I go to this Taco Bell pretty frequently and every time I go up there always have to pull forward so they can meet their number. When I finally get my order in and out 10 times is wrong so I have to go back through the drive-through or go inside for them to correct it and they seem to get an attitude about it . I even told this lady the last visit that I do not want to pull forward because of my experience from before and she said I had to.
the new slushy are never up and running.
I'm complaining about the drinks slushy. In Jacksonville Florida. Lem Turner Ave. The slush been advertised since January I think. Regardless I have not taste it yet. The sign needs to be taken down or you all need to serve the drink. The watermelon ones they always says the machine is down. I'm tried of hearing that. I would love to taste one. Or stop the advertisement.

I was in taco bell on 47th and Broadway on June 27, 2018 around 9pm and I ordered 2 shredded mini chicken quesadillas and one of them had twice the amount of meat in it than the other. We called and complained to them and they replied with a "you pay a dollar you get a dollar" and the customer service was terrible and if that's how it is going to be you can bet your pretty little [censored] I won't be spending any more money on your franchise.

Visited the lobby with my elderly mom on a Monday and we noticed that the place was a mess food on floor trash on floor and the same on tables.After waiting 15 min.we were told that they ran out of beans so they gave us two coupons for two free tacos.On Wednesday we returned and sat down (I had to wipe the food off of the table)my mom and I noticed the same stain next to a table were someone had spilled food that had not been moped.As we waited for our order and looked around we decided that we would not eat there and never go back.

I have visited the Taco Bell in Hernando, Ms. more than once and it is the same each time ( I hoped it would be a one time thing being so nasty so I gave it another chance). The store had 3 customers in the lobby and after I received my order I could not find a clean table to eat at. The floors had trash, napkins, and empty sauce packets on it. The tea canister was empty and no salt packs were available. The commodes in the women's bathroom were over flowed and the nasty water was standing in the floor. On top of every thing else the staff were at the counter taking on their cell phones and discussing their salaries. On team member started last year at 7.50/ a hour and got a 10 cent raise. The atmosphere is terrible. I would be ashamed, from the crew members to the corporate workers, that I worked for a company that had zero pride in cleanliness. I want be surprised if the health department shuts the store down. How could it pass code?

I love this location and have never had a problem before tonight. They blamed it on new employees. We went through the drive thru and came all the way home to realize our order was completely wrong. Called to get it fixed. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Waited an additional 25 minutes and finally got it. Cashier was very rude inside. Very upset with my usual quick Taco Bell fix turning into a long drawn out mess.

Hello my name is Nichelle Smith and I went thru the drive thru at Taco Bell off 119th and blackbob on in Olathe Kansas on 6/24/18 I ordered 4 things and one was mines upon eating my burrito i bit into a small black object that wasn't part of the ingredients. I immediately called the store asked for the manager and the person that answered asked if They could take a message I said no and I advised that I couldn't. The manager Shawn came to the phone and I explained what he didn't seem remorseful of any sort. I went back in the morning and retired the item and was given a refund but honestly I think there should be something done about this so it will not happen to anyone else.
$5.00 box speciality as advertised on television
Taco Bell located at 4930 New Jesup Hwy, Brunswick GA 31520, I've watch your advertised commercial for the $5.00 Specialty Box in the past and once I made the purchase I was charged more. $5.99. When you had the $5.00 fill up, I had to go home to replay the commercial to make sure I saw the right price. I stayed away from Taco Bell for some months. I recently returned when I saw the Steak Nachos advertisement on TV for $5.00, well I went to purchase 2 and was again charged $5.99 this time I question why I was being charge that price when it was being advertised on TV for $5.00, I was told that the advertisement was corporate, I asked what that meant and ask for a manager. with no resolution. Why would they not honor the advertisement if they are using Taco Bell Brand?

Last night at the Taco Bell in Tazewell TN I was very rudely talk to by employee who said she was an manager she accused me if taking my food and then trying to come back and say I didn't get it to try to get more food when I never received my food in the first place. She accused me off trying to steal food. She spoke to me in the most rude and loud way in front of all of the employees and customers, my cousin was with me and witnessed it all. Not to mention last week I was there and ordered and had to go back three times to get my order correct. I will never go back to your restaurant and I really think you guys should train customer service. Especially someone who is suppose to be a manager

I complained about this store before and received 3 free item coupons but this store refuses to take them. The employees are extremely rude and are at work to play and not take orders or prepare food. They are constantly telling guests they are out of certain items only because they don't feel like making that item.
They laugh and play as if the guests cannot hear them talking about people.
I am not one of those people that complain much but this is ridiculous.
Management is never visible to complain to, and staff has no respect for where their paycheck comes from.
The Port Allen Taco Bell/KFC should be completely restaffed management and all.

I went to Taco Bell at 630 NE 79th st Miami, Fl 33138. My order number is 373294. The cashier's name is Cheslaire. I ordered the steak nacho box and the new watermelon freeze. He did tell me they didn't have the candy that goes in it. I got to the window and asked him if they had the candy because I did not see it in my drink and he ignored me. I asked 2 more times and he shook his head and told me no.Then got a total attitude with me for asking him about my order that was messed up. I will go to McDonald's before I ever go to that Taco Bell or any other ones. That way he treated me was unnecessary.

I went an ordered a naked chicken chalupa box, get home to find out the chalupa wasn't in the box. So I go back a SECOND time to get what I ordered and they made it right. I get back home to realize that the individual naked chicken chalupa I had also ordered the first time I was there, was NOT a naked chicken chalupa. I'm very disappointed right now. I don't eat out often and when I do I like to go to Taco Bell. I'm not going to continue and pay to have my order messed up nearly every time I go!

