filthy restaurant/terrible customer service
There was a small line in front of us (my family and I). We patiently waited our turn, but once we reached the counter to order our food, the what seemed to be a shift leader or a member of management walked off to work on something else. Meanwhile, 15 minutes later, once another small group came in the store that's when she decided she was going to assist us. I was very unpleased with how nasty the bathroom was the first moment we had walked into the restaurant. (no toilet paper or hand soap might I add!) Then, after having to wait 15 minutes to have my order taken, and being blatantly ignored, I finally place my order and move forward. I proceed to get a sweet tea, it empty. Okay, no big deal, I'll just get a Dr Pepper! Empty. So I get to the sauce table and everything is topsy turvy and all over the place. I proceed to find a seat and LITERALLY, EVERY single table had food crumbs left over on them! AND the floor as well! The trash cans were piled with trash on top of them as if they had been ignored for the entire evening. Couldn't even throw our trash away properly. I took pictures of ALL of this as proof! I've NEVER made a complaint like this online before in my LIFE...but this was beyond my comfortability and therefore I felt I need to take action and make Taco Bell aware of the poor management being done at the 5701 Broadway Avenue J, Galveston, TX 77551 ...That IS all.
food being made wrong
I go to the Taco Bell at 5021 N. Stateline Texarkana, TX 75503 just about every Thursday night after work. The last few times I've gone it seems they can't get my order made right. They have the details of what I ordered directly in front of them yet they still make things wrong. Tonight on my order, order number 900524, that I placed on the app like always; they made 3 items wrong. Two of them I got fixed, I asked him about the third when he messed up one of the others and he said it was made right which I discovered wasn't when I got home. I mean it was a 7 layer with no tomato or guac. I get home to discover there's no rice, but there's beef. I stand there for 30 minutes or more waiting on 5 to 7 items each time. I've complained to managers and they don't seem to care and they don't apologize. This store needs some help and training. I worked at taco bell for 2 years when I was 16... it's not that difficult.

Went to your taco bell in portage off rt. 6. I was standing in front of a register waiting to place an order. A cashier went to the other register and started taking an order from a person behind me. I asked why she isn't taking my order and she said she didn't see me. I'm 6ft 250lbs. Man so not seeing me isn't possible. She was very rude so I asked to speak to a manager. An assistant came up and was making excuses for her worker. I told her I needed to speak to her boss so the manager came up. The first thing the manager did was apologize. That made the situation better. She said maybe the cashier thought I ordered which could of been possible. She offered to take my order. I fired taco bell today because of the way the first 2 people handled this. I know you won't miss my $20 a week I spend there but my business will be going else where. I don't expect a response but you need to check on how your employee's are treated people there.

This store has the most disrespectful and nasty attitude young people working in it. I went into this Taco Bell Restaurant and I never did get my order because the people working there was so out of order. There was this young manager there and she had just lost all control over this place. The employees would not listen to her and they were throwing food everywhere, it was just food all over the floor. The customers were angry because their food was not being made it was a mess. I asked the manager for my order and she was so nasty so I just asked for a refund because the employees were playing all over the food. Now me and my family was sitting in the restaurant waiting for our food when the manager demanded that the employees lock the door and I asked why, she said because the employees were out of order and wasn't listening to her. So she decided to lock the door and not let any more customers in. It was truly a spectacle, never seen anything like it. This is what happens when your a manager and become friends with the staff things get out of hand. No professionalism at all. that store needs to be closed or fire everyone. 1st - I used your app to purchase food to be ready to pickup so I could spend time with my family at home during lunch. Used the app and requested my food be ready at 12:45 pm, I reached the store location (16130 W 87th Street Pkwy, Lenexa, KS 66219) at 12:50 and was told "just popped up". Had to wait ten minutes more not getting my food until 1:00 pm taking away 10 minutes from my family time.
While heading home with my LATE lunch items tried calling your complaint line and when finally getting a hold of someone and after explaining my problem, I was hung up on.
I want to speak to a District Manager or Supervisor as this UNACCEPTABLE!
If I were your family I would want them to waste more of your time.
Your family is better off without you. Probably glad that you waited ten minutes. That is ten minute of peace from them. That is ten minutes of not having to deal with you and your attitude. If you were so concerned about family time, why not spend that time with your family rather than complain.
Were you rude in explaining your problem? If so you deserve to be hung up on.
drive thru order
i was just at a taco bell after i got off work so i went to go through the drive threw and i was in line for almost 30 minutes then when i finally reached the intercom to get my order submitted i ended up sitting there for over 10 minutes and the drivers behind me was getting very impatient so i pulled up and i heard the next car behind me get to order so i pulled up to the window and there was no one in there and i decided to pull around and go inside to order and let them know what happened well i got my order finally after over 30 minutes and then i tried to explain what happened but was ignored so i asked for the manager and was told i couldnt talk to them because they was not in. i work on air conditioners and this was very inconvenient for me cause at the end of the day i am extremely tired from the 16 hour days i work and i am very hot so i dont want to get out of my truck so i will not be going to the taco bell again that i was just at

