This was too good to be true! 10.080 diamonds to play another game! Yes, I started, and I completed! And as some other offers, I didn't got my reward right at time, so I went there and open a ticket! All tickets that I submitted was resolved, and reward Gaven from small amounts. Like 28-100 diamonds...
But when I opened the ticket for the 10k prize I received an email saying due to the high number of tickets sent THEY WERE FLAGING IT AS DENIED!
W** TapJoy! I spent real cash f(rom my country in credit card) to be sure I would get this s*** done faster and you decide to block the offer specifically from the biggest amount ?! If I sent too many tickets you should warn about it BEFORE THE [censored]ING BLOCK HAPPENS so people don't get screwed for just wanting the rewards they own!
I honestly after that email don't expect they care to solve my problem. Just putting this out in public so people won't be scammed and spend money for nothing like I did!
Just stay on the small prizes like I'll do from now o. cause it seems to be what they give without fighting for.
And yes the prints with the money I spent are in Portuguese cause that's my native language and i wouldn't change my Google settings over a 2 days trip. I'll reply the email with them as it was asked but really without any hope.

tapjoy commits fraud
This company's behavior is, at a minimum, bordering on fraud. They deny earned services without any explanation, or when an explanation is given it is an absolute fabrication. They make the complaint process as difficult and opaque as possible, requesting up to five pieces of evidence of completion but permitting no more than two to be sent. There is no other method of contact, likely due to the high volume of complaints from the overwhelmingly dissatisfied customer base. There is no appeals process and no transparency for how the decisions are made. Do not trust this company with your time or money, as they will inevitably defraud you as well.

I have been trying to get in touch since quite sometime and still haven't received coins for this quest. I don't understand the reason for the delay because I have already received the coins for the quest I finished after this one. I am only getting mails about the service being approved but there are no results and it's been a long time since the first mail arrived. There was a offer saying to complete 250 different levels. I've completed the but didn't get any reward. When contact support they say they are reviewing but after couple of hours it says review denied. This is not the first time facing this issue. What's the reason of denial after giving appropriate proof. Want to know the reason.

I used the offerwall in Battle Cats to apply for free credits after playing Lords Mobile to level 14. I spent hours playing Lords Mobile, a game that lacks any semblance of fun, and was already putting hours into Final Fantasy XV, a clone of Lords Mobile that is somehow even less fun, when I finally achieved level 14. My offer quickly went from "pending" to rejected.
The only way to contact support is to use their form from the offerwall, so I asked what happened. They responded that I had violated the TOS by using a VPN. I have no idea what they were talking about. I do not use a VPN. I do not even know how to use a VPN. All I ever did, was play the game, which, required frequent engagement. Maybe I used it on public wifi or something? I don't know. I also cannot know, because they sent the rejection from a no-reply email address and closed the contact form on the offerwall as "resolved." I do not consider it resolved. I am still honestly baffled at what happened and the only logical explanation I see is that they waited until I met their conditions and then used technobabble to avoid paying out and then hid from any possible response.
I should not expect differently from an advertising company, but somehow I did. What a disgusting scam. For every similar complaint, I'm sure there are dozens of people who simply gave up when they could not reply to the email. Shameful.

I think this is wrong and not fair. I had a reward in process to reach level 14 castle in Lords Mobile to receive 5333 gems for my Looney Toons game. I reach level 14 castle four days ago but I had to get a new tablet two days and didn't realize that I hadn't received the gems again for another reward. Nor that any rewards in process would not transfer with the game. It took me about a month to get to get to that level. I need to know who I can contact to put in a complaint if this is not the right place. It should follow your user profile not the device.

stars not received after days spent on an offer
On 4/8/19, I completed an offer. The offer was made through BanG! Dream, where I thought I would try to earn stars (a semi-paid in-app currency) by doing one of the free stars offers. The offer took considerably longer than I had anticipated (I planned to spend a day or two at most and it ended up taking 3-4 days of hours per day spent on the app) and I was very excited to finally finish it. I should have read the reviews first. In almost no time at all, the reward attempt showed up as 'failed'. I contacted support through the app as requested. I received an automated email saying that my reward could not be sent due to their risk management system flagging my account as fraudulent, due to a VPN or changing my device ID. I have done neither.
My desired resolution is simple: I want my reward that I've earned. If it had been even an hour of time, I wouldn't mind, but this was days. I plan to pursue arbitration as outlined in the terms and services agreement otherwise, as well as telling as many people as possible about the scam I have experienced and never to use their service, through media and news channels if possible.

tapjoy mistaken suspension
I have been informed my account has been suspended for tapjoy. However, when on the tapjoy website, under bans and suspensionhttps://www.complaintsboard.com/new_complaint/s it states: "For all other bans and suspensions you should check your emails you have used to submit tickets as you would have gotten at least 1-2 warnings "
where as I had no warnings and had not realised it was the wrong image entered for my requested support. Since my other requests have been legitimate and this mistake will not happen again, I would like to request my account back if possible. Many thanks.

