I was not giving two things I paid for
I ordered 2 spicy tostada's, 2 mini shredded chicken quesadillas, 2 supreme soft tacos and 1 cheesy roll up. I payed $9.50 I received my bag and left (to-go) order. I got home and realized they did not give me my 2 soft tacos that I payed for. I was not gonna drive all the way back just for that. They seriously need to check their orders and make sure they give what is payed for.

My son ordered the Triple Double Box and there was hardly any ingredients within the Triple Double. I have attached a copy of the receipt and the food for you to see that there was nothing to it.
He was really disappointed after working at his part time job at a farm after high school.
We normally do not go to this Taco Bell as it is out of our way, we got to another one in Danbury.

quality of food
Was at store 005261 in Coventry RI last night. Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and 3 hard shell tacos at tbe drive through. Got home to 4 of the saddest, laziest and most disgusting tacos ive ever gotten. There was barely anything in the stale shells, stuck to tbe paper. Tne gordita crunch was an absolute sloppy mess. I worked all day and started moving last night and my o my dinner at 830 at night was straight garbage. I have pics of tbese pathetic tacos as well.

I was in the drive thru at the taco bell on Gravios and Grand in St. Louis, Mo on Oct. 1, 2018 and as i was trying to give my order, i could hear a young man in the background telling the young lady on speaker how he wanted to have intercourse with her and have her call him daddy. I heard her say "move Dee" or something starting with D. When i got to the window, he had like dirty blonde or light brown deadlocks. Had to wait for food because it appeared he was making the orders but talking to the young lady. I really dont think that is good for business but i just wanted to give a review. Im not from St. Louis and we chose that Taco Bell

My son is autistic and loves Taco Bell. We probably go there twice a week. The problem with this location is they are constantly giving the wrong orders or not giving complete orders on a consistent basis. I can't begin to tell you how many times we left the drive through and got home only to realize they forgot the cheese for the chips and cheese. This is not an exaggeration. This happens consistently.
I'm also lactose intolerant so when ordering the XXL burrito supreme WITHOUT sour cream it's extremely important they don't put it on my food, which is exactly what they did. This can put me in excruciating pain for hours.
I don't like to complain but this location is way out of hand.
On top of that no one should be waiting for 30 - 40 min in a drive through. The yelp reviews can back this.
triple double crunchwrap
My husband and I visited Taco Bell in Bulls Gap Tn. 37711 around 12 noon on 10/02 we bought 4 of the triple double Crunchwrap boxes. Specifically told them that we were there last week and ordered the same thing and that they were so chinchy, they looked nothing like the picture as advertised. Well like I said we ordered the same thing again and they were the same as the last time, with hardly a thing in them . This happens all the time and they do nothing to resolve the issue not evn an I'm Sorry, . At this time I am beyond upset with this taco bell
beefy five layer burrito
I specifically said that I did not want beans on any part of my burrito and then I'm just eating my burrito, trusting that y'all will be loyal to me and guess what goes into my mouth a damn BEAN. I had to make myself throw up for the next two hours because I am just truly so disgusted that y'all would deceive me and put a bean into my burrito. We went to the windsor locks taco bell store # 029313. They don't honor the national sale price of the box because it's privately owned well that's not right. If your displaying the company trademark for the product being sold you should have to have the same deals. How do you know what store is privately owned by looking at it.. Its not fair for me and other people to be put in that situation. Also the quality of the food was very poor. The lettuce was brown on the tacos and you couldn't see it in the crunch wrap but I'm sure that was brown also.
I would like my money back somehow for this dissatisfaction.

3550 Ulmerton Rd, Clearwater, FL 33762... I work right around the corner from this Taco Bell and you are one of my favorite places to eat. Two or three times I have been in the Drive-Thru line at this location and it has taken at least 10 minutes to get to the window without that long of a line, & the most recent time I was not willing to wait any longer. Then again just today I decided to go inside to have lunch instead of waiting at the drive-thru line, but when I went in the gentleman who was coming out of the bathroom from cleaning it said he did not think the restrooms were working. On 3 different occasions I went next door and ate at Mcdonald's instead! I want to remain a Taco Bell customer, but I'm hesitant to go back to this location even though it is right next door to me for lunch because of the issues I have had there on multiple visits as described. If you would be willing to offer or perhaps send a coupon for a complimentary chalupa Cravings box or triple Crunchwrap Cravings box that would go a long way towards helping me to remain a TACO BELL customer at this location. I am so disappointed. I order the $5.00 box -Triple Double Crunchwrap. AND I am so not happy with what is advertised verses what I received. Attached is a picture of what I received side by side with what I THOUGHT I was getting.

