wrong order
Went through the drive thru at the Western Ave Taco Bell and after waiting over 30 minutes my order was wrong so I called and was told I had to wait in line again this was at 12:40am and the line was longer then when I originally got there. Manager was playing on phone at window and gave no receipt. After told I would have to wait in line I said I wanted number for district manager and they said they didn't have a number and after complaining they finally gave me the complaint number too quickly and hung up on me.

I am in the drive through at Taco Bell on Ireland Rd. in South Bend, IN. I had to wait in line 45 minutes before I reached the speaker to order. Then was told that certain items are not available because there are no black beans after 11 pm. It is at least an additional 10 minutes to get to the window where I am now sitting and have yet to be acknowledged by the staff. Why are you open if it takes an hour to get food and only certain foods are available?
The TACO BELL on 1255 Plaski Hwy, Edgewood, MD 21040. I visit there at least twice a week and every time there has been problems (like the drive thru is always backup at least 5 to 6 cars in line. You have to wait long to get anyone to take your order. The when you get to pay they are always busy talking to the help in the kitchen, the when you get your order I need to check it because it is wrong at least 2 time a month. For the price of the salads they are very small limited of food. Hopefully things might get better at the drive thru. Also the equipment needs to be replace when you speak to them to order. On Saturday, July 2nd, 2018 at 7:09 pm, my son and I went through the drive through at store #025448, 1006 Shiloh Crossing Blvd, Billings, MT 59102. The cashier, Frank V, had overcharged us so we told him and he finally figured it out. He apologized. We paid and he shut the window. After over 7 minutes he opened the window and asked us to pay. I said we already paid. He looked confused and said "oh yeah" and shut the window. A couple of minutes later he gave us the wrong order. We waited until he opened the window and told him. He was clearly flustered and angry and seemed not to know what was going on. We had seen our order # 361075 setting on the counter for the last 3 to 4 minutes. A female employee came over and said something to him. He opened the window and tossed our order into my car window. The box was half open. He then yelled "There you have both orders so get the [censored] out of here". He yelled "[censored] YOU" as we drove off. I'm a senior citizen and have never been so insulted and offended. My son worked for Taco Bell for over three years and I managed an Arby's for three years so we understand fast food and customer service. Frank V clearly has no place dealing with people. I went to the Taco Bell on route 3 in Plattsburgh NY. I will never go there again, as I and my family stood at the register for 15 minutes, while people were making food, and running the drive through worked and stared at us. Not one person said someone would be right with you or anything. I spend quite a bit a money each time and really sad that I am never returning to Taco Bell with the lack of customer service.

I went to Green Castle Pennsylvania TacoBell at 10:30 on Friday July 9th. I got home fifteen minutes away and I open my food to see my quesadilla hash overload of sauce which I specifically asked for no sauce on, my taco supreme has no meat on it but has the toppings, and my cheese roll up is just a bare tortilla rolled up with no cheese whatsoever. I did not have time to go back because I would be late for work as home and back out would be 30 mins. I am upset as I go there spend my money and along with the incomplete food items there was nasty customer service going on. Thank you.

Store is at 10006 cypresswood drive Houston Texas...shift lead has been allowing the staff to tell people it will 15 to 20 minutes before they start the food order for lobby customers. People was getting upset about it and leaving without placing order...when Michael who is shift lead does not clean the store proper way it should be clean...

My wife went through the drive thru of my former favorite fast food restaurant as of this incident and ordered the new Mild Naked Chicken Chalupa BOX - No tomatoes.
They literally forgot to put chicken in the chalupa. I am beyond dissappointed with this establshment. I called the tacobell restaurant to try and correct the mistake and they dont pick up the phone or pick up and hang up on me. Never going to this establishment again.

Beyond Upset.
Uh, you do know that the SHELL of the Chalupa IS chicken. that's the way it's supposed to be. It looks like a fried
gordita bread but it's actually a piece of chicken folded into the shape of a chalupa. there is no chicken inside it.

My husband ordered a 12 pack. Half nacho shells and half regular soft shell with no sour cream. When he got home the order was completely wrong. All were plane hard shells with sour cream and no tomatoes. We called repeatedly with no answer and left several voice mails that have gone unreturned. When I finally got a chance to go back to the store I was told the order was then too old to make right. VERY dissatisfied customer :-(

I just wanted to tell someone in charge about the unusual circumstance that I witnessed last Saturday night at your store that is at 4703 East 51st Street, Tulsa, OK 74135. I placed my order around midnight. When driving up to the window to pay I watched one of your employees actually punching the soda machine and also punching the cup dispensers. I have never witnessed anything like this before when paying for Drive Thru food. I am sure this employee was creating a horrible atmosphere for everyone working around her. I noticed that there was a camera in the ceiling above the soda machines and I urge you to take a look at the tape. This was on 7-1-18 12:04AM. My order number was 377342. I also work in a retail environment and this was the worst representation of your company. I almost just drove off but I thought it was important to tell someone about this incident.
I have to admit that the above post is a lie. This never really happened. I just made it up because I tried asking her out and she said no. I got so angry that I wanted to cause trouble for her. Now she is threatening to take me to court if I do not remove this post.

