When recovering our food/giving money, Madison S is very rude and very unprofessional. Not once, but twice. She is very unfriendly and no welcoming at all. She lacks professionalism. Taco Bell service

I have went to the taco Bell in Bluefield Virginia several times. I have went in to get a to go order. I have had to wait exactly 50 minutes each time I have had to go. All I get is a crunch wrap and cinnamon twist. That's all. They are not that crowed. Maybe 8 people total. This will be the last time I visit this taco Bell. It definitely needs new people to work it. 55 minutes to wait on a to go order is uncalled for.

Taco Bell service

went and ordered a Mexican pizza at 752 PM sat In lobby while workers were dancing and walking around. 20 min passed i asked for a refund tired of waiting for my fast food order was told by manager he would make it. another 7 min past and finally 30 min later I got my Mexican pizza and guess what it wasnt made to my liking. I said no tomatos guess since I waited 30min and ask for a refund it got extra tomatoes. i still want my money back. I also have video. newnan taco bell sucks

Taco Bell tacos and service

Okay so a few things the first place I stopped at was in finneytown, I guess they didn't have ground beef and were gonna charge me extra for something out of my control. Second place I went was in colerain and they made me wait fifteen minutes and then I waited in line for roughly 20 minutes ordered and was about to pay and then my card was "declined" yet when I ordered it online it went through just fine and they were about to have me wait in a line once again for another like 30 minutes, then finally I went to another taco bell downtown, I ordered SOFT tacos and they gave me all hard tacos. I am about done with all of this and when I called to get a refund they told me that I ordered incorrectly but I checked my mobile receipt and it said soft tacos. I demand a refund or something along the lines of that. That was AWFUL I had to go to THREE different taco bells and still didn't get what I paid for!

Today I ordered online and picked up at the drive thru today 8/11/19 at 7:30 and not only was the order messed up we experienced terrible customer service. The workers were unnecessarily loud to us and to each other. And the lady working the drive thru asked what type of hot sauce we wanted and we responded fire and mild and the lady laughed and just threw in regular hot sauce.

Taco Bell wait time, out of items, cleanliness

I went to Taco Bell And placed my order after waiting a few minutes in drive thru. No Pepsi! Placed my order anyway. Proceeded to check out window with one car ahead of me. Waited approximately 15/20 minutes. Cars behind me left. I then left. Can't idle my car that long. Something is wrong at this location. Someone should check into it. Went the night before at 9:00pm- no lights on! Closed?

Taco Bell management

Ordered a simple 6 pack of hard shell tacos... drove up to window and the cashier asked would I like sauce... I said "Mild" sauce, she hands me the bag of Taco's without sauce. I sit there for a few seconds waiting for her to face me again and when she did _ I said "Mild" Souse... then she replied we don't have any mild..."thinking" I asked for sauce, cashier replies back with nothing- This is a place that sales taco's... what freaking manager would forget to order the sauce they need for tacos. Unbelievable, I would have fired the manager on the spot for failure to order what is needed to service the customer.

Taco Bell food, service and management

I just left your Taco Bell Restaurant located at 6040 Long Prairie Dr., Flower Mound TX 75028 (972) 874-9352. I drove through the drive thru to purchase a burrito supreme. The teenager in the inter com asked me 3 times what I wanted and kept repeating the wrong item. He finally said burrito supreme, that's all. I said yes. Then a lady came on and asked me what my order. I told her a burrito supreme. She said then you need to pull up. I said I can't there are cars in front of me. Finally after about 5 minutes, the cars started to move up. I got to the window. The teenager again "$3.78 ...you had a crispy tostada?' I said "no I had a burrito supreme." The lady behind him looked at him with hate and disgust and look at me and shook her head. I handed the teenager $10.78. He opened his register in confusion, she reached over and punched something on the register and said it's $3.68. He then gave me $7 back in change. I said I thought she said $3.68? he just gave me a blank stare. I then said you owe me 10 cents. she then pushed him away from the register and yelled (profanity in Spanish. I know Spanish. I'm Hispanic too) to someone to hand her a burrito supreme. She handed me a bag with a burrito. I asked for a water and my 10 cents. She was upset. I then drove off. I opened and bit the burrito and I don't know what it was but it has rice and spicy sauce in it. It tasted awful. I drove back and asked for my money. I ordered my food at 8:00pm on Thursday August 1; after waiting 10 mins in the drive thru with out moving from the ordering speaker, i went inside and waited an additional 10 mins before my order of 3 tacos and cinnamon twist was received. Once inside the customers also were complaining of long wait times and asking for their order to be cancelled as well

I have gone to this taco bell many times to get breakfast. Taco Bell customer server.

Good evening, this morning I submitted an order for tonight at 7pm for my fiancée to pick up at your Richmond, IL. I entered her name (Betsy) as the name of the pickup. When she went to pick it up through the drive through, they said they had no order for Betsy. She went up and said maybe it's for Chris. They said no and for her to leave and figure it out. She showed them her text alerts on her phone and they said they have no order for Betsy or Chris. The manager then started yelling at my fiancée that there was only an order for Christopher and next time she needed to be better prepared. I'm assuming the online order simply reset the name and just took the name on my credit card, totally understandable. But when my fiancée said "Chris", the manager said there was no name under that...rather than suggesting Christopher, she yelled at her about being wrong and needing to leave. This is very disappointing!