steak and egg stacker

I ordered a steak and egg stacker. When I got home what I had was not what looked like in all of the advertising. I returned to Taco Bell and received the same thing. I expressed I was not satisfied but would take it.
It was the second visit the cashier explained it's how the taco is folded to make it appear thicker and more than what I received. So actually the customer receives only 1/3 of the advertised item. I have photos to my claim.
waiting time and bad services
I went to Taco Bell in riverdale at 130am and I was waiting in line for along time and was hoping that when I get to the menu board I will get my orders taken. I was sitting for another couple minutes and still no one talk so I said hello and she tell me to wait again and never said anything. I have to speak again and ask if she is ready to take my order so now she going to tell me that they are out of meat. So I ask she have nothing to sell? She reply "no". My question is why did you not tell customers in the speaker that you don't have anything before and make them sit there for a long time. You make me wait for 20 mins and tell me that you ran out of product? There is still 2 cars behind me that wait long time so you going to tell them that you have nothing to sell also? This is the worst customer service that I have ever been to. I have work at fast food as cashier even as management and there is a better way to handle this. This is a way to driven customer out of this location if this continue and I always come to this location and this is the worst service I ever been to.

My husband and I rarely eat our fast food, but when we do we typically choose Taco Bell, and always this location, no problems and of so they're quickly resolved. Not this time, and this one visit will ruin us returning. We ordered, on the screen showed extra rice on our the one burrito we got (I wasn't hungry), how we wanted. When we got to the window, the last there was rude. Just plain ole' rude. She said "beef quesarito no rice?" Which was wrong so I corrected her. And she got upset, and said "it'll be a minute cause it has to be remade now." Not to mention, They didn't have mild sauce, so she offered hot and we said no, she closed the window continued to put a handful of hot sauce in my bag. I expected her to then hand me the bag. Nope. She stood at her register, I assume taking an order, while my food SAT right there. After about 2-3 minutes she handed me my bad and I simply asked why my order sat there and she said "it didn't we had to remake it." I said "I watched my order just sit there for minutes, I was just wondering why?" And she said "because I am multitasking?" (All with a very sorry attitude.) and I responded with "if you were multitasking ... " got complete cut off, and got yelled at "SORRY WE CANT MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY." And a slammed window.
As a General Manager of a local restaurant I would never allow one of my employees to ever treat a guest in that manner. I was very appalled and will not be returning.

Over the past 3 months of going to the taco bell location in Clemson, SC I have received my order incorrect more times than not. Not only that, but I have had to wait over 10 minutes for my food several times as well as it being cold when I get it. Tonight I went through the drive thru with my dog and he was whining as naturally all dogs do when they want attention or food. I got to the window and two women were standing there, one said, "That's not right. I can't watch that" and walked away while the other said, "I have no problem calling animal control right now" while she was touching her phone. I am furious! They had no right whatsoever to comment or speak in such a manner about me or my dog. I will not be going back to this taco bell location ever again for the awful customer service and food quality control.

The night before we went to Taco Bell and order $20 worth of food when we got home to eat it which is less than 5 minutes to our house food was ice cold so we call them and they offer to remake our food so the next evening we went back and they remade our food and they were out of chicken and steak and the tacos they made us had absolutely no meat on it which you can see in the picture provided this is ridiculous

