Truworths review: Complaint about faulty phone

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the cell phone I purchased from Truworths Alexandra, which has proven to be either irreparable or extremely difficult to fix. My experience at the store on [date] only added to my frustration.

Upon arriving at the store at 17:57, I was informed by the security personnel from Fidelity that the store had already closed and they were not allowing any more customers in. Interestingly, at 18:04, I observed that they allowed a lady to enter the store while I was still trying to state my case. This discriminatory treatment based on gender is unacceptable, and I believe Fidelity should take appropriate action to rectify such biased practices.

I understand that stores have closing times, but the selective admission of customers after closing hours is both unfair and adds insult to injury. This incident has only compounded the dissatisfaction I already feel due to the issues with the cell phone purchased from Truworths.

Moreover, I want to highlight the stark contrast in customer service when Lebogang Rabaji is available. She consistently provides quality service with a smile, demonstrating a genuine concern for customer satisfaction. In her absence, I am doubtful that I will receive the same level of service. Lebogang Rabaji deserves recognition for her exemplary customer service, and I believe she would thrive in a better-managed store environment.

I urge Truworths Alexandra to address both the issues with the cell phone product and the discriminatory treatment by the security personnel. Additionally, the management should consider providing better support for their dedicated staff, such as Lebogang Rabaji, who contribute positively to the overall customer experience.
