Tapjoy rewards
Tapjoy offers virtual currency for apps and games. To be rewarded you need to complete specific actions; download an app and complete a task(s), fill out a survey, buy/subscribe to products, etc. In my case the offer was to download an app and complete the tasks. After completing all the requirements I didn't receive the rewards. Tapjoy customer support responded saying when I initially downloaded the app I didn't do so through Tapjoy's link, so my offer was null and void. I have had this issue with their offers in the past, so I now screenrecord any offers I take through Tapjoy. I sent Tapjoy the recording, they once again told me I hadn't used their link. They then shut my Tapjoy support case so I can't contact them any further. This exact issue, and others of a similar nature, is common among Tapjoy users.

I have competed numerous offers for tapjoy to receive wgt golf coins and I haven't been paid any of what i'm owed, I have sent hundreds of pounds paying these games to reach a certain excel to get scammed by tapjoy at the end of it!.

Olay offers with bleach brave souls through tapjoy.
AS a senior citizen trying to spend virtual time with my grandchildren, I was introduced to Tapjoy through a mobile game app we play. Offers are on a menu to buy items or play games for virtual rewards. As a user of Olay skin care products, I chose to buy three offers. The three orders are in excess of $350.00.
I received confirmation. Paid for the orders AND received the product. Tapjoy refuses to acknowledge the orders via Order numbers or copies of confirmation letters or shipment.
They are bullying this 70year old lady. They do not want to give e the virtual currency promised and continue to make further hoops to jump through.
This is unfair and deceitful practices.
Do not buy Oil of Olay which supports this practice or use Tapjoy. It is a scam.

good evening. so my problem about this game is at first I download the game, which is the mafia city on the clipcoins, and I delete it after one day because of the poor internet connection. I was playing Animal Restaurant and this advertisement for tier reward appeared in the list. So I have started playing the game to earn the reward. First tier reward was at level 5 but I didnt get the reward, continue playing and reaches level 7 which is the second tier of the reward but still there wasn't any. Submitted a case with Tapjoy since 22 Jul and have received 6 repeated message of awaiting review every 2 days.

I've spent nearly $60 on 3 offers to receive close 9000 gems for injustice 2 mobile. This only happens when I do offers for large amounts of gems. Over the past 4 days I've been getting the run. I've provided proof and still nothing. This has happened over 6 times in all. I keep getting emails asking for the same information I've been giving them.

Support failure and anxiety
I was starting a offer called "Open 2 Void Shards in 10 days!" for Raid Shadow Legends on July the 5th, 2021 17:37. After I have completed the offer, I was given a status update saying that my offer had failed to reward me. Just a little bit after the status update, I had quickly submitted a ticket about my incident. They proceeded to give me a bot emails saying all the alternatives that may occur for my offer. A week later no response and the offer was near expired. So I went to your support twitter account '@TapjoyCS' and they helped me the best they could. They were able to get me an email from the support telling me that they would give me a reward on July the 15th, 2021. That email was the last email I received from them saying they had resent the reward, but I have yet to see it to this day. Shortly after the offer expiring, I was left with no reward and just feeling anxious throughout the whole case. I am very displeased with the little feedback I was given from support and I certainly hope something will be done.

Tapjoy offer via LINE application (opening 2 void shards in raid: shadow of legends)

A week ago I took the offer that was available in the tapjoy section in the LINE applictaion. The offer consisted of opening two void shards in 10 days.
I did clear this offer today on the fourth of July but I didn't receive any points even though I've a whole lot of time clearing the offer.
By clearing the game's (Raid: Shadow of legends) campaign you'll get one void shard and with all stages cleared with 3 stars you'll get 252 stars in total which rewards you another void shard. The fact that I cleared the game and truly got 2 void shards is visible on the screenshot that I have attached to this message.
I hope you guys can reward me otherwise all the time I spent putting into the offer will go to waste.

Completing an action for gems & never received the reward
I completed an action to open a Greenlight card through tapjoy. I was having trouble & had to call Greenlight for help. They walked me through the process & it took over an hour. I'm not sure if time lapsed, or it disconnected from tapjoy or what but I never received my reward.
I contacted tapjoy & submitted all the proof I received. They said it was inconsistent proof. Not on the game it says the issue is resolved but I still don't have my 403 gems. There is no way for me to get in touch with anyone & it's not allowing me to respond or create a new ticket.

