Taco Bell poor service

I'm appalled by the service I received! I understand that the restaurant I visited was busy. I just don't understand why I had to give my family cold food due to the mistake made by the drive thru attendant! He forgot an item I ordered and told me I had to go inside because it couldn't be fixed at the drive thru. The place was crowded & I had to wait in line...the other food I ordered was ready, getting cold! There were apologies, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, apologizes didn't freshen the food. Everything was cold and tough to eat! By tough, I mean the tortillas were like leather! I wasn't the only patron who was upset by the service!

Taco Bell bad service and wrong food

Sorry to complain, but my service was worst I have seen, waited in drive thru forever then the window employee basically threw my bag to me. Thinking my food was right, I left hurrying to work I get there food wrong n cold now my coworker thinks I can't even get her order right, I
Was so embarrassed I ordered 2 Mexican pizza and 4 hard shell tacos I got nacho bell grande and one cold softshell taco. I would like to be able to get what I ordered and paid for. I called and the manager blew me off . I really like the restaurant but if I can't resolve this I don't think I will be going back

Taco Bell the food

I order food my order was wrong and gave food all broke up and sloppy and if was awful took pictures of it and they didn't seem concerned about the service at all... Very dissapointed this is not the first time this has happened and I know they get busy and [censor] happens but come on they clearly see what they are making and don't have to throw the food together and but out a poor product they could clear see and know that's not how do make or give people thier food...

Taco Bell food

Hello i'm sorry to even have to complain but I went to Taco Bell in patchogue tonight and was probably the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. First I waited about 15 minutes in drive through to order I got to order and I pulled up to the window and they said they made a credit card mistake and it took about about 20 minutes to get my food for my family. I got home and my whole order was complelty wrong I didnt check there because I was so frustrated for already waiting 30-35 mins for my order. I ordered 4 quesadillas, two Mexican pizzas one with no sauce, three cheesy fiesta potatoes 2 with no sour cream, 2 sides of cheese sauce a back cheese chalupa (didn't even come with back cheese on it) and some other items spent about 40$ I got home and we didn't receive half the stuff (missing all potatoes, Mexican pizza, sides if chesse sauce) was so upset and I didn't feel like going back because of how bad experience I just had. Again I apologize that I even have tic complain because it's always usually good experience but tonight was the worst ever by far. Sorry for being rude.

Taco Bell the tacos were really bad a the one in scrough in toronto

Please I would like you to send me a git code coupon so I can get food from a different location the food there was the worst exespince ever sorry tacos were nasty as he'll but iv never complained once this location is bad iv been sick in the washroom I don't know if it's foof posting on something but it's terrible so please deal with my problem thanks you my email is [protected]@gmil.com

Taco Bell opening on time and being respectful

When in line at the drive through at 7am, no one would answer the call box. After a couple angry customers gave up at 7:05 after being ignored, I continued to wait another 5 minutes. Eventually I drove up to the window and when the employees saw me they hid out of sight. It wasn't until I honked several times that someone finally came to the window and explained that everyone was late and they wouldn't be ready for an additional 10 minutes. This is a very unprofessional way to do business and your company deserves better workers. I'm sure this is isolated but this location needs some work on its employees.

Taco Bell service 1029 rangeline joplin mo

They spend way too much time gossiping about each other. .In the most immature way..us customers want our food made right and fast not the drama...the bottle blonde manager thinks she a high achiever and better than everyone else. .why is she working at a low paying job then..I been around high school children more mature then these people. ..don't like your GM THEN FIND A DIFFERENT JOB. .

Taco Bell tacos

The twelve tacos that I purchased, must have been made prior and sitting in taco racks for quite some time. Each one of the taco shells was stuck in the wrapper. They had been sitting long enough to have the meat soaking through the shell. Come on it doesn't take that long to make them fresh. I was so disappointed. I would have taken all back, if it wasn't so far back to drive. Had to throw them out.I have been buying the 12 packs since Taco Bell started it. I don't know what happen. Store is located in Pooler, Ga. Hwy 80

Taco Bell complaining about my messed up taco

I order a cheese quesadilla with beef and the bag was terribly ripped. I was unable to eat a taco that I spent $5 because I was afraid that someone had messed with it. I was unable to return to that Taco Bell because I was in the middle of traveling.I messaged the Taco Bell company over a week ago and got no response at all I am highly upset I want this problem resolved.

