The delivery truck guy ran 2 stop signs twice! I was a pedestrian and he completely ignored me both times! What if he hit me? I wish he did, so I could've sued you all! Please make sure your drivers are following safety and traffic regulations. I know they're on a timeline to make deliveries, but safety first, please! The location of this truck was 11609 South Highway 6, Sugar Land, TX 77498. The truck driver went behind the strip to make a delivery and ran 2 stop signs when I was trying to cross the intersection on my way into and out of the store I was going to. The truck # is 143131 and the driver was a Caucasian male, bald, with glasses and a beanie hat. Please contact me if I can provide any other details.
damage
I received my box, and it has obviously been crushed. It's a decorative birthday party package for my son's 3rd birthday. The shark piñata is squashed flat. I'm not even sure I can reach inside of it to push it back out. There's a tiny hole to stuff candy in. I can't reach my hand in there. Very sad service. This is my money you are being so careless with while you are getting paid yours for doing so.
delivery of package
Today, July 25, 2018, a UPS delivered an 80 lb package and left it in front of my garage door. He backed into the driveway dropped it right there and left. No attempt to bring it to the front door.
I was standing at the front door waiting for him to come around the corner to bring it to the porch. But before I knew what he did, he hopped into his truck and left.
The package was a larger box and he left it so when I opened the garage door I would not be able to get my car out of the garage. So I had to move that 80 lb box on my own. Plus it is supposed to rain today and it would have gotten soaked where he left it.
I have a bad back and had to move the box myself so I could get out of the garage and move it to the front porch, up two steps so it would be covered if it rained. This is the poorest service I ever had by UPS. The guy was just too lazy to do the right thing and deliver it to the front door.
The package tracking number was :1Z 89A F65 [protected]. The Ship to was: Nicholas T Bobulsky, 18955 Blue Spruce Dr, Strongsville, OH [protected]
I do hope you will talk with this delivery person, as it was not our usual guy, and let him know this is not acceptable for deliveries.
Thanks,
Pamela Mallin
delivery incident
The stupid idiot UPS driver put my LIVE BREATING QUEEN BEES in a plastic bag on the bottom side step on a HOT HUMID DAY and didn't even blow the horn, come to the door, or anything to let me know he was here. I did not hear him in driveway, my dogs did not bark, etc. The bees were delivered at 4:15 p.m. and I did not find them until 5:55 p.m. and they were extremely hot and agitated. One bee had already died in the cage. I had put a cat container on the deck, which was only five steps away from where he put the box, for him to put the package in so it would be safe and out of the sun or rains. I left a huge note on the deck to let the driver know what to do if I was not home, but I was home and waiting on him. I do not know why I didn't hear him, he must not have a reverse noise on the truck or he walked, I do not know. But he must have been extremely quiet for the dogs not to react to his being here.
date of incident: 7/25/18; tracking no. 1Z 2V2 OX6 [protected]
There is no replacing these Queens as they are not something that is available all the time. I had to order them a year in advance and now I do not know if they will be viable or affected by this heat they suffered. Sometimes these conditions can ruin a new bee queen. I want the UPS driver fired for not doing his job properly. I am not a fan of this drop and ditch mentality. UPS used to be such a good company, but not any more. So that means, my queens were in his truck all day long, in the heat, and then in the heat when he left them in the plastic bag. AND, the package even says, live breathing, ... what part of that does he not comprehend? I am baffled by his putting these bees in plastic and thinking they would live in 80 plus degree heat ! how stupid can one get?
delivery
By tracking my package online I knew my package was to be delivered today. I arrived home from work @ 7:30 am Central knowing UPS deliveries typically come around 2 pm. My phone was on the entire time and I was working at my desk 20 feet from my apt front door. Checking in online around 2:30 I saw that the package was taken to an Access Point because I was not available when they attempted to deliver. As previously stated I was home all morning plus I have 2 dogs who would have alerted me to a knock on the door if I had stepped away from the door. No barking, no knock. The building is a locked building but the driver was able to gain access and leave a delivery attempt notice on my door, but again, the driver did not knock, apparently just leaving the notice. I contacted UPS by phone to request the driver come back but was told the driver was not allowed to do that. I was offered the option of meeting the driver elsewhere but I explained my car was undergoing repairs and was not able to do that and again requested proper delivery as expected today. I was again declined. So now I must wait and pick up my package elsewhere on a different day. Very dissatisfied with this "delivery." Delivery Notice # [protected] 8
reckless truck driver
Thursday 7/19/18 rte 81 southbound between scranton & wilkes barre, pa at 12:39 pm ups tractor trailer cab # 276725... Trailer plate t233909 (?) speeding around 70mph... Tailgating... Stayed in left lane the entire 15 or so mile stretch from the davis st interchange to wilkes barre... Ran side by side with another tractor trailer blocking traffic most of the way. I have pics on my phone if you are interested.