Hi, I am very disappointed and shocked the way I was treated at the drive thru, the employee on the intercom was very rude and disrespectful she was yelling and made very rude remarks everytime I would order something she would say are u done! And when I asked if she had freezes, her response is I only have skittles do u want it or not, not allowing me to answer she just sounded so rude, I asked her you ok she said yelling are u done or not.. Then I asked can I please speak to someone else and she placed another girl and not knowing the mic was still on she yelled ignore her [censored]. I told her ur mic is still on I can hear you. Mind you there is cars behind me and they can hear her say that. I even advised the new girl on mic I can hear what she is saying I want to speak to manger at the window, when I get to the window a girl by the name of claudia which her voice is the same as the rude drive thru girl said she's the manager I told her about my situation she had no sympathy she didn't care, she said ok so do you want your food or not, I was trying to explain my situation how bad the service was I asked what is the employees name that was at the drive she refused to give to me she said do what u gotta do. She had no customer service and no manager skills. Worst service ever.

Not only was the line barely moving, the woman taking our order was very rude. When it was our turn to pull up to the box, the truck in front of us didn't allow us to reach the box. The woman taking our order greeted us and when we could not respond she began to loudly call out "Helloooo?!". We got to the box about a minute later and heard nothing, we called out, and she responded with "Hello, can I FINALLY take your order?" and completely dismissed us when we tried to explain how we could not order. As someone who works at Starbucks and has experience in customer service, this is NOT how you interact with customers. Taco Bell should really consider who they are hiring to represent their company.
3 taco supreme
I pulled into Taco Bell at 6:22 pm I ordered 3 Taco Supremes no tomato no cheese add bean on soft shells, When i got home and looked at my food It was so horrible I couldn't eat it, They were mushy and watery inside one had 4 pieces of lettuce and no sour cream, the other one had very little lettuce and the sour cream was put in one spot not all the way across the taco like it normally come's, I eat at Taco Bell at least 3 times a week and i understand every one has bad day's but this is the 2nd time in the last 2 weeks my food was not edible. hair in food. rude management
I ordered food and got home and found long hair on 2 of my double deckers. I called to talk to management and she was extremely rude. She told me that's to bad. Ut nothing ahe will do about it. I then took it up to the restaurant and showed them and while I was there all the workers were laughing. Not sure what was funny about hair being in my food. I declined a replacement because at that point I was disgusted and irritated with the whole establishment. I also noticed 2 of the men had long hair and did not have hair nests on, so I pulled out my phone and took a picture. The manager niki proceeded to ig or me and just walked outside. This whole experience is mind boggling. I have never dealt with such rude and nasty staff ever.
Maybe they were laughing at your immature way of telling them. Normally people do not see grown women throw temper tantrums like a child.

My nacho supreme meal had a piece of paper in it. I have no idea what is is or how someone could have missed this. It was completely immersed in my food, all the way at the bottom. I didn't discover it until I was almost finished eating. I am completely disgusted. I will never go to another Taco Bell, especially not this one. This is completely unacceptable.

Waited over 5 minutes at drive up speaker to order. There was 1 car at the drive up window. I thought maybe they were very busy inside. Go to window and saw 2 customers inside. The boy taking orders was to busy drinking soda to take the order for the car behind us until we left window. I wouldnever recomend the taco bell to eat at.