Taco Bell taco bell customer service

Saturday august 12th I went to the Taco Bell on west road in brownstown Michigan and ordered my food like I would anywhere else. When I got home they had messed up my order so I called and asked if I could get it made right they said that they could only give me a single taco for their $12 mistake. I asked if I could just get a refund and I was told no. They wouldn't make the order right and wouldn't refund my money to go elsewhere. I was super disappointed, I enjoy Taco Bell and it's a shame that this store showed such bad customer service and didn't act proffessional at all.

I always put in my order for Taco Bell on line. First off, you can customize your order. None of that custom stuuf is on there drive thru menu. None of it. Never mentioned. Secondly, I've never had an order that I put in online messed up. All you need to know. Taco Bell ordering these days is totally online stuff.

Taco Bell customer service and or cashier!!!

On Friday 8/11/17 @ approx. 8:45pm at the tacobell located @ 7221 N. Pecos st. Denver, Co. I ordered my food after receiving it i went into the restroom to use the bathroom to change my clothes and soaked my hair i got out after cleaning any excess water making sure to clean my mess leaving the bathroom actually cleaner then when i went in. I went back out to the lobby to finish my dinner and a worker who only referred her name as chicklay she wouldn't give me her last name as she approached me, i was discriminated harassed and stereo typed by her informing by telling me i could not finish my dinner in the lobby and had to leave immediately because she said i showered in the bathroom and i was in there for a long time. Another worker actually opened the door after i asked to use it and three people were in front of me and was not in there more then 7 or 8 mins. So just because i changed my clothes and picked up after myself in the bathroom i was wrongfully accused i was a paying customer and once i purchase an order i have civil rights that protect me against discrimination stereotyping harrasing and even humiliated by the employee and this is so wrong i never in my life heard of being banned for wanting to be clean and not dirty eating my food and i couldn't get any cooperation other then a card with the only number is to there store when i asked for corporate's information! I thought once a citizen purchased his order they have access to the facility's for whatever the occasion consists and is left in proper order after using such facilities. I cant believe this has happen and im thinking of contacting my step fathers personal lawyer to ask him what he thinks about my legal rights being violated and made feel down on self esteem being bullied and harassed they way i was

Taco Bell variety box & chicken quesadillas

First I took pictures of the products I purchased. $30.00 worth! And want to post them on all social media sites. Disgusted! I purchased a Variety box with dorrito hard tacos. Half of them Supremes. The Tacos were all broke and saturated with lettuce and sour cream. Hardly no meat or cheese. The chicken Quesadilla had one little section with a few little pieces of chicken no cheese. The remaining 2/3rds was dry bread. I had surprise company to feed. Upon seeing the preparation of my food and quality, I called the store. The manager was rude! There was no receipt in my bag. So the manager acted uncaring and hung up on me saying there was nothing he could do. I couldn't believe it. He wouldn't even take it back. Had to go buy pizza.

Taco Bell drive through

I've been having this problem of items that I ordered missing. Every time I order an apple empanada, I never get it. I get it one out of the five times I've ordered. I thought it was just the location in Wichita Falls, but I was in cedar hill recently and the same thing happened. I'm done. I keep getting charged for it and not receiving. You all have about $15 free dollars from me.

Went to the drive through it was sao backed up and slow we got out and went in. Slow service and the double chulupa looked NOTHING like the one one the commerical nor one I had at other Taco bells. It was sloppy and soggy. The vegtables seem to be microwaved. Absolutely horrible. And this isnt the first time. This Taco Bell associates need to be trained by over and needs new manager. I have heard simular complaints from other patrons. I will NOT EVER RETURN THERE UNTIL IT HAPPENS. Shame on you. Why does the stores in African American communities have despicable service and product...shame on you

Went in for two $5.00 boxes to go! Waited 20 min got it left it was very sloppy literally no meat in tacos.. burritos where nothing but the shell..got nachos had 5 chips terrible service! We loved taco Bell but this done it very dissatisfied! The people working where to busy talking and playing instead of fixing the food 2nd time this has happened

