If I Would have been a mystery shopper she would have gotten a minus 100 yes the customer service was that bad. She was rude and my food was cold and my tater tots were very old. I spent my hard earned money I should have got gpod food and been treated well.
illegal employment
The Sonic Drive-In has illegally employed a minor without parent permission. The minor is now failing school and working past curfew.parent has requested that Sonic not allow child to work at all. The night manager threatened to call the police on the parent trying to pick up her child. Parent had to go to police department who then confirmed that the Sonic employer was indeed breaking the law and advised parent to make a complaint to the corporate office first. Next step is a law suit.

I go to the W walnut sonic every day. I love the employees there, they are always very sweet and helpful. But I noticed a sign on the drive thru window posting the "early" closing times for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. I was appalled to see the store won't be closing until 11pm! Those ladies and gentlemen work hard every day. They should be able to spend the day with their families like everybody else. It made me very sad to see they won't be able to see their families.

The last 3 time I've went to the Sonic Drive-In on 1124 E. Stone Drive in Kingsport, TN, I have ordered an ultimate burrito. All three time there was no Baja sauce on my burrito. Considering when I order this particular burrito I ask for no bacon, I'm technically just paying more for a sausage, egg and cheese burrito. Today at my visit I asked that they please make sure to put Baja sauce on my burrito and that it hasn't been on there my last two visits. Well, I get my burrito and it's not on there again, and this time I even asked for it specifically!
the rudeness and outrageous outburst by the general manager

cut off la sonic hot dogs
I went today to get two hotdogs and a bundle burger with malt. The food was cold and my hot dog had nothing like the picture did on it. It also looked like I hade something like in my bun. This is so sad. Our small town already doesn't have great places to eat and this is insane to serve food like this. When I go for the car hop it was always a hit or miss to get a hot burger. It sucks because I'm when it's hot it's delicious, but not cold and no chili and cheese like picture a bit of some false advertisement.
Yes I ate half because I was starving.
food quality and timely service
On the evening of December 5, 2017 my friend and I went to Sonic Drive-In to get some burgers. (Jr. Deluxe Cheese Burgers w/ bacon added to be exact)There were no cars in the stalls so we assumed we would get the food fast. We assumed wrong. It took about ten minutes to get the burgers. After getting home we found the burgers to be drawn up, hard and mushed as if they were zapped in a microwave for too long. Even the lettuce and tomatoes were warm and mushy. We attempted to call the store 3 times to inform them of the order they sent out and no would answer the phone. So I feel I have no recourse but to submit a complaint in this form. The order was only for the burgers at the price of $5.28 but one should receive what they pay for.
My friend and I love Sonic and we go at least once a week, however we were sadly and highly disappointed in the service on last night.

12/3/2017-my niece & nephew called in to work because their grandfather/dad passed away. Their grandfather was like dad to them. the manager at the store gets mad and says "why call in he's already dead nothing you can do. I went & asked for a supervisor above him. He stated he can do what he wants & he is the top dog very unprofessional! Said he wasn't scared. As much as I wanted to become ruthless, I was not going to become foolish as this guy Joseph was. He admitted to saying what can you do their dead! I wanted to pop him in the mouth! if this is what sonic allows, I will send word to all car & biker clubs and businesses & assure business will decrease! Unprofessional! Adults anger when todays kids disrespect yet will not lead by example! Sad! This guy needs to be terminated! my complaint will not stop here.
rude employee
My husband and I went to sonic in Newton, MS this evening to get 2 number 2 meals, all the way, with sweet tea and diet coke. I told the employee we would like tots rather than fries, screen was still showing fries so I proceeded to mention we wanted tots instead of fries. The girl taking our order kept coming on like she didn't understand and then proceeded to start hollering tater tots on the speaker very loudly and rudely.. I don't understand what the problem is..its not hard. I would hate to know if she would have had to customize my burgers a certain way, she would have probably came through the speaker... I thought tots instead of fries should be pretty routine at a sonic drive in..? I haven't been to this specific sonic in a VERY long time and will not be back for a VERY long time.. cant even give them a chance to get right. You probably already can guess that we put the truck in reverse and left immediately MAD... and went to McDonald's up the road where the girl on the speaker was very cheerful and all staff were great delivering our order..and the food was fantastic! Thanks McDonald's for taking up the slack from our horrible experience at Sonic..I will not support sonic in Newton anymore! Not a chance..

Sonic drive in @ 2316 Mr Rushmore Rd, Rapid City, SD is one of the worst places to eat out if you prefer good customer service, friendly employees, food prepared correctly, etc. 12/1/17 & 12/2/17 have made me NEVER want to go back there again! Not only was I told, "if you don't like the prices, you can go somewhere else, " but the general manager was just as bad acting as though I was an annoyance in her way. I broke my tooth off from some over fried onion rings. This place obviously can't figure out how to do their job right, the first time. They need replaced with a restaurant that can.
But if you are ever in Rapid City, SD and get a Sonic drive-in craving, the restaurant on Jackson Blvd is amazing and wouldn't allow for their employees to do or say what happens at this restaurant. I will be driving the extra 6 miles to go to them from this day forward. I didn't by even get refunded for the over charge on my receipt from Mt Rushmore Rd! Sad, they are losing too many customers with their horrible attitudes, so they steal from the ones they do get.
orders wrong several times
I frequently visit Sonic restaurants. I forgave wrong orders on several occasions, but now it seems to be habit forming for Sonic employees, they continue to add onions that I ask to be cut from my burger due my allergic reaction, which caused a very serious breakout, and on a couple orders my tater tots were burned. On my last visit which was on November 29, 2017 I ordered 2 double fractures that came with shakes and was given the wrong flavors which I couldn't bare to drink.
I wish to be compensated for this poor and repeated service because I visit Sonic more than three times a week. Please respond as to what measures can be taken on your part so that I may continue to be a loyal and satisfied customer.

no meat on sandwich

I came today to pick up lunch for my office at the Oxford, MS, location on Jackson Avenue. When I brought the food back, I noticed that my Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster did not have any meat patty whatsoever on it. I was not satisfied paying the full price of $7.62 for basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich. I would like to request a refund of some sort.