Not getting the rewards
I haven't gotten the rewards from My doorman's story in a while, and I am starting to think that I'm being ignored and wasting my time trying to wait patiently; maybe they're not caring or just wanna be entitled to not letting anyone the rewards from a certain game I hope they will try to at the most least read all the complaints instead of ignoring all gamers.

so I had to open 2 void shards on the game raid which I ended up doing and proved I did then they said I was eligible for the reward but they had to send it to the advertisers to verify it and if I wasn't they would either suspend my account or give me a reason why I was not given it and instead of giving me reward or sending a e-mail telling me I was denied they just put as my case was resolved and if no one answers me I don't care I will be taking legal action against them for false advertising and scamming me this has been going on for 9 days now and im ready to sue

Not receiving rewards after completing offer & being told my country isn't eligible & I used VPN even though I didn't.
I did one offer where I needed to open 2 void shards within 10 days in game called Raid Shadow Legends.
The task was way too difficult but I completed it & after mailing them, they told me right away that I'm not eligible for the rewards & that I shouldn't use VPN even though I never used any.
The most important we can't use VPN for tapjoy offers because the offers won't show while using VPN means they are lying open mouth.
I read so many places that they using these type excuses to not give rewards & takes too much time in replying as well.
They replied to me after asking about rewards right away but after that they aren't replying any of my emails.
They are trying to scam people because we can't do anything.
Desired outcome: Just want my rewards, nothing else because they can't return my time wasted of that offer.

After my first skin, I was rewarded immediately.

I have completed countless surveys to earn diamonds for Design Home. Too many times to count I have completed the entire survey (each of which take 20-30 minutes to complete) only to be told I did not qualify. There is no way to seek redress on the app for survey rewards. So, hours of wasted time, thought and effort (I do take these seriously and do my best to answer truthfully and fully). This, in my opinion, is absolute THEFT and FRAUD. Theft of my valuable time not to mention that the company who receives responses has STOLEN them by trickery (promising a reward and not following through after I've done my part). It makes me so angry and I'm sure there are others in the same boat. Tapjoy, please rectify ASAP.

Not being rewarded.
I use to always have excellent customer service with these guys but now they seem to look for any excuse not to reward me when there is a problem and they are giving me links that do not answer my questions. One I just received said my evidence was not good enough and closed my ticket. The link they gave me was for submitting proof of purchases which does not help me at all. Over 130, 000 diamonds have not been rewarded to me and even though I was able to reply to a other email this one I can not. In another email they said they could not verify a download which happens very often and refused to give me my reward.

Slow payout
I'm complaining about payout of rewards. I've already completed multiple tasks on one game but it only allows you to send one request reward at a time. I've been playing my heart out so I have diamonds to stock up on monthly special decor But am losing out cause it takes at least 24 plus hours (if I'm lucky) to payout a reward before the button reappears to request for the next task completed. Please help.

Awarding items earned from in game purchases
In the game Design Home, I used a Tapjoy offer to purchase OLAY Best Sellers Power Couple and receive 174353 "diamonds". I entered the code MOISTURE and received a $2.00 discount. Then I paid with my American Express and I have already received the products. I have *not* received the diamonds. I have screen shots of the offer, the order, the confirmation, the receipt for payment, and the shipping statement that was included with the product and have attached them. The order number is 1840452 and it was placed on October 13.
Design Home says TapJoy did not report sale to them. TapJoy says nothing because there isn't any way to contact them. Their site offers "suggestions" (which don't work) and nothing else. No contact info at all. Olay shows the purchase through the TapJoy rewards wall and says it absolutely did report the sale.
I wanted to return the items to Olay for a refund. Olay said only if they haven't been used. Of course I opened them when I received them, anticipating it could take a few days to award the game "diamonds".
Not receiving coins for game and now can't even submit support requests (ikemen sengoku)
I have had several problem over the last six or so months with getting certain amounts of coins for completing tasks, but usually once I submitted a support request, it would be resolved quickly and without problem.
Now however, I have had issues with basically all the task I complete, and when I go to submit a support request, it tells me that it can't be completed because of my internet connection. I have tried submit requests for two of my games using two different internet connections and neither have gone through in either place on any of the days I have tried.
I also went to complete a task yesterday with submitting information to TapJoy to take survey (350 coin task), but when I went to go hit submit after the demographics section (where I would have earned 1 coin), it wouldn't let me. So I'm starting think there's something wrong with my account itself. However, I have not uninstalled the apps in question or changed my phone.
I am about to become stuck in the game I'm playing (Ikemen Sengoku) because I do not have enough coins to continue on. I have looked for various other ways to bring this issue to TapJoy and have not really found one.
