continued poor service and quality of product
For some odd reason, my order is wrong just about every time I go there. Orders are usually basic and easy for their employees to comprehend, but they just can't get it right. And it's not just me either. It's my wife, my kids, friends, neighbors...pretty much everyone I know has had an issue with this particular Taco Bell. I've called to complain several times(not as much as I should have) and the managers are usually snippy and confrontational. Then they say, "let us know next time you come through and we'll make up for it". Bad thing is that the food is always bad when I go back. A taco doesn't consist of a little meat, two strings of cheese, and a piece of lettuce. Really guys, your company has reached an all time low in my book. My family and I have decided to avoid Taco Bell permanently, due to the CONSTANT poor quality and service. I know others near me feel the same way. We have other mexican cuisine options nearby, that actually care what their customers are consuming. Could your company start giving applicants an IQ test before employment? That might help turn things around a bit...well maybe.

Firstly, your board says you have two things that apparently you were out of. One, was the naked chicken Chalupa, the other was a combo meal. It's still on the board, and I was not given any other option, other than recommending the nachos. That was super helpful, not. The employee forgot I was there, and even admitted to it, his name was Justin. He didn't offer anything in exchange for everything going wrong in this trip, and the food was cold. It look like it was premade and was sitting there. The sour cream tasted like it was about to expire, there was something just wrong about it. The cheese from the tacos was all over the bottom of the bag. Oh, and when I mention that he should probably change the sign, he said that they were planning on doing it tomorrow. Apparently it's not important enough to do it now. Also, I had gotten a few cheesy roll ups, and there was something in one of them. It was very pale, and squishy, it may have been a tomato. And I hate tomatoes. I was not able to finish that, and that's part of my dinner. Also, there was barely any cheese in the roll ups, way less than there usually is. He also tried giving a drink to me, which wasn't even mine. And he wouldn't of even realized if I didn't say it wasn't mine. This is an even the first time that the board has been wrong, you should really keep an eye on that. You're missing forming your loyal customers, Also, I had gotten a few cheesy roll ups, and there was something in one of them. It was very pale, and squishy, it may have been a tomato. I go to your KFC-Taco Bell combo restaurant on RT 50 in Easton, Md. several times per week on my lunch break. First off I love your food, no complaints there. My complaint is about your drive thru line. I sat in line today for 25 minutes, I timed it. This has happened to me over and over again at this location. Staff is always friendly but the wait time is ridiculous. I have pulled out of line before and went to Wendy's up the street as they are very quick, even with a long line. Anyway, I am not one to write complaints to companies, but something has to be done at that location to improve the drive thru conditions. I work for taco bell in upper sandusky ohio and our assistants manager is so disrespectful to her employees her name is Felicia she constantly berates people her recently a new employee started and it was his first day she walked over to him and literally told him off in such a disrespectful manor..you can be a manager and still be nice to people to tell them to get back to work..she wasn't even talking to me but had me so mad that I just wanted to walk out..a month earlier an employee got sick of her and did walk out..I don't know if she is bipolar and alcoholic or what seems she is always sick..but needless to say something has to be done about her

I went to the Taco Bell on GLENWAY AVE. in Bridgetown (Cincinnati), Ohio on July 11th at approximately 1:08am.
I placed my order for $20 worth of food. I paid and received my order and drove home, which is on the other side of Cheviot near Westwood. Upon arriving home with food for my family, one persons entire order was not there!
So, I brought my receipt and drove all the way back to Taco Bell. I got back there at about 1:28am. When I pulled up to the order speaker I started to explain that the main part of my order was missing, but she stopped me and said "pull around to the window"
When I pulled around, the girl that was at the window now, nonchalantly continued filling soda cups and talking to other employees for 2 minutes before she opened the window to ask about my order. She asked to see my receipt, I(foolishly) gave her my receipt, she asked if I had the rest of the food, at which I said no, I left the food that WAS there with those who wanted to eat there food "hot"!
She shut the window and was talking to some of the other employees.
After a few minutes, she gave me the missing part of my order from 30 minutes ago! And said, "there ya go" and I asked for my receipt back and she said, "you got your order, whats the problem?" I replied, "I want my receipt back!" she then said, "well, I threw it away!" I asked for the receipt again and she repeated that she threw it away! and then called the other employees over and another girl said, "sorry, your receipt got thrown in the garbage!" I said, "well get it out, I want it!" she stated that she was not going to get it out of the garbage and that I needed to move because there were other customers waiting. I said I wanted my receipt or a complaint number, and they started giving me the daytime phone number for that location, which is just the run around.
I told them I wanted the complaint number and they said, "Google it! " and then threatened to call the police if I didnt leave!
What a horrible and disappointing experience! A group of rude, disrespectful and dishonest employees that not once apologized for totally skipping part of the order, which was on the receipt but was not waiting when I came back, so they were likely never even made! And the employees at that store, at that hour, were deceptive and dishonest, and then discourteous about their "cover up" on top of that!
What a sorry bunch of "representatives" for Taco Bell on the western side of Cincinnati, and there's only one!

