freeze machine out of order for months now
We eat at TB/KFC often, but recently there has been an issue that causes my wife and I displeasure when we go there. One of the reasons that we go there is for the freezes they sale (or used to at our local store). It has been at lease 3 months now that their freeze machine has been out of order. Recently we did not return for about a month because we were so disappointed with the delay in getting the machine repaired, but we returned this evening thinking that it would surely be repaired by now. But NO it has still not been repaired. What kind of business would wait 90 days or more before demanding that an important part of their equipment would be repaired? I am very disappointed that this delay is still continuing as this is one of our favorite drinks and do not understand how this could take so long.

I went through the drive thru after their lobby closed and made two orders from one vehicle. I had two completely different amounts of food in two exact items. Neither were made right. 2nd order was missing two items. I went home then drove back to ask for items but the drive-thru was beyond full and cars were outside the parking lot waiting. I tried to go inside but the lobby was closed after 10pm. I decided to go back home and call to get a credit for my next time visiting this location, but after several attempts with no answer, I decided to wait until the next day. Today is the next day so I called right after leaving church ( I was closer to the TB than I was to my home) and spoke with a person named Teena that sounded very young. I very kindly explained my situation and she explained that I needed to bring in my receipt to get my food. I said okay but is there anyway that I can call you with the receipt information and you put my name on a list to get my items on a later day as long as I bring the receipt with me then. I also explained that I live a good distance from the location and wasn't sure if I could return today or not because I have to pick my daughter up from work and take her back to college out of town, so can I bring my receipt tomorrow? Up until this question everything was going smoothly, but Teena raised her voice and in a very aggressive tone said "where you live from the store ain't my problem and if you want your food, you bring me the receipt or you are not getting anything" I said can I please get your name and she replied Teena. I informed her that the items were under $2 and I would rather just forget the items than be hollered at like a child and I never lost my temper or raised my voice. She also hung up in my face while laughing and talking to someone in the background about her being tired of scandalous customers that are always trying to get free food. I'm not scandalous and all I wanted was the items that I paid for. The value is not enough to upset me and cause me to complain, but the way I was treated and spoken to by an employee of Taco Bell is something that I will not tolerate without speaking up. I'm so upset that I pulled over to write my complaint. I will complete the complaint when I get home to hopefully find a receipt in the bag. I keep all receipts because I am a business owner that's in the habit of keeping my receipts for income taxes. Unfortunately, made it home and there's no receipt in the bag, however I used my debit card to make the purchase on the order with the missing items. The other order was paid by cash and it was just missing the main ingredient (potatoes) on the potatoe grillers. My daughter is allergic to meats and all animal byproducts so I asked them to hold the bacon bits. They held the potatoes. I ended up going home and cooking instead.

I visited the Dawson Road location last night round 11:30 ish and they did not have any TACOS the hard shell...the cashier said they have the soft shell and the DLT taco in cool ranch and fiery...Idid not want that, other other morning there was no steak for my #7, I told the cashier WOW this store haven't been having the food i want when i come there. So I asked where was the nearest Taco Bell and I left. This mrg we went before srvice and they were not open at 815 and the sign says 7am breakfast! What is going on with this store! Im not returning!

9/30/2017 auburn indiana, at 7:30pm, the store here in auburn was so dirty, food cups, papers, dirty floors, tables dirty, and rude employee, if I would have noticed this before my order I would have left the wait for a cashier was so slow I seen 2 different party leave, I will not be going back for awhile, then I will check the conditions when I do, thank you I would have interred the 500$ contest but no receipt,

i am really big fan of the taco bell, i ate taco bell twice and thrice in a week. that's 7th time done with me, that's why i'm writing a review. i can not eat beef and bacon be cause it's against my religion. i order Mexican pizza, chalupa and quesadillas, and i told them three times that, no meat, no chicken, no meat, no chicken, no meat, no chicken, still they added beef on my whole meal. this was 7th time happen. and also food was totally cold. i hate that. i think somebody made order and he/she didn't came and pick it up, so they give it me. what should i do. they're not giving me free at all. it's night 2:25 AM and i bought this food, now what i'm gonna do. i'm so hungry now. one more day i had to sleep without food. what i'm gonna do now.
ran out of food
At 10:20 pm my fiance and I went to the drive thru and we noticed there was a long line with nobody moving. After about 20 minutes of waiting we finally got to the speaker to order there was no response so we went to the window and the worker told us they ran out of food and he also said he went out to tell people. This was a lie we were not Informed until we asked. There was still people waiting in line. Because of this mess my fiance was late to work.

