Taco Bell price and customer service

Visit: July 2, 2018 at the Wilmington, NC by UNCW location. I went online before my visit to look at the menu, there I found a big discrepancy from what I have been seeing at my local taco bell. For one the cheese quesadilla I have been paying the same as the chicken quesadilla, online it showed it was a dollar cheaper than the chicken. When I was there today, I printed and showed the menu from online, the cashier was not sure so got her manager. She looked at it and said they can only go by what it rings up as. First I don't k now why the cheese would be the same price as the chicken, second she said they go by the tax brackets, but she couldn't explain to me what that meant. Why would the online menu differ from the store, there was an option to order online to save time, if I had done that, would I have been honored that price? So many times I have also ordered the cheese quesadilla and gotten meat in it, well I am a vegetarian, and once I didn't notice until I had taken a bite. I am just very disappointed in Taco Bell at the moment.

Are you serious ripe den? How is what I said silly? Tell me what complaints are legit? (second thought don't tell me cause obviously you do not know and I don't care to hear another one of your responses) If you want to get all technical, maybe use spell check. Or not comment on others complaints saying they are silly or that if I can't afford it, to order online. Why do you feel the need to put others down saying they can't afford it, and yes that is putting someone down. I already said I could afford it, but why should I pay for something that should 100% not be the same price as a chicken w/cheese quesadilla than just a cheese quesadilla (where the online Taco Bell website has it cheaper), can you tell me how that makes sense? The richest people in America if you do any research are the most frugal. (http://time.com/money/4861261/billionaires-spending-habits-frugal/) I am not rich but I am frugal and I don't want to feel I am getting ripped off. There was a story in the news yesterday of a man suing McDonald's because he went to the trouble to order every item on one of the "meal deals" a-la-carte to find out it is cheaper to do so than to order it on their meal deals. Can you not see the justification to do something on principal? Your comments to me are unwarranted and unneeded. I would appreciate you letting someone have their own right to make whatever comment they choose fit as long as it is non offensive. I still don't get why on a COMPLAINT site you even felt the need to write, and write and write again.

are you kidding? Why are you responding to me on a complaint site of why I am complaining. I would like to know why. Just cause I can afford something doesn't mean I think it is fair and would not like to save a dollar or whatever. I don't get why you don't understand this. I guess I won't be coming back here, for I didn't think I would be getting a nasty comment over my question/complaint, and I am guessing you don't even work at taco bell, but may not

Taco Bell what was found in the bag of food

This is for my friend I was on Facebook and I saw this on a post and I know that this should be told and I told your health department should be called for what she found in her food. so I think this place is dirty and I think definitely the health department should be called. Taco Bell angela

Me and my friends decided to take a trip to taco bell and instead of a nice dinner and fun time we were interrupted by a very rude worker who was using very foul language to another using the words [censored] and [censored] in a very inappropriate way in front of teenagers and 6 years old. This kind of language should not be said in front of such young kids such as 6 year olds and it makes taco bell a not so friendly environment.

Taco Bell taco bell drive thru service

While going through the taco bell in atlanta tx we had an indecisive 4 year old in the truck so we pulled up to the window and said we need a minute. She said ok "take your time" as everyone does. So we come to a conclusion my daughter wanted a soft taco and a spritr after much deliberation. And before we could say ok this is what we want the lady said very rudely and quite loud "are you ready or not?!" My fiance being nice said yes and finished our order. Me mad asked my daughter if shed just be happy to eat chicken and go elsewhere and she refused and wanted a taco. As picky 4 year olds do. She had been wanting taco bell for a while and i finally gave in that day. So we went ahead and finished the order and went up to the window where the lady had her back toward us the majority of the time. So i couldnt look for a name.Gave us our food and shut the door. No have a nice day or thank you. Just overall [censored]ty service.

Taco Bell taco bell store #032330

I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito without the jalapeño cheese sauce and the girl who took my order said they only had one cheese sauce. I told her that I order it without the jalapeño cheese sauce every time and I could hear some employee screaming in the background that they only have one cheese sauce. I pulled the app up on my phone and showed it to the girl and she still said they only have one sauce! We eat at that Taco Bell a lot. I understand young employs that don't know the menu but the screaming was ridiculous! Now I have a burrito that I won't be able to eat because it has jalapeño cheese sauce on it!