This evening on my way home I stopped at this store. I have never been so disgusted with a meal in my life. I stopped at this store because it is 2 minutes from my home, so it was literally 6 minutes from store to opening my box to eat.
The two "hard" tacos were obviously premade and quite a while before I ordered them
When I tried to remove them from the paper the bottoms fell completely apart, the meat was ice cold, and on the "hard" taco, my lettuce included not only badly wilted lettuce, but also lettuce that was obviously rotten. It was black.
So needless to say I did not finish either of my "hard" tacos
So I went to my mild naked chicken chalupa. It was ice cold and there were black rotten tomatoes on the top of it. It had been prepared so long ago that the juice from the tomatoes had soaked the wrap around the chicken. I took 2 bites and threw the meal away. Absolutely horrible
I called and spoke to the manager, who was very pleasant, however, tried to explain that the store does not premake food. Then as we spoke she discussed a rush that had occurred. I told her the tacos and chicken had to have been prepared for that time. Which is bad enough, but the rotten vegetables on my meal are completely unacceptable.
She has taken my name to "remake" my box the next time I order, but after this experience I am not certain that I can trust that my meal will not be intentionally ruined.
I will reiterate, I have never been so disgusted by a meal in my life and at this point I am hoping I do not get food poisoning from the chicken that had obviously been sitting out and not stored properly.

6/25/2018 @ 2:47 p.M. Order #146728 the total of my order was $5.93. I ordered for the first time the power chicken bowl. I was satisfied with what I ordered but some of the rice was hard and crunchy. Beans.. Wasn't just beans it had too much liquid underneath the food. I placed my order on Market St. Youngstown, Ohio 44507. #5 no beans, no sour creamy, as usual. I quickly looked to make sure i had the 2 items. I get home in 4 mins and looked again and saw sour cream on my nachos. I went back and explained I didn't want beans or sour cream. A girl came to the window and said " You gotta say what you don't want on your food and turned as she walked away and I noticed her rolling her eyes. Seconds later I get my bag back, looked and saw there was no sour cream. I said to the cashier "please tell that lady I didn't fall off a boat yesterday". I left. Ate the nachos. Opened the taco: SOUR CREAM! I called to complain. Had a conversation with the 'manager'. Gave all details. She said she sent the girl he, apologized and took my name - Evette. She said your order will be replaced. Just come and give your name. I go back today, 6/25/18. Explained the issue, gave my name; thinking that's all that I needed to do since it was already 'documented'. No! The girl asked for my receipt. Ok, it's at home since I hadn't done the survey yet, I left it in the open so I don't forget. So NOW I find out I couldn't get my order without that receipt. I'm telling all my Facebook friends and everyone I know not to fool with taco Bell and will keep posting. I don't expect a new corrected order and I've had my apology so now I just spread the word. The boxes advertised for $5.00 on TV, cost $5.49 (before tax) at the Taco Bell at 4854 E Bell Rd, Scottsdale, Az 85254. Why? Isn't this false advertising? I have purchased the Steak nachos box there and also the Mild naked Chalupa box. Both were $5.49 (before sales tax). I asked the person at the window and he said that he's not the one that makes that decision, but the manager does. I let it go at the time, but it bothers me. I already called and complained, but no one returned my call. I think this is a poor business practice, ignoring complaints, even small ones.

I went to the Taco Bell in Tipp City Ohio last evening. Upon arrival into the lobby, it took 3 minutes until someone acknowledged me, even though a man and his 2 young children were already waiting in line, and they had not been acknowledged yet either. The young man Gavin then proceeded to take our order. He then disappeared into the back of the kitchen. My order was rang in at 6:50 pm and I had 4 items plus a drink. I patiently waited for my food. While I was waiting I witnessed 4 people walk out of the lobby since no one came to the counter to take their order. One of those gentleman told someone else who pulled into the parking lot about the lousy service and they left before even coming into the lobby. I finally received my food at 7:29 as the woman manager threw my food on the counter. And while I was waiting for my food the young man Gavin who took my order clocked out and mentioned they were hiring more people for the new store Taco Bell is opening across I-75 in Tipp City. I own a restaurant and know how difficult staffing can be, but someone should at least acknowledge guests as they enter the lobby and are waiting for their order to be taken. I'm writing this to let Taco Bell corporate know what is going on at this store and the fact they are building a new store to try to make the new store successful. As of 11:00 pm yesterday night I am no longer an employee of the Taco Bell on 1220 East 1st Ave in Broomfield CO. I have never seen management ignore so many peoples basic workers rights in my entire life. There is no structural organization in this establishment and I could only last three days. I was a brand new employee on Thursday of this week. I was supposed to come in for a 4 hour learning shift. I was then asked to stay until 3 am on my first day when I got there at 5pm. Last night, on the 23rd, a manager came in and made a statement saying that he had requested not to come in that day because he had been coughing up blood the entire week but was unable to get time off to go see a doctor. The general manager told him to find a replacement manager or continue his shift. He found one and switched with her. The manager who came in was an 18 year old shift leader with a swollen tongue, a 104 degree fever, and a doctors note. Her basic right to be allowed time off with a sick note was ignored and I realized this establishment and perhaps the entire franchise is a poor excuse for a company. I am ashamed at how this business is being allowed to be run and I would hope someone would do something about it. Fire the general manager and give these employees someone they can trust.