Thought you would want to know.
Sincerely,
Robb henderson
On July 25th between 11:40am and 12:00noon, I witnessed UPS Driver causing two Near Misses on Interstate I-70 in Colorado between Silt and Glenwood Springs. Driver was passing cars in both the right lane (Non-Passing lane), and left lane in excess of 10-12 mile above the maximum speed limit. This became particularly dangerous between mile markers 108 - 112 (where the speed limit is reduced to 65 due to tight turns following the Colorado River), when the driver continued to drive well above 75 mph. Driver passed me during this section and pulled-over in front of me - causing me to apply breaks and immediately pull into the left lane to avoid him. The license plate on the truck was; P85166, Indiana
ups freight (san jose)
Received a call on Monday to schedule an appointment. Asked to be home on Wednesday between 2-6 so I can sign for a delivery. at 5:15PM I get a phone call - your package didn't get on the truck today. When I ask what's the point of making an appointment they tell me, I'm just the clerk making the appointment, not the person who is in charge to get them on the truck.
Schedule a 2nd appointment - another day off work, call ahead this time - get someone who puts me on hold for 10 minutes. Call again - another hold for 20 minutes. Eventually after my 5th call I get the first person again - who claims they are "trying" to get my package on a truck - 2nd appointment and again no customer service. This time they promise me - we just got it on the truck - will be delivered by 6PM - guess what - truck never arrives. Calling the service center again - am rudely told that the package is on the truck and if it hasn't shown up they are probably behind. Truck never showed up. It is now a week, scheduled 2 delivery appointments and never heard back.
I am planning to pursue with legal and get a large compensation.
product not shipped as promised. signed up for notifications about shipping and not received one notification.
Recieved email about estimated time of shipping, signed up for notification about any issues about shipping and did not receive one notification. Item was not shipped and did not receive notification about change of shipping day. It's unfair for ups to try and blame everything on original party when they did their part and ups failed to do theirs when they tell me they the item and estimated shipping day and time but fail to inform me that time and day has changed!
package listed as delivered when it wasn't, unethical behaviour, possible theft by driver
Ordered a package from Amazon. Followed tracking on UPS website. Package was reported as delivered "left at front door" and it also said signed for by "REL 91Y". There is nobody at my residence by the name of REL 91Y, and besides why would the driver report the package "left at front door" and give a fake name of a person who signed for it. I don't believe the package was ever delivered. The package contained expensive items and it is my belief that the package was stolen by the driver. UPS has refused to give the name of the driver in Fort Myers FL, yet they claim they can track the package through every step of the process. I'm out money, time, and inconvenience because of uncaring drivers with UPS. Why are they allowed to get away with this? Why doesn't UPS management do something? It's almost like UPS drivers are not held accountable for their work. They lie about what they do, and cause inconvenience but nobody at UPS cares. So frustrating that they are so untouchable and customer service is HORRIBLE. They just don't care. All they want is your money. Once they get your money they don't care about you, because you have no recourse. I'm currently in the process of getting the drivers name and going to have my attorney send UPS a letter specifically naming this individual. It is now a matter of principle and I am going to make some driver an example. Not only will I go after UPS but I will legally go after the driver.
delivery of damaged tampered package
July 20, 2018 Received at 12:54 PM a damaged package that looked like it had just been opened and quickly retaped with clear taping. I answered door in less than 30 seconds from door bell. It seems that the driver could have had the courtesy to say the packaged was received damaged by UPS and to not run away. I can't run after a truck. The package was falling apart. I took photos but don't know how to show them here. When I opened the package (didn't take much effort since it was falling apart), there were 2 doormats in the package. Not the canopy tent that I had ordered. The seller stated the tent was sent out in the package. When I called UPS, someone named Louie told me to call Amazon. There was no responsibility taken on UPS's part for someone enroute taking my package apart, removing the paid for item, and stuffing it with doormats. A simple apology for having to deliver a package falling apart would ease the suspicion that it was not done by UPS. Thank goodness, Amazon will refund my money. I am afraid to reorder for fear UPS will be the one to deliver.
delivery driver
This morning [protected] driver was very rude to myself and offended one of my customers. I understand everyone is on a schedule but when I'm on the phone and the other line is ringing with customers waiting a professional attitude would be nice. I asked him to wait for a moment and he responed rudely. Acting like a petulant child doesn't help anyone. Didn't have me sign anything like my usual driver does. Just asked for a name. Also huffed and puffed when i told him i wanted to inspect the box because it contained glass. Another delivery guy was waiting for a signature encouraged me to file a complaint. Thank you for your time.
delivery
I ordered a product on Monday. I have kept check on tracking. According to tracking my package arrived in Knoxville, Tn. on Wednesday morning. Later Wednesday showed destination scan. Thursday morning showed destination scan again, but never received that day. Called national phone number to check on package they said it had been brought up to my local post office for delivery on Friday instead of bringing on to my home. Customer service person on national number said that was common & could not give me a phone # to file complaint. If I pay for ups delivery I expect ups to deliver to my home not post office to be delivered next day. I should have had my merchandise on Wednesday not Friday. I am going to let the ebay seller know I was not satisfied with delivery. They should consider other delivery service. I will not use ups for anything else. The ups trucks come by my home about every day.
package delivery and unclear instructions
My name is Michael Rutledge. On July 11, 2018, I mailed a package from Jacksonville Florida to Tampa Florida. The UPS Store I used (4320 Deerwood Lake Parkway) was very organized and structured. Customer service was at the highest level of professionalism.
