rewards not being sent and closing complaints without even after we email evidence
Hi I have downloaded all this apps signed and followed through and nothing is given as a reward, I complained and followed through but because of your poor derailed responds we end up spending money or committing to your advertised deals for nothing which makes your company fraudulent and scams people by giving or selling leads to the third market companies that you advertise for. That is wrong and a cunning and corny way of doing business; shame on your company I think it should be sued and closed.

Accepted the offer through TapJoy to play Gummy Drop to level 31 for a reward of coins. Have completed the task but did not receive the award. The procedure to contact you regarding the non payment is to complete the ticket or report missing coins which is supposed to be located at the end of the offerwall. Well in this case there is NO option to report any issues within the app of Crosswords with friends. I began this offer on the 17th of Dec 2017 and am now at level 38.

not receiving my cash for completed tasks I did.
I have completed small tasks in which I was quickly rewarded the cash for on wwe champions. However, since I have looked to take on the bigger rewards I have not been rewarded since completing them.
I have submitted action forms and replied to every email that I have back with the relevant details, pictures and information that was requested of me.
But I have not heard anything nor have I received anything either. When I go onto the tapjoy site via the game some of my request forms which were pending have been removed but I still have not got any rewards.
I also received two emails stating that two rewards were paid out to me but the amount of cash I would of received wouldn't of gone unnoticed by myself however I did not receive an in-game message as you do and my cash didn't increase.
haven't received diamonds or response for completed offer
I submitted several tickets of unfulfilled diamonds after I completed an offer during the Double Diamonds promotions. I completed the WWE offer and waited and waited but still no diamonds. I submitted a ticket, still no response. I submitted another ticket and completed the feedback form, still no response. It's really irritating to complete the offer, spend money or give my information and not receive a response, acknowledgement or anything. It's like I'm being ignored. This is not the 1st offer I haven't received diamonds for completing. I submitted proof for another offer with World Book Reading club and never received diamonds or response to my email. A lot of offers are spam and do not pay out like they should.

They are not paying rewards even with documentation tasks being done and sent. Hard to reply to email sent from tapjoy you can not reply too ask you to go online no help there either of you are not going to honor your rewards system you should get rid of it I really love the game but I don't have to play it I think it's a scam I am reporting this to the BBB
coin deals not getting paid
I have several support tickets open with tapjoy and they are not being paid. They are also either unresponsive or don't do what they say they're gonna do. These aren't just videos or trials, but offers I spend my hard earned money on. I shouldn't be lied to or ignored, as that would not be acceptable in my line of work. Surely there are some companies out there that compete with tapjoy and fulfill the obligations based on the terms they set. I'm emailing Google play to see about getting a company to replace. I'll do the research myself if I have to. It will still be less work than waiting months and dealing with this kind of incompetence.

Case ([protected]) Trying to tell me that Final Fantasy said my device ID has not installed the game. The game I spent almost 7 days working up to a level 10 Citadel. I sent proof that I had it, was attached to the same email that Tapjoy was responding to. I had pictures and even had their epic account attached to my email. So complete B. S. That I'm being told this.. I mean how much proof can I give and still be told by Tapjoy there isn't anything they could do. I even reached out to the final fantasy people tonight and currently am waiting for an apply.
Case ([protected]) Install Portal quest and reach team level 10 - I hit team level 10, 24 hours went by and I reached out to tapjoy. I received their auto reply saying they were a bit behind and asked a bunch of questions. I responded and said I hadn't purchased or did anything else that would have interfered with me getting the reward. I sent picture of the game proving completion and Tapjoy never responded to my email or any other emails I sent. Then the game was removed off my Tapjoy account and no other way to get it resolved.
I was told that I got to Citadel 10 way after the deadline. I didn’t know there was one, and wanted to check it out, but I can’t get on Tapjoy. When was the deadline?

Tapjoy pays out wrong amounts in diamonds half the time when they pay out through submitted tickets. Half my completed offers failed to show up in drop down menu during a week of double diamonds(imagine that). Half the time they don't read emails and it's obvious due to their [censored]ted responses that have nothing to do with what my original email said. Surveys through tapjoy are a joke. You always have a handful of ?'s only to be told you don't qualify so you waste time giving them info that they don't have to pay out for.