Taco Bell no food/ms. bonnie

I arrived at your restaurant located in Niceville FL 32578 off of John Sims pkway. The time was about 11:50pm on 8/9/17 when I got there and there were two other cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I highly doubt these people left happy either. I sat by the menu for ten minutes repeating "hello" unanswered before driving up to the window. The hours are clearly stated on the window and the website open till 1am. I arrived before midnight. As soon as I got to the window I noticed 3 people working. A cook, what I foundout later was Ms. Bonnie, and a tech guy. I waved to get there attention and was indefinitely noticed. I waited for an additional 20 minutes by that window flat out ignored. Finally the tech guy came outside and I had to wave him down shouting "excuse me", to which he respectfully explains he does not work for Taco Bell, and he believes they are closed. I then am very confused and state that the hours posted on the window say they are open until 1am. At that moment Ms. Bonnie has come near the closed window I've been waiting at for 20 minutes without acknowledging me or looking up at all and is messing with the register. I have to shout to be heard through the closed window and gain her attention yet again, "HELLO EXCUSE ME". She tries to walk away and turns and SHOUTS at me "WERE CLOSED" . I then have to shout back "the hours clearly state you're open till 1 am" I try to explain through this closed window she could have addressed me anytime in the past half hour I've been waiting next to this window instead of flat out ignoring me. She cuts me off and screams at me "YEA WELL IM THE ONLY ONE WORKING BESIDES THIS GUY SO WE'RE CLOSED" . Im so appalled at this point, so I ask for her name . She then shouts at me for a third time "BONNIE " while lunging forward in a disrespectful and threatening manner, the entire time we spoke. Not only did she waste my time late at night, she flat out refused to do her job or do the one thing ever restaurant strives for, customer satisfaction. She has dragged the Taco Bell name and reputation through the dirt, and has treated more then one customer in this hideous tone. Three cars pulled up for food before midnight and three cars were told a lie by an employee you made a horrible mistake In hiring. I will not be visiting any Taco Bell restaurant in the near future until I know for sure she specifically is not going to ever get the slightest chance to treat a customer so offensively. She waved me off like nothing, and deserves to be fired and definitely not rehired by any establishment based on customer service or satisfaction. I'm appalled, furious and I'm in awe that this Ms. Bonnie person has kept her job this long at all. Absolutely crazy, and unacceptable anywhere to anyone.

Taco Bell your latest advertisement

Your latest commercial makes the loudest most unpleasant sound I've ever heard. I feel it's a very shallow way to draw consumers attention. I want to break my lap top/tv every time it comes on. Please try and be more creative guys... does your advertisement department suck that bad they have to blast people's ears out to get people's attention. SO DUMB and makes me want to eat at Taco Time every time it comes on. Truly.

Taco Bell product

I have a problem with all your product advertisement on T.V. It shows a lot of meat on all the products advertised . But when you go to get your product at my local taco bell there is plenty lettuce and a little bit of cheese and not enough to mention the MEAT! It's very disappointing and really false advertisement! Please do something about it cause when i go i do expect to have at least enough meat to taste! Thank you!

Taco Bell huge piece of plastic inside of my burrito!

Hi, I went through the drive thru on August 7th, 2017 at 9:03 pm in Jackson, KY 41339. I got home and was halfway through eating a beefy 5 layer burrito when I noticed a huge piece of plastic inside of my burrito. I immediately threw up my food and was so disgusted and concerned for my health. I removed the piece of plastic from the burrito and upon researching Taco Bell, it appears to possibly be part of the wrapper on the meat filling. I have the piece of wrapper and burrito, along with the reciept from from the purchase. I also took pictures and posted them on Facebook.

Taco Bell online ordering.. taco bell stole my money!!

I decided today to order online. Huge mistake for me. I ordered food and realized oops there is 2 taco bells nearby so I needed to recheck which one it was sent too. I was not able to open my account back open to check. But behold my account was charged for the money by taco bell. So I call both stores to be told by one that they have no order from me then hung up on! Then the next store was hateful and acted like they don't accept online orders!. So my husband went to both taco bells only to be told once again no orders from us. Then also was told yes the store accepts online orders and that she had already talked to his wife with a hateful and unprofessional attitude! Simply put both stores need to be trained better in customer service. I call cooperate and yes she apologized to me and said a refund in 3 days! Seriously ? So yes no food..and I'm out money for 3 days...Seriously what kind of business acts like this with customers! Thankfully we told the Wendy's nearby about our horrible experience and not only was they appreciate of our coming to them we also was offered discounts and no charge on items. But nothing but a sorry from taco bell ...yep I'm sorry too that their employee's are rude and they basically stole money from me. Oh and yes I have emails from taco bell and my bank online statement showing I'm out money and witnesses about their employee's behaviors.