I paid for my food online. I get to the store and they start making my food. The one female puts the food in the iron press. A guy takes it out and puts it on the nasty table. This upset me but not as bad as after I told them I wanted it remade the female wraps it up and puts it in the box to give to me. Being a little heated at this time I tell the manager I want my money back. She tells me I cant have my money because I paid for it online through the app. I don't want anything from here, and now I cant have my money either? REALLY?!?! What kind of SCAM are you guys running here? I now ask the manager for the GM's phone number. She goes fumbling around with a piece of paper, then she walks to the back and comes back and has her cell phone. She was giving me some excuse why she couldn't find the GM's phone number. During this the female in the back making the food is staring at me like she wants to fight. So I ask her what her problem was. The manager then starts yelling at me and saying don't yell at my people. I said whatever...give me your managers number. She then says no...I'm calling the police. I said I don't care call the police. When the police get there... They ask me what is going on... so I tell them what happened. They ask if I hit them...I said no of course not. They said they had got a call and the customer assaulted them. I want a copy of the video while I was there. I am going to go public with this whole story. From not getting my money back to your employees trying to give me food that was sitting on the table to your manager yelling at me then putting in a false report... your store is pathetic. I still want my $28 back too. Shame on you allowing your employees to handle food in this manner, then to get mad at your customers when they say something.

My manager at taco bell locations strawberry square and Harrisburg east mall in Harrisburg PA is beyond disrespectful and does not treat me fairly. I am the only Caucasian person working for him and I am getting laid less than all the other employees. My pay rate is 7.50 while everyone is getting paid over 8.00 hour. I am a single mother, working is my only income I get no child support no help I have absolutely no support. Bimal (manager) took me off the schedule as I questioned him why I'm getting paid less than everyone I asked him through a text message and he told me not to come in the next day as I was scheduled to work that day . The following week I text him to double check on the time I start work and he told me he found someone to work . He did not tell me that and how can you give someone my schedule without telling me? Those altercations happened within the weeks of August 20. Further in he is allowing me to be harassed by another employee named shaquay fuellen. She was trying to fight me at work on Friday 28th of September. He is careless when it comes to me. He favors Shaquay as well as the other African American employees because he is afraid of them. They clock out to smoke, leave for days and come back wherever they want. Not to mention the girl Maia who works at the Harrisburg mall who Bimal knows is a THIEF she was just in jail twice from stealing from Macy's but yet Bimal wanted to make her manager. Than there's the new girl Danielle Chavious who so Bimal and his wife claims she talks to much so they put her in taco bell at the Harrisburg mall she was working strawberry square. The favoritism Bimal gives is sickening! Since when did employees get free gift cards if they get so many surveys signed? Funny how shaquay is the only one to know about it. The same girl who called his own WIFE a b#### but is still employed there. Same girl who curses in front of customers and is always on her phone. I don't understand how a manager can favor a person like that let alone not treat all his employees equally. They make food with no gloves. Bimal cut my hours because I've wrote a bad review on facebook. For a week now I've been trying to get in contact with Ken (head boss) but Bimal refused to give me his number so he told me Ken works Saturday mornings at the Harrisburg mall so there I go with my daughter to the Harrisburg mall yesterday. Ken was not there but Bimal was. I asked nicely from all employees if anyone has Ken's number they said no. Bimal was on a call I sat for 20 minutes waiting for him to get off. As he finally got off the phone he told the other employee Robin to wash the dishes so he can make orders so he don't have to speak to me. I stood in line with every time he gave the customers their order I asked if I can have Ken's number and he ignored me as if I was invisible. If you watch the cameras you will clearly see how poorly he treats me. I feel like as an employee I should treated with respect and work should be my second home. I love my job I love my country workers but my manager is a poor manager who does not take pride in his job. I've worked in the food industry for 12 years and I know better than to always wear Gloves when making food. I should be getting paid the same as everyone else. Regardless of how unfair and ignorance my manager puts upon me. I still go to work every day on time and I do my job. Everything is always stocked, well kept and clean. My other coworker is lazy and Bimal does her dirty work now that she had surgery on getting her tubes tied. I don't want to leave taco bell I just wish to be treated with respect and like a human being.

Went through drive thru and I asked lady if they had any nacho fries box and she said NOPE rudely and didn't say anything else. Did not smile and when she gave me my total she snatched my card off my hand, and then when she gave me my food she gave a dirty look. I will not be coming to this restaurant again, I had issues in the past in this restaurant.

My mother went through your drive through with my nieces and came home almost in tears! First of all she sat in your drive through for an unbelievable 32 minutes, next she didn't get the correct food nor was it completed twice, so the woman snatched the bag twice from my 74 year old mothers hand! I am completely appalled and this store is horrendous!
