Tim Hortons rewards program

The store on Fennell and upper Gage in Hamilton Ontario... On two separate occasions now... The drive through on ( April 27th at 7:30 am) was the most recent time. Has told me I was at 6 out of 7 on my rewards card. (When I knew I was at 7 out of 7 both times) told me my next one was free... The next time I would go to get my coffee... They would say I was one out of seven. this is completely discouraged me from going to Tim Hortons, I will be going to Second Cup from now on... You should get you're dishonest employees under control before more people have such a bad experience.

Tim Hortons wrong order made 2 days in a row

Yesterday i went to your location on eastmain st in welland, ordered 2 croissant breakfast sandwichs and asked for no cheese because im allergic to cheese and I was watching her make them and she proceed to put cheese and I said no cheese. She left the cheese on it to make the other peoples orders and then took off the milted cheese off and still proceed to give me the same croissants and I told I cant eat it now. She said she could make me new ones but I said no cause I was already late. So I called to speak to a manager and she told me to come in today and get new ones for no cost. So I came in today and just put the same order in and didnt say a word cause I didnt want to make a big deal but the server asked me did you order this yesterday and I said yes but I didnt want anything free. Then the manager came by and said to take off the cost of the breakfast for what happened yesterday . I no not needed Ill pay. They proceed to take the cost off. I was very thankful. i tipped them $1 and then I was told that there was no chai chill anymore after paying for my order not a problem I said I was going to get an Ice coffee . And told her to keep the difference . I get to work in Niagara Falls and take a bite of the sandwich and it was sausage not baccon like I ordered . At this point Im very upset that 2 days i a row this Tim Hortons cant get orders right. The manager said she can refund me the money or give me new sandwiches but im at work . So I said well is it going to be delivered to me at work because now I have no breakfast again as a joke . Then she said can you come tomorrow I said no, i dont want to come to this location anymore and she said well i can send you a giftcard, i said no its ok. This location needs to paymore attention when doing the orders. This is very disappointing .

Tim Hortons app

I have an issue with the way you have your free drink set up. I am apart of MANY drink service loyalty apps and this is the only one that FORCES you to use your free drink when you have one. So the other day, when I wanted to save it for something, I was FORCED to use the free drink on the cheaper beverage on my order. Wasn't even given an option on what I could use it for. This is very very poor practise considering both McDonald's and Starbucks allow you to choose when and what to use your free item on.

I will from now on be doing separate transactions for EVERY drink order I make. To hopefully never have this happen again. Or you people should rethink how you have this set up. VERY VERY VERY DUMB!

Tim Hortons customer service

My husband and I go to Tim Horton's every Thusday night for a donut and coffee. We went to the Tim's on Mount Edward Road in Charlottotown, PEI. We got there about 8:00 pm and there where no donunts in the display case. I asked if they had any donuts and she pointed to a tray in the back, and said we are cleaning the cases as we close at 11:00 and there is lots to do! She showed us the tray and asked us which ones we wanted. I was suprised at this . Donuts where just sitting on a tray, all together and out in the open. About 5 people working, but only one person serving as the other members where cleaning. I have noticed that for the last while that more than one of the Tim's location are lacking in customer service. If the location is open til 11:00, then don't make customers feel like they are in the way when going in to get food from a store that sells food.

Tim Hortons customer service

On Monday 4/22 just after 5pm I went through the drive through at the Tim Hortons in Transit at Broadway in Depew, NY. I ordered a chocolate chip muffin warmed up for my daughter. The worker put it in a bag and dropped it in the floor. She looked to see if I had seen it and when she saw that i did, she asked if I wanted another one. I said no but put it in another bag as I don't want to put a bag on the table that's been on the floor. While she was doing that she had to discuss it with the other woman working there and they looked at me and found it to be hilarious! Since I go to Tim Hortons at least once every day, I spend a lot of money there and expect much better customer service. This is the second time I had a customer service issue at this location. I did mention to the worker that I would be contacting the owner and just shrugged her shoulders.

Tim Hortons your reward program!!!

Your ad says buy 7 coffees or donuts and get the 8th one free ha! Ha! Ha! I bought 2 coffees one day and got 1 (one) reward. Another day bought one got one. Yes another day bought 2 coffee and you guessed it... Just 1 (one) reward. At this rate I feel ripped off as I now know that I get only 1 (one) reward per visit. I go to mcdonalds and I get a reward for each and every coffee purchased. I feel totally misled by your ads, and deceived. False advertising! You should let your customers know this is per visit and not per coffee purchased. Not a happy customer.