When I went through the drive through of this Taco Bell, they got the entire order wrong, I was missing multiple items. I waited 25 minutes at the drive through for them to bring my food. Then when I brought it inside to fix my order, they took another 30 minutes. Finally I told them I need my money back or the entire order remade because at this point all of the food was freezing, as it was never hot to begin with. I was told to come behind the counter and do the order myself, which is unsanitary considering the fact that I have no hair net, open toed shoes, ect. The manager then went on to tell me that it’s my fault that the order was wrong, and that I should have came in to order and not went through the drive through. When they finally made the order again a hour later, it was still wrong. While I was waiting for my order a drug deal was done from a customer to someone behind the counter, they received free food for pills wrapped in a napkin. This being said, I will never spend another penny at Taco Bell, this experience was truly terrible. Rude staff, food was gross, unprofessional, and all around not worth another dime.

The taco Bell in Redmond Oregon on hwy 97. We just moved from Portland Oregon and have never had a complaint or issue on the amount of food in the burritos. Twice now we have tried this taco Bell in Redmond and both times very unhappy. If the grillers we're still a dollar then no problem. But for a dollar fifty over here is a complete rip off. Please contact them and let them no they are being to stingy on the amount of items in the burritos. That you and sorry to be complaining.

Good morning,
I am contacting you about the Taco Bell in bridgeton Missouri. I work nights and that is the only place to get something to eat near us that is open late. Several times I have come to the store well before your 2am closing time and every time it is closed. This morning I was there at 136 and again they were closed. I’m not normally the type to complain but it is very aggravating when a store claims to be open to a certain time and then is not open especially when there is nothing else in the area.

Having visited this store Spartanburg, SC often, Store# 027345, I was surprised by my latest visit (today at 6:00 pm) that the tables were filthy, the food was cold and the bathroom needed attention. I told the young man behind the counter that I wanted a bean and beef burrito and he told me that they didn't have that on the menu! I had to settle for something that I really didn't want. sexual/verbal harassment
I worked at Taco Bell for almost 6 months, in that time period I encountered sexual harassment from 2 different employees. I also encountered verbal abuse from my managers and the store manager. I worked very hard and don't feel like I deserved that. I'm only 17 trying to make a living. I had to quit yesterday due to how bad the store manger was treating us. I tried giving my 2 weeks notice yesterday and also had my interview somewhere else and the store manager called the place of my interview and asked if I had one! That was none of her business! I felt like my privacy was invaded! Later on in the night I messaged her telling her with my schooling I could not be at work at 6am. She got very upset and said very hurtful and unneeded things like "a kid like you comes a dime a dozen" she was referring that if she throws a dime in a does teen kids like me she has no problem replacing us. She was threatening with saying I'm going to end up on the streets and much more. I honestly just feel bad for the monett Taco Bell. Hope they can get new managers and get treated how they are supposed to!

I am a frequent customer and almost every time I go to the drive-thru between the hours of 11 p.m. and 1 p.m. there are always multiple teenagers/young adults outside in the parking lot, including employees. They are loud, including the sound of their music from their cars. Also, I believe they are out side of the store smoking marijuana. It is very frustrating. I'd like to see the employees inside dealing with their service rather than outside; considering their drive-thru usually takes awhile to get through. Will not be visiting this location, 2076 Harshman Rd., anymore.
the beef smothered burrito
I went to taco bell today on my lunch break and ordered a beef smothered burrito. I have been getting them once a week for a year now. Today when I ordered mine it was loaded with onions. My lunch break is only 30 minutes and I don't have time to go back until I get off at 5pm. I know they aren't supposed to have onions in it. I don't eat onions and am always careful to only order products that don't have onions in it.