Taco Bell nachos box chalupa stk sup

store at 3233 thomas st mphs tn 38127 first off had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to take order only person in store was me, it was filthy; no straws or lids for soda, cheese on nachos just cold like it was [poured out the bag, bread hard on chalupa no meat inside moslly lettuce sandwich, no napkins no hot sauce only mild, did i say it was filthy

Taco Bell terrible service

Ordered four steak quesaritos, 2 tacos ( substitute beans for meat), a Mexican pizza no meat, no tamato. Got home didn't have the Mexican pizza or two tacos. Drove back got the Mexican pizza and the two tacos even reminded them about the order with the receipt and they still put meat on both the tacos and the pizza. Probably won't be heading back to this Taco Bell again.

Taco Bell food

Hello I went into my local taco Bell at about 230am and I ordered the 5$ nachos box. When I got home and opened it. I had a box full of cheese and chips. I didn't have no steak on my food and I'm highly pissed off. This is the taco Bell in Lancaster on Ave J-20 st east. The young lady was rude as ever. I think someone needs to fix this problem. And when I went back they where closed smh

Taco Bell service

I go in side to get quicker service because the drive though was backed up to the Drive thought order. They were only running 1 line on a Saturday night at 8:15, it took almost 15 minuets to get my food! When I looked at the line the people working on a the line were standing there just laughing. I don't mine people having fun but have it while your working. This Taco Bell

Taco Bell lack of cleanliness & pissy attitudes

Stopped for dinner & restroom break. 1 stall completely filthy/gross, no one would use it, stall 2 had full trash w/trash running all over floor. No hand soap, 5 adults 2 kids waiting. Bathrm sign says restroom ckd every 30 mins & to tell mgmt if issues. "Very politely" told cashier who tells asst. mngr who rolled eyes & acted pissed off. Sitting area very dirty & drink station nasty. Looked for inspection rating, never found one. Employees acted like they hated being there. Ocala store # 026476

Taco Bell $5 nachos box, 4 soft tacos/ window

I drive up to window at 2:50 am on Saturdaythe morning of the 29th of June. I waited for mic person to talk through mic. I said hello 3 times no answer. I drove up to the window. The lady ask why I didn't order through mic I told her I tried talking by saying hello is anyone there, 3 times. She then rolled her eyes and ask me what I would like to order. I gave her my order and my friends. We paid and was ask to pull forward. There was another car that was in front of us. They waited at least 10 minutes for theirs. The lady brought out her order and then we pulled forward. We waited and waited. 15 minutes passed still waiting. I decide to get out and go to the entrance door I tried knocking couldn't get her attention the music was so loud I heard it from out side. So I walked to the window and she was walking by and I knocked on the window. By this time I was mad. I said in these words ( What's going on? We have been waiting out here for nearly 30 minutes. She said ( Oh I'm sorry I forgot all about you, that's who this order was for).

Taco Bell service as a whole

I came to the location on Marconi Avenue in Sacramento, CA at 10pm on 6/29/2018. There were two cars in front of me waiting at the service window and no cars at the order window. Pulling up we waited 5 minutes before anyone came on the speaker. After yelling our order into the speaker bc the young man couldn't hear, we pull up to wait with the other two cars that had been waiting for what looked like a while already. We waited in line for 15 mins until the first car got their order. We wait another 5 mins and get to the window to pay. Now everything up to this point is excusable and not so bad. Once we pull up to the window, no one opened the window to accept payment, to let us know it would be just a minute, or even say one word. Yet they were all bunched in one group talking to each other with their headsets off, laughing and carrying on like they weren't working, and staring through the window at us. No sign of urgency to bring the long line forming behind us down, no common decency or any kind of customer service. This is a continuous problem at this establishment. Your employees need to learn better customer service and teamwork. I got so tired of waiting at the window without so much as a greeting. Myself and a few other cars just decided to drive away without our order.

Taco Bell forgotten food and the service

I stopped in after a 12 hour shift in a pizza restaurant to carry out. All items were in 1 bag. A Mexican pizza was forgotten and I didn't know til I got home. I called yo see if they could have it ready and bring it to me since the drive through was backed up to the road (9 cars) when I was there. BRIAN who I spoke to told me the dining area was closed so I couldn't run in and that the policy prohibited him even handing it to me out of the front door. So here I am sitting in the drive through behind 11 ELEVEN OTHER CARS after the hell of a busy shop on the start of the month. I'm irritated, exhausted, and frankly pissed at how this was handled. I have to do another all day tomorrow and I couldn't even be given the courtesy of an I'm sorry or a "Please drive around and someone can run it to you". I understand policy not allowing me to come inside after dining area closing up or someoneto hand it to me through the door but this is horrible customer service that waiting behind 11 cars is the best that could be done for an item I paid for 40 minutes earlier. This took place at the Uniontown Pennsylvania store. I was not given a receipt for my order or I would provide the store number. The manager waited on me at the window on top of it when she had seen and spken to me when I was in the first time yet she offered no apology or explanation.

