Truworths review: Exchange of items

Good afternoon

I am writing this message with great sadness and dissapointments by Naartjie store in Eastgate.

On the 12 December 2023 I purchased a few baby items and unfortunately one of the outfits which is a two piece jumpsuit / delela that goes with a white shirt. So unfortunately while fitting the shirt the baby stained it a bit and when I tried to return if for an exchange they store manager named Thoko refused bluntly so when I tried to reach out to the are manager to try talk and explain to her she refused and said instead called her while I was outside.

I tried also to reach out to the customer care line and the consultant was rude and also failed to assist instead I was told if the store manager says they cant take it back it remains so because she can see the damage or dirt.

When I purchased previous I was even told to fit and if it doesn't fit the baby I must return without hesitating. But today I return the shirt is stained a bit I can't exchange. I am very hurt and I feel disrespected by the manger of the store.

Please help. I need an exchange.
