I have been with tjx maxx since October the 28 th I was called it the office to tell me that I have aleast 10 absent days and one no call no show I'm positive that I have never missed a shift and didn't call at least a hr are longer to allow them to find someone eles was sick last week I kept in touch with manager the whole time even took a covid test to make sure I was ok to return just to get called in the office and told this even being charged for being sick I guess just not to get wrote up just come to work rather you sick are not seriously think bout quitting making a person choose between coming sick are ending up unemployment I was told that it was company policy I just don't know if I can work for a company that don't values it employees .
Sweater
Hi. Had a horrible and shady experience at Marshall's today. I grabbed a sweater of the clearanced rack today with a red clearance price tag on it. We were able to pay for it, card in reader when I said I wanted to check to make sure nothing was wrong with it. The cashier then stated that the numbers did not match on the original tag and the clearance tag. She then called the manager over and she stated I could not buy the item that it was priced wrong. I said shouldn't you honor what is on the item?! I said I even grabbed off the clearance section. But she did not care. I shop there often so this is a big disappointment.
Over charged on a payment
I sent a payment of $30 by check to TJ Maxx. They took $300. They said it will take 3 weeks to send me a refund. Their mistake, my bank knows it should be only $30. But won't help me, TJ Maxx does not care I have no money in my account because of them They can fix it asap electronically just like how they took the money. They do not care How can a company get away with this. They are not even offering any overdraft charges to me. Nothing to help me except send a check in 3 weeks. Horrible dishonest customer service. I cancelled my account. I will never do business with them again. They would not allow me to make them wait for 3 weeks for a payment, they would make me pay a late fee So why are they not paying me a late fee. Disgusting. This is wrong, It is their mistake and a big one.

we go every morning to collect rae dunn and one person shows up when he knows something is there. they didn't put the item out and it should have been because dunn goes out in the morning and another girl said it was there the night before. Well this guy proceeds to open the back storage door and asks for them i go get the manager and she tells three of us it will be out tomorrow he's not getting them, everyone he's not getting them but he doesn't leave well we stay in the parking lot and he doesn't come out well one of us had to go to the restroom and walked in and saw him pushing them across the store, I walk out and i'm really angry and these two women managers are still swearing he's not getting them well he'd already bought them, and this is soooo wrong in all ways to have two managers lie to your face over and over and thats what represents tjmaxx i drop a lot of money in your stores and thats pretty much a kick in the face!I am so disapointed and have lost all respect for them and it gives me really angry since i've been going in there every single morning for a year and since he calls katrina sweetheart i guess he gets what he wants!
Desired outcome: I want something done about it he should not be allowed to walk in and do whatever he wants because he wows one of the managers doesnt work for me!!!
Two customers
I am making a complaint on two repeat customers, they go from California from the top of the state to the bottom, and then they fly to Houston Texas after Texas they fly back to California and they repeat the same direction of travel until they feel or think they feel like they are going to get caught, only then do they stop for a period ranging from three weeks to upwards of six months[pending on there or rather your turn around time on credit/debit card refunds. The reasoning behind this practice is due to the fact that these two individuals are not only walking into a very large number of your stores with a counterfeit receipt in hand, they are the manufacturers of these receipts also. I would like it if you can fact-check my complaint and after you find out this is above board, give me a call [831]274-0980 at this time I do not feel at ease giving my name to you so you can ask for TJ and I will know it's someone from your company. fraudulent use of my TJ Maxx card
I have not used my card for any purchases since Feb. 2021. I just received a bill for $391.67 and the charges were for Amazon and Amazon marketplace.
How does this even happen?

This week I started a job being coordinator on a floor and my responsibility is strengthen out 60s and 80s merchandise on a floor
Previously I was back coordinator for receiving at night
Today the assistant store manager told me to go and through the track while I was still working on my area. We got into a disagreement about it she is telling me what to do and yet she never tell to the other coordinator the same. The daytime coordinator since I'm working in this store never helps the employee's he just there to tell them what to do and he depend on me to do the heavy work what I was doing until now.
I feel it is a double standard/ prejudice in the store where always put a hard work on me as a black person and Ron never work as a team and nobody tells him anything. I feel he is treated differently from me
When they changed my position this week for the floor I had a agreement that I wont push the truck and now I feel they want me to do both what I think it's not fair. I work hard I know retail and I also know what is not on a floor it wont sell. My priority is to sell and make costumer happy which you can ask anybody in a store returning costumers know me by name!

TJS near me has "now hiring" signs, I applied but didn't get hired due to my wanting pt work as I already have a FT job. They stated that they didn't have the hrs I was looking for available. This was weeks ago. They still display "Hiring" signs, but ok.
Today, July 13, 2021, I took my DISABLED client to eat at TJS for lunch. We arrived at about 12p. The doors were locked, but a sign on the door stating that lobby hrs are 11a-7p. So I walked around & checked the other door, which was locked as well. So I went to the kitchen door and asked. My daughter, ND, was surprised that the doors were not open and said she would get it, so I went back with my client to wait. But no one came to unlock the door, so since I could see someone sitting inside, I knocked on the door using my pointer and index fingers. Eventually, ND came around and said the lobby was closed. I asked why, and she didn't know. So I loaded my DISABLED client back up and went to the drive thru. It took 20 minutes from the time I ordered our food until we received it. Then the manager proceeded to tell me I can't go there while my daughter is on shift because I "flipped off" the employee inside! I told her I did not flip anyone off, and she proceeded to tell me that that is what was seen. I can't get my receipt to load, but the sale # is-[protected]
My daughter, who is 15, also had her father banned from this store location while our daughter is on shift because he showed up wanting to buy food and asked why the lobby was closed.
This is BS. This location needs better management or to shut down completely. I am now retracting my parental consent for my daughter. I don't want my daughter working around liars.

A cashier refused to wait on my family

My family went to shop at Bristol, Va location today. at 15:50 when they went to counter to check out, a female cashier refused to wait on them and gave them a nasty look and walked away from her cash register and she even told her manager that she is not going to wait on them. Which manager apologized for behavior. We always go to TJ max to shop but after this incident we are afraid that any other racist cashier like her will do the same thing and we have to go through another racial profiling insulted incident.
Why do you no longer follow the science?
I am completely perplexed at why a company who professed to"follow the science" the entire pandemic has now decided they are going to go against the CDC and almost every other store and still require masks for vaccinated customers. I did everything the way I was supposed to and I am never going to be humiliated by a seventeen year old employee acting like I am a criminal for no longer wearing a mask! Insufficient number of Cashiers Always! Twice within the last month I abandoned my shopping cart at the register. There were at least 20 people on line with 2 cashiers. This is a regular situation in this particular store. Will not visit this store again.