Tim Hortons 585 weber st. waterloo

Sat. April 20, 12:15pm

Complaint over the very dirty and disgusting state of the restaurant (there is no drive-through) the mens washroom had feces all over the toilet. The ladies washroom did not have a lock that worked. The counter service was slow and understaffed. We ordered 2 medium decaf coffees and they were very watered down... Not drinkable. Decor is outdated. Parking lot is poor and littered. Terrible experience!

We request a refund of our coffees and repair of the washroom lock and better cleanliness of overall building, washrooms included!

Since you think that another human being should clean up the feces of others, maybe you should apply for that job. You are disgusting and someone should have rubbed our face in the feces for thinking someone else should have to clean up the feces of another person. You drank the coffee, why should you get a full refund. Cannot afford their prices go to Mcdonald's or something. Or make your own. You want the washrooms to be clean. Apply for a job and clean them yourself. That way you win both ways. The washrooms won't be dirty, and you will have money and will be able to afford to buy your coffee and not have to demand a refund like a brat.

Tim Hortons loyalty rewards

Where to even begin.. I am a frequent customer at tim hortons, I am not a coffee drinker therefore I only buy french vanillas. I heard about the rewards program and was very excited that finally all my french vanilla purschases would give me credits to get a free one... To my surprise my free item doesnt included french vanillas.. Only coffee? And on top of that I thought I was at my seventh purschase meaning I could get my free item and instead the women at the counter told me I was to late to receive my free item and I have restarted.. After this experience I refuse to utilize the loyalty program and will be going to mcdonalds from now on. Unhappy jerri

I am a loyal Tim Hortons coffee drinker. i get coffee 5 days a week a the least. I checked my new rewards card and it said i didn't have any purchases on it. I registered my card on line tried calling customer service to no avail. I''m a bit frustrated. After reading the reviews about Tim Horton i'm a bit concerned, and they should be also.

Not Tim Horton's fault you didn't pay attention to the loyalty program parameters. It clearly states on the website, on the advertising and on the app EXACTLY what you receive when you purchase 7 items (not your 7th item) and it explains that you can receive a free coffee, tea or baked good (other than timbits and bagels) French Vanilla is NOT a coffee. It is listed as a specialty hot beverage. Always has been. You are the one responsible for your own let down. Tim Horton's is not to blame.

Tim Hortons iced coffee

Why why why... Would you change the iced coffee syrup size? I have been ordering these since they were handed out as samples 5, 6 7 yrs ago? They are the reason i've gained 10lbs. Ordered one today with extra base/extra cream and it tasted like there was one tiny pump in it. I went back into the store to get more base and they informed me that the jugs/pumps are now smaller and they've yet to figure out who to give the same amnt as before. The girls said she put 10 in... Well unless this problem is corrected fast, I will no longer be ordering from your stores. This is the only drink I buy from timmies... I don't care for your hot drinks. Big disappointment!

Tim Hortons drive thru

It is very annoying that I never get what I order thru the drive thru. I asked for a carrot muffin and got a blueberry one instead... My daughter ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and got a chicken wrap instead... My french vanilla tasted like hot water... Losing faith in the customer service... Not hard to make sure your customer is paying and leaving with what they wanted... Not very happy

Tim Hortons kids mini meals nhl cup

Hello,

I purchased 4 mini meals for my 4 children today as they wanted the Toronto Maple Leaf cup available on display.

I asked the cashier to please give me 4 of the leafs cups and she said she would. Well, she gave us 4 Winnipeg Jets cups. I didn't even notice until we left as I saw blue cups. I visited 2 other locations in Windsor and none had the leafs cups. I wouldn't have spent $26 for 4 "kids meals" when the meals were not enough food for my 2 sons but they all wanted the cups. Please send me 4 leafs cups.

Thanks!

Tim Hortons mess up my orders, and very poor attitude.

Hello! To whom it may concerns:
TH # : 107625
Drive - Thur Order # 135 and # 220
cashier: Shift 1?