On July 18, 2018, I contacted the apartment complex where I was having the package delivered (Regency Square Apartments, 1401 Cartier Drive, Tampa Florida. The manager told me that they never received the package and NO NOTE had been left at that location. I then used the UPS tracking system and it told me the package had been delivered to an access location. It did not tell me where so I had to call and find out where that was. I was given the address of 10815 North Nebraska Avenue, but the person I talked neglected to tell me that this was some type of drop off point. The maintenance man for the complex went to that location, but was denied access to the package. I then called UPS back and this time, I was told that he had to have a letter from the complex authorizing him to pick up the package. I might add that the agent I spoke to was a little testy and so was I as I was slightly aggravated. The information I mailed was time sensitive and that is why I chose UPS. I know you people are not concerned about this but this is the last time I will ever use your services. I would like for the maintenance man to be allowed to pick up the package but alas there is no one there to give it to him. What in the world am I supposed to do now. I would appreciate if someone would call me with a viable solution at [protected].
Respectfully,
Michael Rutledge
left notice outside building, no name as to who the receiver is, and no check box as to first notice, second notice or final notice to pickup!
Lately, I have been receiving from United Parcel Service left notice outside my building door, while home, inside my building where sticker life notice on my mailbox, so as to prove the delivery driver was inside building, but fail to go five floors up and what due to me.
Now, I find an inforNotice tracing # [protected] 5 with a person name is being delivered to the wrong person. Again, there is no name as to who this package is to be delivered to. Finally, there is not a checkbox, being blank as to how long do we get to pick up the package. One day notice next day notice or final notice.
Sincerely,
Michael Olivencia

a delivery truck driver
Traffic was backed up and several cars were illegally driving along the shoulder of the freeway to get past the back up. A UPS truck was also driving along the shoulder to get past traffic and cut me off when merging back in to traffic. This was on the northbound 71/ westbound 10 interchange at 4:35 pm on 7/16/2018. The license plate number was 81348G1, the side of the truck had USDOT 021800, and there was a sticker with CA DMV PFR 20.

poor customer service with reluctance
On Saturday, July 14, 2018, I went to a UPS Store to drop off a prepaid package to be shipped out to Amazon in Phoenix Arizona.
The time was around 4 p.m. With problems with my packaging, I decided to inquire what steps I need to take in order to have my item returned at no cost.
After given my options, to my surprise the store attendant Indee Pahwa, at the Newark, California UPS Store reluctantly provided me with poor customer service. He refused to take my return saying that the box was too damaged. However, the box was still usable. The Box had a small dent. Nothing that packaging tape could not put back together.
Please resolve this issue as I am not happy with UPS. UPS should be a place where success thrives through its partnership and relationships with its customers.
By reluctantly providing poor customer service, UPS is discriminating against its customers by not allowing them to deliver package to be shipped out to their destinations.
Thank you very much for your concern and your kind considerations.
reckless driving
Occurred around 2:00 pm. A ups driver (male) with the licence plate KRK 0618 displayed reckless driving and rude conduct. We were turning right from a parking lot onto Parmer Lane (approaching I35 Frontage Rd). While waiting for the traffic to clear, he began honking, then pulled around us on the left and pulled forward enough to obstruct our view. At the Parmer & Frontage traffic light, he pulled up next to us, and proceeded to shout at us and cuss at us, acting very aggressive and violent.
driver's reckless driving
At 12:58 pm. A ups driver (male) with the licence plate 005C 178 or 005C Z78 on highway I10 by exit 27, almost hit my car with children in it. He saw me in that lane because he looked at me, so I guess he felt that his since his 18-wheeler was bigger than my small Mercedes he could push me out my lane which caused me to have to swurve and push my brakes hard. Once again, I had kids in my car and the traffic was heavy. I could've hit another car.
damage done from turning around in my driveway
I love at the end of a dead end road and the UPS driver uses my driveway as a turnaround and in the process is tearing up my 2year old asphalt driveway by pulling in, stopping and turning the wheel/tires while stopped which digs a hole in the asphalt. Fed-Ex, Amazon, garbage trucks all turn around in the street but not UPS THEY CONTINUE TO DIG HOLES. After researching this I have learned they take no responsibility for their actions. I've had it