My husband and I went to the taco bell in bardstown, ky! 3138 e john rowan. And we pulled in the parking spot by the front door and there was an employee and 3 male freinds visiting the employee while on break! I had to walk thru them to get to the front door. While they were smoking! As see went in to order my husband was watching my car and one of the employees friends flipped my husband the bird with both hands! Since when does the mngr on duty let the employees sit out on the sidewalk in front of the store on their breaks? And smoke? Don't they have designated areas? My husband spoke to the young lady about her friend flipping him off! As my husband was quietly talking to her this young boy was there (Customer) and started spouting his mouth off! Which it was none of his bussiness! We had an confrontation with him! He called me the c word! And the move came out to cool things down! But took up for the minor punks that were being rude to us! If the employee was in the proper area for break none of this would have happened! Not sittting on the sidewalk - front door! We were disrespected in all manners! We will never walk in that place again! Very unsatisfied

On Wednesday night on September 26th at 1139 pm I went through the drive-thru at the Taco Bell on First Colonial in Virginia Beach Virginia. The server asked me at the window if I had just gotten off work and I told him no I wasn't working due to me getting out of the military in 3 days. He asked what I was doing after I got out and I told him going to school. He asked what for and I told them electrical engineering at which point he said damn you're like a [censored]. I said excuse me what did you just say & he said "what? like a [censored]". I'm completely taken back by this and I feel so disrespected. There's no reason I should go to get some food and get called a [censored] for my choice in career which by the way gives me financial security, something he doesnt get at taco bell. I'm absolutely disgusted with the customer service that you guys must teach at your restaurant if he thinks it's okay to talk to me like that.

I ordered a quesorito box I was not asked if I wanted a hard shell or soft shell taco or what kind of Doritos loco taco I wanted there was no beef or rice either had to wait awhile for my food at the drive up didn't get my box in a sack either they just handed it to me I asked for taco sauce never got any since I didn't get a bag I got no napkins either.

I went to the Taco Bell on Calloway and Hageman in Bakersfield at about 640pm on 9/25. I started to order the value pack with burritos and tacos and confused myself with the combinations of tacos and burritos. I asked if I could remove value pack and just place order separately. Another employee stepped into the microphone and rudely says " We've already made it!" No other words. I sat there for a second saying I hadn't even finished my order how have you made it? Silence until another, the 3rd different employee stepped in and nicely asked if she could take my order. But, damage was done. The employee who snapped was a lady working in the cooking area. I drove thru without placing an order and most likely will not return to this place! That is unacceptable service!
cashier wants to fight me.
1. cash register was not working, the cashier(black guy) did not tell me that it would take 35 mins...for 2 tacos. another car behind me so I could not back up, stuck in line for 35 mins.
2. The same cashier(black gangster guy) held his hand out, I asked him what ? he said "pay" I asked him" how much", he said just give him the credit card.
3. I asked him for the diablo sauce he said none left, he didn't even try to look, but I know they had some at the dining station because I went in 2 hrs earlier.
4. I asked him what was the problem... he replied "what? are you tripping? I ask him to speak to his manager, he said she is right here, she heard you. He said if I got a problem step out of my car. (wtf)

Everytime i go to taco bell i want to get a mexican pizza BUT they always say they never have any shells. Either the management sucks at ordering or they just don’t want to work! Tonight when i went and got a $5 box because of course no shells for a mexican pizza. But all the food was POORLY MADE. Also asked for gatorade as my drink but out always.

On 9/25/17 at 11:07 am I pulled into the drive thru at my local Taco Bell located at 342 Pike Street Mariett, Ohio, store #031443. There were two cars ahead of me. I finally got to order @ 11:12 am. At this Taco Bell they refuse to open both drive thru windows. At 11:18 I finally got up to the second window to pay. At 11:19 they finally came to the window to get my pymt. At 11:20 they checked the bag and then handed it to me. My order consisted of a burrito supreme, a doritos nacho taco, and a nacho supreme. Now when someone checks your order, right in front of you, should'nt it be correct? After I got home, I took my alleged nacho SUPREME out of the bag to find a tiny bag of chips, and a tiny cup of nacho cheese sauce. Now I have looked up what comes in a supreme, and it was nowhere near that. I called the store who told me to come in and they will make it right. Now, my complaint for this store is this: why do they keep the pay window closed at this particular store? I have been to every other taco bell near me, and this one is the only one where you have to wait in line for 15-30 minutes just to get a freaking lunch. I complained about this store once before and they reopened the pay window for all of a week, then right back to closing it. At lunch time, people get a 30 minute lunch, and to have to sit in line for all but 10 minutes of it. Ridiculous! There needs to be rules set for franchisees and they should have to follow them. I have been here at all hours of the day and the same result. Sit in line forever bc the manager is too ignorant to open a window they are not using to collect the money! Poor management practice of you ask me, and yes, I have been a manager!