taco supreme softshell
On May 9th 2018 at approximately 2:03 PM I visited the Taco Bell store at 9900 Rockford Road to order a 12 pack of tacos which were suppose to be softshell tacos, 6 regular and 6 supreme which I got home and they were hardshell and none of them were supreme. I contacted the store to let them know and I was told I would be mailed out a coupon for the mix up which I never received. About 3 weeks later I contacted the store again to let them know that I never received my coupon in which I was told they must have gotten lost in the mail and the lady that took the call hung up on me so I called back and asked for the corporate number which was actually someone's number whom claimed to be the manager and I explained the situation and he told me he would mail me out a coupon which I still have not received.
The mistake was the stores not mine and they did not correct the problem.
discrimination to customer because of color (racism)
Normally would rate this 4 or 5 but a racist server and manager drops it.This place is damn horrible and Racist place ever I been. I usually give 3 stars even if i am not satisfied with services or anything like that. So, I was traveling from Columbia, MD to Raleigh, NC. I started my drive in the morning and due to I haven't ate anything since that time, I stopped by to Taco Bell. I placed my order around 12:54pm and I waited like 20 mins and mean while she called out my combo number like "Combo 6" so I went to the counter to take my order, and after I took my order she said she is sorry because she added Chicken in it when I order with no meat, Later on she found out that that order belong to other people. I waited again for like 5 mins, I again went and asked for my order status as people who ordered after me getting their order. She said she misplaced or someone by mistakenly taken my order. I said I was right there, but they didn't call out my order number, so manager/other employee name Geniffer came and said they call out by name not order number, but they didn't even ask my name while I was placing my order so I was expecting by number, and i am sure thaat they didn't call out my name either because if they would have called, i would have picked my order. Moreover, after that Geniffer Told me that she will get my order, so I told her if it is gonna take more then 20 minutes then I don't want because its already been over 25-30 mins and people who came after me and for dine in and drive through were getting their order except me. She said she will get my order soon. I was expecting after this much delayed she will work on my order first and then others Because I was simply came before them. I went to counter again after 5-7 mins and she was busy taking care of other drive through customers and completely ignored my order. When she saw me, She told me that she will refund my money back, and she processed my refund without even asking me whether I want it back or not. After waiting for long she told me that and no food. I was so shattered, because I was starving, hungry and mentally traumatized by this event. How come she served and delivered everyone except me? she discriminated me against other race as I am the only brown person. she shouldn't treat anyone like that. There is no way anyone treat any person who comes to any restaurant or anywhere treated like I was being treated by Taco Bell. It just completely annoying and bizzare. She wasn't even sorry for the event. I mentioned her that I felt like it was Racial Discrimination. I have never been treated like that. I felt so bad about being in my brown skin and way too much angry and upset with the event. They didn't even make up for their mistake. She said something like an yes, 'I am sorry about that, but I can not do anything'. So that's with the famous Taco Bell's. I haven't seen or been to any restaurants in any country of this world that treats their customers like this and let them go hungry from their place especially food chain like Taco Bell which is in many countries. This event made me so upset that i didn't even feel like to eat anywhere and i drove back to home and while i was cooking for myself I was kept thinking about the event and cut my finger because its mentally disturbing and not acceptable by anyone as a different race and it almost made to feel like bad about being brown. I will spread this incident as much as I can. If people are non discriminating, Then they would definitely stand by against to racism and discrimination done by certain people in this community. This event mentally torturing me so badly which make me super uncomfortable. I spoke with Taco Bell Customer service but no update as of now.

closed early
I googled restaurant hours to make sure they where open so I wouldn't make a trip for nothing. When I arrived the drive through open sign was on... this was at 1:15am. Pulled up to order and a recording came over the speaker saying they were closed. I pull around to the window and all I see is a mop bucket. I know employees were inside because 4 cars were in the parking lot. The store hours sign said they closed at 2am. So I left and went to the service station next door. I mentioned it to the lady at the service station and she says..oh they do what they want to over there, they were probably hiding in the back until closing time. I want go back. I just thought somebody might want to know.

I order some food from the Batesville me store and all my food was put together horrible. All three taco shells was broken and there was hardly anything in them. And my mini chicken quesadillas also had hardly anything on them. I spend a lot of money on Taco Bell because I like it and I'm tired of my food being put together badly. Please contact the store and see what's going on.

I waited For 37 minutes in the drive through in Enid, OK. For 2 cheese quesadillas and a Dr Pepper. That is ridiculous. Then, I get Home and begin eating my food, and BOTH quesadillas contain lettuce. I've had this menu item multiple times and there has never ever been lettuce before. Not good at all.
However, the lady working the drive through was polite, happy, and kind and I appreciated that.
Please talk to your enid branch about their drive through time management skills.
incorrect charge for my order
Last night my friend and I went to the Taco Bell nearest to us on Stadium Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was later at night, between 11pm and 12am but I cannot recall the specific time. When we pulled up to the drive thru there was a sign that said, "No lettuce or tomato." The woman who took our order made sure to remind us and we proceeded with our order knowing this. All we ordered was four soft tacos and four hard tacos. She did not tell me what the price was until I pulled up to the window, and it was then that she said I owed $15.60. That seemed a little steep but I had no time to calculate and did not want to hold up anyone behind me especially if I was incorrect. After we pulled off we went home and I went on the Taco Bell website and realized I had been charged almost double for what I ordered. I believe she charged me for supreme tacos which I did not order, and couldn't have if I wanted to given the sign. So I would like to know if there is a refund or credit that I could get because I think it was very wrong and unacceptable how I got charged almost $20 to eat only beef and cheese.

I have literally had it with these ppl and this store! I have tried and tried and tried to give them chance after chance after chance! But i'm done! First, "tonight's" issue is that they had no drinks except tea! Then they overcharged me for two nacho bell grandes just to give me back less than what I paid! Then they got 2 out of 3 things of "my" order wrong! Chicken taco salad with no beans and of course I get beans! Chicken burrito with extra avacodo and of course I get no avacodo! W t f! They gave us nothing to eat a bell grande or salad with and the salad barely covered the bottom of the bowl! All that for 30 damn $! 😡😡😡😡 and this crap happens almost every time we go! I am done wasting hard earned money on something so pathetic that they can't even read a damn screen! People that don't care any more than that to do their job right... Don't deserve the money they are paid to work there! People like that don't do anything but run a business in the ground!