Ordered taco pizza and soft taco supreme in drive through. Pulled up to window and no one was there to take my money for 8 minutes. After I paid, it took another 8 minutes to get my food, both items were soggy and barely warm. Tomato pieces were black and green mostly. No apologies for delay, drive through not busy and I watched staff take 2 orders inside at the counter while I waited to pay. They got their orders before I did and I clearly ordered way before them.

I've literally ordered from the app more times than I can count AND more times than I can count I've gotten menu items left off my meal. And the ONLY resolution "come to the store and we will refund you" that is such [censored]. I PAID on the app. You should REFUND me on the APP. It is literally so simple. Customer service is absolutely horrible here. I can't even stand it. Drinks left off, food left off, extras left off. And ONE resolution that does not benefit the customer whatsoever. I've also written to customer service multiple times and not a single response. It's absolutely a joke.

I was waiting at the speaker for at least ten minutes with no one there to take my order. I decided to pull up to the window where I waited another five minutes or so due to the person in front of me. When I got to the window I told the workers what happened and all I wanted to order was a cheese quesadilla (not hard). I was told that was fine and then a woman in the back (who is the cook there sadly) rudely told me she wasn't going to make it for me and told the other girls to give me my money back. I wasted a total of 15-20 minutes of my time with no food in the end. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This woman should not be in charge of anything there. Stopped by taco Bell with my family to pick up lunch on the way to the beach this afternoon. After ordering, I spent 23 minutes in the lobby waiting for our food only to realize when we got to the beach our order was wrong and we were missing part of our order. Frustrated, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, and was told a manager was unavailable and then the employee who answered the phone hung up on me. Shocked, I called back, again asking for a manager, and the woman who answered said "[censored] didn't I tell you the first time you called ain't no manager here?". I'm outraged! I just spent $26.37 on lunch that was made incorrectly, multiple items are missing and I spent almost 30 minutes in the store placing and waiting for our order. I feel this is unacceptable, we are on vacation and I can't believe employees are allowed to speak to and treat customers this horribly and so rudely.

I have been eating the combination burrito spicey for 20 years... You all took the green sauce away but I continued to eat it the combination burrito twice weekly for another 20 years! And I drive up to my local taco bell today and am told no combination burrito no more! Omg I was devistated thats all I ever order!
So I tried to make the best of a devastating situation and said can I have a beef burrito with beans and onions and was told no... Then I said well can I have a bean burrito add beef and onions they said no!

What Happened to this place? Teenager's running the business? They said they don't have burritos with beef anymore, they ran out of ice and they ran out of fries. Employees were having a nacho cheese drinking contest while they were making our food. While we waited and waited for our food. Then yesterday they closed the lobby because they couldn't handle customers from both the drive thru and lobby! Seriously?

I went to the Taco Bell on located on Holland Road in Virginia Beach VA. My order was taken and I finally asked for a refund after waiting 30+ minutes. This was lunch time. This location only had two people working (note I said 2 employees). I left so sorry for the woman in back making the orders. She came out and told the customers she was doing her best. Customers were leaving without their food and didn't even ask for their money back because they were so upset.
How can a regional manager let this happen. Where were they? Why weren't they working the location if no one showed up to work? Is this the direction Taco Bell is heading? Obviously the customer like this location or it would not be so busy. What happened to the staff when this location had the grand opening a year or so back? BRING THEM BACK.
I'm not happy with the service I received. I felt I was cheated. I don't think you would have been happy either. I suggest you call this location and get the details.
quesadilla, taco and fiesta potatoes
My quesadilla was smooshed and folded in a wad in the bottom of the bag, sauce was spewing out everywhere and there was hardly no chicken. Cheese fell out of my taco as soon as I tried to open it cause the wrapper was folded into the taco. And I emphasized no sour cream on cheesy fiesta potatoes and there was a huge blob of it right on top of them.

I got a couple items for breakfast for a cowarker and myself. She got a combo hat was ok
But I got the breakfast quesadilla and it was absolutely Burt i did take a bite cuz sometimes the look is a little off and I could only taste the burnt no flavor nothing I am acutely not eating it so I'm out of luck with that. I just ask even if it's early employees take the time to make sure meals aren't burnt considering usually the early people are heading into work.