Now that we have eaten and I went for the empanadas I realized they didn't include those in our bag either. The pizza and multiple empanadas.

Taco Bell steak nacho box

Placed an order over 26 bucks ordered 2 of your steak nacho boxes the chips we're stale and they had only like four pieces of meat on each one. Very disappointed had a steak nachos a few days ago they were very good. The location is Herndon and marks fresno ca 93722 the service was quick and respectful the quality of food of this location always has issues.

Taco Bell drive thru broken continually

The Taco Bell in Shelby North Carolina has had a problem with its drive thru being out of service several times now. An employee is able to tell a customer through the drive thru speaker that the drive thru is not working and the restaurant is only serving customers inside. How is the drive thru broken if the microphone to relay to customers their order is working?

Taco Bell horrible

We just experienced a very horrible service at one of your locations. I was on my 30 minute lunch this afternoon and having a taco bell less then a mile down the road that is where I headed. After waiting in the drive thru line for 18 minutes, I called the store, and explained to them that I needed to be let out of the drive thru(the drive thru is in between two buildings), that I was now going to be late to my return to work and reprimanded . The manager explained that they were short staffed. I asked if the truck in front of us could pull ahead (like most restaurants) so we could pass, and her response was that they don't do that and the longer she stayed on the phone, the longer it was taking to push people through the line. Now more upset hung up on her. and waited until they supplied the vehicle ahead with their food. a total of 26 minutes was spent in that drive thru, and never no food. I had to call my place of employment from the drive thru to explain how I was going to be late coming back from lunch. I also received a point against my attendance because of the poor management of a "fast food" environment.

Taco Bell tacos w/ sour cream

I think the photograph will suffice to explain the problem. The Taco Bell in Gainesville, Florida #26458 provided me with the most sub-par taco imaginable. No lettuce, no tomato, barely any meat, little sad spots of sour cream, a soggy shell that was cracked in half and stuck to the paper...I was astonished. Usually, I get a terrific product but this was really off the mark. All six were exactly like the one pictured. This photo is exactly as I unwrapped it. I was so astonished I snapped the photo. This occurred on 6/28/2018 at 9:46 pm. I paid $12.72 for these sad little things.

Taco Bell disrespected and misinformed

On June 28th at about 1:30am my husband & I tried ordering food. A few issues. #1 Outside lights & menu were off. #2 35 minutes before closing i was greeted with a "I'm sorry we are currently closed" recording. Then a guy came on to take my order. AFTER $35 worth of food was ordered I was then told they ran out of beans. I can be gullible so I asked him if he was serious and he said yes. Ordering 2 $6 cravings boxes, 3 bean and cheese burritos, #2 (steak) and a chicken quesadilla. I proceeded to the window to pay and I was then told that they ran out of rice and beef as well. The only items they could make were the $6 boxes (which didn't make sense considering beef was on the chalupa). Then I was being charged full price for the drinks that were supposed to be in our meals. So my $35 order was now $17. Why weren't we informed before our order was placed? I get it, 35 minutes until closing time and employees are tired and ready to go home. My opinion, food was already put away so why not lie to a customer and tell us they ran out. My husband expressed his opinion to the guy who was making the food and that's when we were told that beans would take 30 to make and Taco Bell closed at 2am. My husband told him that he would talk to the manager about the incident and the guy told him he was the manager. We left feeling disrespected and with NO food.
Outside lights and menu lights were off, being greeted with an "I'm sorry we are currently closed" recording and being told they ran out of 3 ingredients that make most of the food there, sounds to me like employees/manager started closing earlier than they should have. The employee who was working at the window was quiet and didn't say anything. His facial expression at least showed he felt bad.
Having 3 hungry children at home, and being as late as it was, instead of bringing home Taco Bell to eat, they got a bag of chips and something to drink from the gas station next door instead. Something needs to be done. Sorry I didn't get any names.

Taco Bell customer service

I went through the drive thru on June 28, 2018 at 10:11pm I ordered 2 steak nachos boxes pulled up to window to pay, the lady very rudely opened the window said we don't have anymore steak I was about to ask her if she could switch it for something else she closed the window on my face looked at co-workers and said this Mexican people I stayed there for a few more min. She never opened the window back up she just continued to stare at co-workers I understand sometimes things happen and you don't have all ingredients for certain items on the menu I was very disappointed I had never in my life been treated this way at taco bell.