Okay everyone who plays avakin get this you'll have offers you can do and jus keep going and completing them, but after you do so many you get one that says failed after you've done it. I've noticed that after a while it works again but I had to get on a whole nother account to get coins. Then on top of that, the offers that require you paying you rewarded me for one but I did another tht cost me 9.99 and it failed automatically then I charged my card again I still didnt get rewarded that's bs. Please fix your service because when ever I contact you I get a conformation that my email was sent yet I dont get a response.

Some of the adverts link to porn (Sainsbury's) and redirect to other sites.
I have been hacked twice, had unauthorised purchases and had to stop all in app purchases as a result of this.
You rarely receive the reward and have to send proof and await a response usually a number of days ruining the game experience.
They do not monitor advertisers or action complaints against them. It seems to be a profit based company unable to monitor the safety and reward system it claims to and it needs investigating. Online fraud is serious I advised them of the Sainsbury's link months ago - it is still there

Without being informed, tapjoy blocked or suspended me from using there sight. I have no idea of what they are talking about. I completed three more offers before I figured out that there was a problem. I have tried several times to contact them. I even begged hot head games to help me. They are the one that told me about the accusation of fraud. There is no way to contact them once you are blocked. It would only be fair to answer to the accusations and be able to defend myself and work with them the remedy this issue

Hello! Usually, y'all are pretty good about giving me the coins for the offers I complete, but I am still waiting for coins for the ICanRead offer I did awhile back and the Cora tampon offer I recently did last week. I submitted tickets for both. Got an automated email for the tampon offer, but I never got anything for the ICanRead offer, and that one has since vanished from my offer box, so I no longer have the case code for it since I never got an automated email for it. I'd like to know if it's simply because they're still under review?

Someone should take legal action against this company. All of the complaints on here and on the web are true. This company is nothing but a scam. I spend hours reaching requirements and it is hit or miss to get diamonds reward.
Design Home is such a great game but they should stop doing business with TapJoy.

Completed every detail for completion of the offer. After completing the offer it does state rewards may take up to 24hrs to complete, after 36 hrs not recieving awards the ability to submit a request for support is available. It is the only time tapjoy support is available which is next to complete zero ability to provide one incomplete sentence and a screenshot thats it. I submitted my request with screenshot of proof of reaching level 20 feb, 23 2019 36 hrs after completing the offer. I also installed the app from there offer wall as part of the details required to qualify for reward status. Attempted more than 10 times to contact support from tapjoy but got an automated email in response denying my email. I was given seven days to complete the offer it took 2 days. March 1st I got an email from marcelo z reward specialist stating I was ineligble for rewards because I did not install the app on my device. Slotomania even sent me an email confirming my connection to my facebook account synced to my device. Feb 26 I uninstalled the app to conserve storage space on my device but progress was still synced to my facebook account synced to my device. The details of the offer in to qualify does not say anything about length of time the app must remain on my device regardless progress is still synced and saved. Not my fault it took tapjoy seven days to review my case.

automated emails to decline my rewards
I am sick and tired of Tapjoy scamming me out of my time and effort in completing their apps, all for them to send me an automated message claiming my offer was ineligible either because I: did not install the app originally through Tapjoy (one of the worst excuses, since why would I see an offer on the Tapjoy Offer Wall and close the offer, search and download it MYSELF instead of just clicking the link that will direct me to the download page in the app store), and that did not install the app at all (even though I have sent in screenshots proving the date it was downloaded and that it was not deleted). Overall, I have taken in at least 10 different offers from them that were supposed to reward me $10-15 in-game currency, keep in mind these offers each took days if not WEEKS to complete, all for them to not reward me. The company itself already doesn't look so good, since everybody knows about their fraudulent reputation, so I'm waiting for the day this company comes crumbling down. I am sick and tired of getting scammed again and again, that I am going to just stop using their service completely. All of the time that I have wasted on leveling so and so up to this certain level, and reaching this amount of power, all of it is meaningless and definitely NOT worth it in the end. If anyone is reading this review, please DO NOT do these Tapjoy offers. If anything, Tapjoy only rewards you for the small offers and denies your requests for the bigger offers that reward you more. Such a horrible company.

Tapjoy suspended "temporarily" my account. For many years I used Tapjoy in Avakin Life/Covet Fashion and I know rules. I don't think I violated any to have this suspension. Tapjoy don't have any reasons for this suspension and the contact with Tapjoy is impossible. It is unfair because in 3 years I have never violated its rules. Honestly, I no longer wish to play Avakin or Covet Fashion. Everything is a disappointment. I have been trying to communicate with Tapjoy for 3 weeks to see the reason why they perform that action and nothing. Is stupid.