I was in the bathroom today and I looked at the ground and noticed bugs. I immediately left the store because I don't think it's alpropriate that there's bugs in a work place where food is being handled. Absolutely disgusting. I also think that this probably should be resolved immediately because it is unfair to people to come into shuch a place and have to worry about bugs.

People boycott this place. An employee named Tina Watson is very disrespectful and racist. Today while my brother towed a vechile from a wreck on Pine St, this lady walked outside her job (Taco Bell) during her shift to insult him. It all started when my brother pulled in to the parking lot as he was directed by the officer on the scene. When my brother got down from the tow truck, Watson asked him if he had hit her car while parking. He said, "No, why would you think I hit it?" Watson said, "Because you are illegal, you all are illegal, go back home. Trump deport them, Trump deport them!" My brother just starred at her and said "Ok"...
This [censored] is crazy! When did it become ok to do this? He was in no way bothering you. Someone that is just doing their job. This lady should not only be fired immediately, she shouldn't be hired in any place where she will interact with people. Taco Bell corner of Ganson and West Ave, Jackson, MI. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Average wait time is 7 minutes. I have been in line for over 20 minutes sometimes. Most of the time the employees are stoned. They have red glazed eyes and can barely form sentences. They are always messing up my order or forgetting something. I never complain, because I have worked in customer for over 30 years. Tonight a young gal in the drive thru says hey, not can I take your order. I start my order with no sound from her, so I am wondering if she is there. Then after a long pause she says is that it. I asked her to repeat it to make sure she heard me at all. Then she buffs in the speaker and with a huge attitude she repeats it back. Then as I pull up she yells out to the next car wth an attitude "Can I take your order" the lady in the car looked at me like she was in shock. I finally get up to the window after another long wait. The girl just blurts out my total with no smile. I gave her my money. With another huff and puff she hands me my change without saying anything. Then slams the window. I wait for another 2 or 3 minutes. She hands me a bag without another word and she went to close the window. I asked her for mild sauce. She says we are out. With all her attitude and poor service I drove off without realizing she forgot the drink that I paid for. I believe her name is Taylor. The only reason I ever go back there is the other 2 branches are out of my way.

On Monday July 9th at around 5:40PM at 800 S. Pine St, Mrs. Tina Watson an employee at Taco Bell was very disrespectful towards a tow truck driver. There was a wreck right in front and the police officer had instructed the driver to park in the parking lot while he got the paperwork done. While the driver waited Mrs. Watson asked the driver if he had hit her car with the tow truck. The driver Azahel Resendiz answered. His response was " No I did not. Why would you think I hit your car?" Mrs. Watson said " Because you are illegal here, all of you all are illegal here. Go back home. Trump deport them all. Trump deport them all!" To this the driver's response was to smile and said "ok". Now let me tell you. We are talking about a public place. This lady was not only wearing the Taco Bell outfit, it was during her work hours. She took her time to stop working, what she is paid for, and went outside to the parking lot to insult a person that in no way was interacting with her. He was minding his business and doing his job. This lady had to reason to do this, it was uncalled for. It gives the restaurant a bad image. Is this really the kind of people that will take my order? How will i set foot at this location knowing that I am going to be verbally abused. Why would i spend my money in a place that has no morals or respect for me? Please I ask for this issue to be addressed and fixed. Thank you for your time. I hope not everyone at Taco Bell is as ignorant as this lady. I have copied the online order I placed below. I ordered the items below and requested they be ready for pick up at 5:45 pm today, 7.9.18. I watched the progess of the order. It never went past the 'food is being made' stage. I arrived to pick up the order at 5:55pm. First the could not locate it at all. Then someone said oh we made that a long time ago, its probably cold as hell now. Someone behind the counter said oh the tacos are soggy now, we'll remake them and proceeded to throw half of them away. I said please dont do that ill just take them as is, I can't stand to see foood thrown away. They stopped, then tried to give me only half the order I had already paid for. I said this isnt my whole order. They said oh what else waz on it. I showed them my phone, and thwy located the rest of the order in the hot box in the kitchen. During this whole time, not once did anyone apologize or offer any compensation. 2 other online orders were picked up in the time I waited. Once I got home, I discovered about half the order was wrong. I ordered no lettuce on the tacos, they had lettuce. Ordered no onions on the burritos, they had onions. There were no napkins, sauces, or plasticware.