I have ordered my Medium coffee DoubleD, and one breakfast combo #3 with Hashbrown and L coffee double double. but the operator did not take order properly. I have to repeat twice. she was rushing me to the window. last. she did not take one medium coffee. Therefore, I have to order again. At the time, the two cashiers who at the window were very very rude and unprofessional. One of them even give me duty look. I know everyone can make mistake, but their attitude was not unacceptable. I ask for both receipts just want to ask the manager please well train his/her employees how to take order/ serve customer in a good manner.
I think I will never come to that store again.

Thank you!

Liana

Tim Hortons staff service

I went into the drive-thru tim hortons on bayfield street location in barrie, after I walked in there was nobody at the counter/till. There was 2 girls at the drive-thru working, I also seen another girl walk into the back and another girl was in the back. I waited around 5 minutes and still was not served. The drive-thru staff looked over but didn't come over to help or even say someone will be over to help you. I ended up walking back out. This is not the first time that it's taken a very long time to be waited on. One other time I waited 6 or 7 minutes before I walked out without being helped. I didn't have time to wait forever to be helped. I didn't want to be late for work. There is also problems with this store taking a very long time to prepare orders. I've also talked with a few friends that live in the same building as me and they also have had these problems with this tim hortons. This issue needs to be addressed. It is frustrating when you are planning on getting a coffee and breakfast before work when running a little late and end up not having anything because of the service being terribly slow where you can not get something to eat. If I have this problem again here I will be switching to somewhere else to get my breakfast and coffee for work although i'd prefer to have tim hortons but can not wait this long for my order. Thanks

Tim Hortons large coffee

I went to the Tim Hortons located at Carlaw and Lakeshore. I ordered a large dark roast with one Mille. My card was charged for three lathes and another charge of 7.80. My total came to 13.80 for one coffee. I returned to the store and notified them and they assured me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely outrageous and disgusting. This is absolutely outrageous and disgusting. They are literally stealing money from my account with no consequences. This matter must be rectified as it is criminal in nature. Thieves by definition!

Tim Hortons tim’s cars

Was told this morning that I can't get a free french vanilla as it in not a coffee after buying 7 of them. I do not drink coffee, only cappuccino. This is discrimination and unfair to those who only drink cappuccinos. I go to tim hortons 2-3 times a day! Why can't we get a french vanilla free instead of a coffee? Please explain to me why this is fair?

Tim Hortons french toast breakfast sandwich

This morning my husband went to the Tims at Wellington and Baseline in London Ontario to try this breakfast sandwich. The girl on the speaker confirmed they were 2 for 5 so he ordered 4. At the window where you pay she charged him 20. He said they were 2 for 5 so it should have been 10 but she said the order was 20. He doesn't like confrontation and was embarrassed so he paid and brought them home. Jim is 70 yrs old and very timid when a situation like this arises. I know he should have insisted but that just isn't him. I would have gone with him but have mobility issues, and it was just buying breakfast sandwiches. I wouldn't have been shy about it. The sign in the window says 2/5. We have been dealing with this branch for 5 years and go at least 3 times daily for coffee and tea. They do know him well and by name. This is what is surprising. Jim didn't get a receipt as he paid cash.

We have had many issues over the years with this store with terrible coffee and tea and wrong orders. For the most part they have let us return the coffee for replacement, but that is an inconvenience. Please inform all your staff that when a price is posted please don't argue with the customer especially with sweet little old guys. Thanks for letting me vent. We seniors know the value of a dollar and 10 dollars extra was excessive.

P.S. These french toast breakfast sandwiches are very delicious. Glad he got 4 but not at 5 dollars each

Judging from your spelling and grammar that is so terrible I get the feeling that you misread the terms about getting your rewards. Little boy please grown up and stop mistaking not getting what you want as rude.

Tim Hortons new products inquiry

I am a Tim Horton's fan that I have the Tim Horton's credit card. They offer 1 free item to get for the month which I find to be awesome. This month you send his late for this month however his month for April suppose to get either the shortcake muffin of the strawberry filled donut or the sprinkle donut. I was excited to get it this month that I drove to at least 5 different Tim Horton's to try to get either one, and everyone said the ran out of it which I found questionable.I finally asked then how? Then finally the employee told me you discontinued them. This is not right having wasted my time driving like a maniac without not one employee could have told me this. Also I am very upset that you even sent this for the month knowing you guys discontinued it in the first place. You guys should do better not impressed at all.Im feeling that I'm might not want to be a fan Tim Horton's anymore because of this.