Our sonic in our home town is awful. We went there tonight to a stall and ordered food to bring home to our family. We ordered 2 wacky pack cheeseburger kid meals I plain and one with ketchup only 1 had tots and 1 with tots with cheese and 2 sodas, then2 hamburgers with hickory sauce lettuce tomato and onion an order of large tots then a double bacon cheeseburger deal with cheese tots and a sweet tea. when we got home the wacky pack burgers had no cheese or the double bacon cheeseburger the wacky pack with cheese tots had no cheese we didn't even receive the large tots 1 of the hickory burgers was right and the other had mayo and pickles non hickory sauce and all of it was cold.This is not the first time they messed up they almost always do. I am so tired of their mess ups.
Our sonic is terrible their food is old and cold and they get your order wrong most generally.

order wrong and manager was rude!
I went to the sonic last night and my order was not only wrong I was missing food. I called to let the manager "Dee" know and she acted like I was bothering her. A few minutes later I arrived back at the sonic and asked for the manager to come out I had just spoken with her. A lady comes out and says what's the problem I showed her the 6 tator tots in the bottom of the bag and asked if thats how they do business, she said no grabbed the bag turned around and walked away. No apology nothing. The only reason I didn't ask for my money back is the Girl that brought the food back out to me was very apologetic. If she's going to be a manager she needs better management skills.

I went to a sonic in Wichita Kansas tonight and I got a order of chili cheese fries and tots and neither one of them had any chili or cheese. And I also got a chili coney that barley had any chili or cheese on it also. It was disappointing and when I brought it home to my 2 year old son he was disappointed and didn't want to eat any of it. My husband has built these stores and I know they can put more chili and cheese than what I got on them. If this is going to continue I will not be back at sonic which is disappointing because my son loves your chili cheese fries

I have tried to go to this sonic on several different occasions, each time I'm very unhappy with service and the food provided. From waiting almost 20 minutes to place my order, and waiting another 20 mins to get it. Several times when I've left without even placing an order because I'd been waiting over 15 minutes. Rock hard buns or diet instead of regular pop. Sonic in El Reno Oklahoma needs a overhaul from the inside out ASAP. I will never go there again.
extremely poor customer service & foul tasting sandwich
I went through the sonic drive-through in Edgewater Maryland today to get a breakfast sandwich and a corndog for my dogs and Cinna snack.
Right away the young kid in the loudspeaker sounded like he was giggling and laughing at my order while I placed my order. that seemed pretty inappropriate childish and unprofessional. Then when I pulled up he was rather arrogant and sarcastic. Once he gave me my bag he just shoved it through the window looking at me smiling he didn't say thank you for your order come back and see us he was very rude.
I pulled away stop somewhere to eat a sandwich. I drove a half hour out of my way just to go to the sonic because in the past they've always had great customer service extremely friendly and wonderful food better than I've ever had any other drive-through restaurant.
Once I bit into my sandwich that was a Fowl taste in there and I thought oh gross I spit it out and then I went to another side of the sandwich it was a egg and cheese with bacon on Ciabbatta bread. It tasted extremely foul . I spit it out of my mouth and threw it away.
I tried calling a few minutes later and I called about five different times and nobody would answer the phone ever that and self is a disgrace for a business how can you not answer the phone when it rings 7 times how can you not answer the phone when somebody calls five or 10 times separately it's as if they're not taking any calls throughout the day. That's bad customer service period. It was slow there - it's not like they were slammed or something.
I called hours later to find out who the manager was and if they had time to speak with me a girl over the phone acted like a spoiled 14-year-old brat and was very unprofessional. Her name was Emily.
I kept asking what the managers name was and then if I'd be able to speak with them she wouldn't let me through and she didn't give me a name. eventually she said that she was the manager but she was very rude and unprofessional she wasn't customer service friendly at all and she didn't act like any manager should ever act when there's a problem over the phone.
The guy that took my order his name was Justin he was the most unprofessional rude arrogant kid I've ever seen working at a drive-through.
Maybe you guys shouldn't hire children and if you do make sure that they don't act like childish spoiled brat‘s. they need to learn how to be professional how to take orders right and something was disgustingly fowl with the sandwich that he gave me. had I have known I never would've gone an hour out of my way and wasted gas and $10 for nothing I didn't even want to give my dogs that sandwich it was so sickening I wanted to throw up. I ended up eating somewhere else.what a waste of time.
Rest assuredI will never ever go there again that's sick whoever made that sandwich should be fired and both Emily and Justin need to take some kind of a training refresher class On how to treat customers properly with respect. I'm pretty disgusted how they handled everything.

So today's my birthday and I'm craving a bacon toaster sandwich, get to Sonic and there's only two other vehicles there, great!
Hit the red button and sit there for three minutes while nothing happens then a girl comes over the speaker and tells me that I need to wait longer, so I patiently wait another two minutes. Nothing. Hit the button some more and wait another minute and again nothing. Apparently three vehicles at once is too much for the Kingman, KS Sonic to handle.