I even screenshot the progress and proof and all they say you have received it. I have sent numerous emails. Someone finally got back to me after 2 weeks and said they would investigate and get back to me in 3 to 5 days. That was 10 days ago. If I haven't gotten my credits by tomorrow I am contacting the better business bureau. I did the offer, I sent proof, I even have a letter from fingerhut confirming info. But still ni diamonds. They dont do anything to even make waiting worth it. Absolutely ridiculous!

I have sent numerous emails about offers completed on design home and haven't heard back from them at all. I received the wrong amount of diamonds for the final fantasy offer and haven't received any diamonds for the halloween quiz or poker heat offer. Don't know what to do to get them to respond to emails and I cannot open another case through design home as it says that I have already opened a case for that offer so what do I do now? Really disappointed and extremely frustrated at the poor response and the fact that I have completed things with no rewards. I feel cheated
the tapjoy ads in "clash of lords 2"
I completed an offer for roughly 3600 jewels when I purchased products through Ebates. I never received these jewels however. I can show proof of purchase if needed. Please help. I will attach a photo of my purchase to confirm that I bought products. The Ebates offer had me go through ebates to one of the websites they offer discounts for and make my purchase there. I purchased a product from Ulta and never received the offer completion prize. I've spent money and too much time on this please help me out!

I completed an offer to get diamonds on Design Home. I received a generic email asking for proof so I sent 3 screenshots proving I completed the offer and have yet to hear back from them and it's been over a week. I have sent the screenshots multiple times. If I don't receive them I will be deleting Design Home and any other game that uses Tapjoy as I refuse to do business or even play games with a company that scams people the way they're doing.

I received an email from Tapjoy requesting proof of purchase. I provided this info. along with my order # and also the email I received showing my item has shipped. I have yet to receive the diamonds for this offer. It was dbl diamonds and I have provided all, if not more, of the info. Tapjoy requested. I am getting absolutely no response. Nor the reward due me.
Let's get this rectified ASAP.

I'm sure you are very aware of this issue considering all of the comments I came across. I made 2 separate transactions for 2 different rewards and received neither. Very upsetting and annoying because the points were doubled and I'm not stuck in a Disney contract. I expect for this to be resolved and do not send me a response telling me I received these points.

I completed 2 challenges yesterday November 25th. And it's double the diamonds which I didn't receive. I completed vegas world and myKONAMI. I have screen shots showing I have reached the appropriate levels.
I worked so hard to get it done in this time frame to receive double the diamonds.

I didn't just have one or two offers from Tapjoy fail, but 5 of them in a row, all in one day! Yeah I'm waiting here over 48 hours later and still NOTHING. I don't suppose you plan to refund me my time, do you, Tapjoy?
These people are a bunch of [censor] and their service is a like a cancer that has completely killed mobile gaming, single handedly. I would rather pay 10$, even 20$ for a lot of the games I play now then have to deal with these leeches.

To earn diamonds in Design Home I as a HULU subscriber had the option of getting over 107000 diamonds if I upgraded to HULU Live. Which I did and received the email confirmation from HULU that I did.
I have not received my diamonds so I submitted a request to Tapjoy stating that I would like my diamonds. They responded by asking for any proof that I did so.
I responded to the email they gave with my email confirmation from HULU stating that I did upgrade and the email kept coming back as not delivered. That the delivery status was a failure.
I tried looking to see if there was any other way to get a hold of them and can not find one.

I spend hours everyday on Design Home doing things to earn the rewards. I also spend money buying diamonds as well as on offers to get diamonds. Well I signed up for the fingerhut credit, I was approved, did not receive my reward diamonds so I sent the request to tapjoy about my missing diamonds 11/19/2017 at 11:29am (case [protected]). I sent proof but still have not received my diamonds or even received a message or anything. Same thing with case [protected] - Hulu. Please figure out what is going on with these 2 cases. I really enjoy design home and I actually have fun doing the offers but I spend too much time and money to continue with something that doesn't do what it offers.