Disappointed in the service at the Peterson AFB Taco Bell, Today I waited several minutes at the counter with no one in site to take my order, eventually I had to go to the end of the counter to get a employees attention. The employee looked irritated I interrupted his conversation. Upon placing my order he pointed to sign on register ( obviously I didn't see) to state they were out of your featured item Naked chicken chalupa. I asked if I could substitute s taco for it on the $5 box he said no very rudely! I have had other issues at this location and bits a same to you franchise name, seems to never have a reliable adult working always a teen who doesn't seem to care about anything but a paycheck. 008847 is the employee number on the ticket not sure if it was actually the young man who helped me.

I would like to know why you introduce us to the naked chicken tacos and then you take them away, and then bring them back again, just to take them away again. I believe this is a bad mistake. The naked chicken tacos are great and it feels like you are just teasing us with it by bringing out and then taking it away again. So I am asking you to make this a permanent item on the menu. chalupa cravings box
Went to my local Taco Bell in LEHIGH Acres Florida and looked at my Apple app for deals and combos. The chalupa cravings box was listed for 5.99. (Still is). I ordered it at the drive in window and the personnel advised the owner took it off the menu. I asked for the manager and she advised she was the manager. I was upset that Taco Bell listed this for this location but was not available when I ordered it.
The manager was very rude about putting one together and refused to do it.
This is false advertising and I am filing this complaint before I contact an attorney.
What is Taco Bell going to do about this kind of impropriety.

I don't even know where to start... Pulled up at drive thru and there was no breakfast menu on the board. I asked the girl about it and she said that the breakfast menu is only inside. So why open the drive-thru in the morning?
She did not apologize for the inconvenience.
I decided to go inside ( which I now regret ) and was greeted with the usual attitude.
Gave me my order.
I was never told it was ready .. just happened to see it at the end of the counter. The quesadilla was burned beyond recognition. I asked if they could re-make it and with an attitude, they said yes. Got the new one and was not cooked. Very little cheese.. not melted. Very few eggs ... and cold. I even took a picture of it as I have never seen anything look so gross.
This location is simply awful. Employees are so unfriendly .. always have a miserable look on their face. What made today even worse was the fact that the manager was just like her employees.
My solution would be to get a refund as I ended up throwing the quesadilla out.

I just got back from the Turner McCall location in Rome, GA, and the order was wrong I didn't receive the taco that went with my quesadilla meal. My husband's order was the XXL burito meal. I ordered steak for it and also substituted steak for the taco that came with it. He received beef.
The ticket showed the correct order. This isnt the first time this has happened at this location. We never complain, but it is really aggravating to keep receiving the wrong order or things being left out. It is too far for us to drive back to the location. I went through the drive thru and tried to check the order best I could before leaving but that's hard to do when there is a lot of food in the bag. Just think they may want to watch things a bit closer. Thank you for listening.
nacho cheese dorito taco/ baja blast freeze drink/ chips
We went to Taco Bell 2433 N Chester Ave in Bakersfield Ca 93308. I ordered a couple of items meals and family meals. They forgot the chips that goes along with the cheese. We also found a long black hair in one of the Dorito tacos, half way thru the Baja blast freeze drink was a hair also. What makes it worst is it was my 9 year old sons drink. It looked like a pubic hair. I will never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. This ordeal ruined Taco Bell for me.
forgetting an item
Went to Taco Bell 8630 FM 78, Converse, TX 78109 and ordered meals and a couple extra tacos. They forgot our Cool Ranch Doritos Locos supreme taco. We didn't realize until we got home. Tried calling the store 3 times and no one ever answered, keep in mind when we went they were not busy. Drove all the way back and spoke to manager, Teddy. She made the taco and when I told her if I could get something else for having to drive back for THEIR mistake, she offered cinnamon twists...which I already had an order of since I ordered the $5 box. I told her that I had to go out of my way for their mistake and would be getting home to a cold meal and she didn't seem to bat an eye. Only apologize. That is DEFINITELY not a way to keep paying customers. This store has ALWAYS had problems with customer service and uncaring managers. VERY disappointed that I not only had a cold meal for which I paid for, but also having to waste gas AND get out of my vehicle simply to be offered an apology and some cold cinnamon twists, which by the way I declined. Walked out of there with my forgot Doritos Taco and a horrible experience.

There was food all on the ground every table was dirty including chairs we had to clean our own table. After we ordered which took 3 times for the cashier to even understand what we were ordering none of our Tacos had cheese on them the quesadillas I order which 1 was chicken and the other was beef had no meat on them and my 5 layer burrito which I ordered with no beans add rice had beans no cheese no meat and sourcream. I asked to speak to the Manager I was advised that there was no manager they left for a minute and would be back soon. Also as you can see by the pictures there is noone in the restaurant but there was 1 person in the drive through.
