Walgreens Passport photo

Puerto Rico Walgreens assistant has been incorrectly telling clients that for your Passport photo you have to wear a solid color shirt. This happened on 5/21/22 at 05:43 PM in Store #929 with assistant Veronica. At that time I displayed to her the requisites provided by the travel.state.gov website which specifically states to “wear the clothing that you normally wear”. She would not listen to me about this specific passport site requirements. At the end she wrote on my order receipt (order #[protected]) in her hand writing in Spanish “Se orientó al cliente sobre la camisa. No tiene cambio “. This to me was her reinstating that she was correct. It really felt incorrect was she was doing.

Walgreens Walgreens Pharmacy/ Pharmacist Covid 19 Booster Shot

On 05/20/2022 I made an appointment to get the recommended 2nd booster shot because I am a high risk patient with Stage 3 renal kidney disease I am 52 years old and meet the CDC guideline \s for the 2nd booster shot. I get to the Walgreens #05311 where I have taken the first 3 doses of the vaccine without ever having an issue and the Unprofessional pharmacist on duty lied to me before she knew my age she stated that I had to be 50 and older to get the 2nd booster so when I provided my ID she paused and then said you have to have a health condition thats undert the CDC guidelines, I then told her that I am a stage three kidney disease patient, which all of my medication is on filke at Walgreens because that is where I get my medication from monthly. The old mean witch still refused to do the booster. Your appointment maker on the Walgreens app should b\reflect the lies that the Pharmacist is telling so that customers wont waste their time oing there to be turned away. I will be contat\cting the State Board of Pharmacist as well as an attorney becausse my healtyh is at risk and the heffer didnt want to do her job.

Desired outcome: Id appreciate a resoponse, and I would like proof of what this pharmacist told me, My previous covid forms should show that I am a high risk patient. I think a lawsuit is in order.

Walgreens Pharmacist and insurance

Insurance says meds can be picked up Wednesday 518/2022. Wouldn’t release till yesterday. A young strawberry blonde younger girl told me no on the Narcotic. I figure since insurance is usually telling the truth or figure out how much I can have and when. I go to get the medicine. I was treated very unfriendly by blonde lady as if I were a bother. then she and the young lady Sam (tech manager). Says that it’s Walgreens policy or their store policy that no more than 6 days apart from last pickup. My Dr knows I have opiates issues. High tolerance. I want them when I’m deserving of them. Not when Walgreens says

Walgreens Fill in Pharmacist at Walgreens on hatch st. Ceres, ca

Hi, I’m here today on may 19th at 9:51, I’ve been waiting 30 min. I came in and asked for my young daughters medication to be filled. (I called 3 days ago to have this done) The pharmacist here right now, an Indian lady, is being very rude to me. I explained that I need to wait for my daughters medicine as she’s falling down at home. She has narcolepsy type 1. She said it would be a couple hours. I explained it was urgent at this point as I called days ago to avoid her running out. She keeps saying everyone’s meds are urgent and I’m going to wait a couple hours. Im the only one sitting here waiting. She is not even trying to be helpful and seems to be going out of her way now to make me wait as long as possible.

Desired outcome: Someone needs to talk to her about her treatment of customers. I’ve never had this issue here before.

Walgreens Service Received at Checkout Counter

Entered the store on 5/16/22 to add funds to my "Chime" card. Upon doing so I was asked to provide ID & I would like to know why? The transaction was ADDING funds to my card - even if it was not my card, I could have been adding funds to my husband's card. The point is why I was asked to show ID for this type of transaction. I did not appreciate the underlying tone of being profiled especially by an individual who many would w/o consideration consider to be the cause for COVID, the shot & what seems to be a never-ending series of booster shots. I would like to know why I was asked to provide my ID.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response. I'd appreciate a gift card, more importantly, I'd appreciate employee termination. I've been a Walgreens customer for 15 years. Her actions warrant consequences.

Walgreens Shorted on anxiety medication

I have never been in a Walgreens when there wasn't some sort of internal problem or confusion amongst store employees.

All Walgreens suck including this Walgreens located in Irving Texas who shorted me on clonazepam by six tablets. When I opened the what was supposed to be 60 count package I discovered only 54 tablets. There are supposed to be 10 blister cards containing six tablets each. Walgreens owes me six tablets and refuses to cooperate. I will never set foot in another Walgreens again. If someone ever tells you to go to a Walgreens pharmacy for any reason run the other direction away from said Walgreens as fast as you can and go to your nearest CVS or locally owned independent pharmacy. I absolutely hate the Walgreen company!

Desired outcome: I want Walgreens to stop blaming me for the discrepancy and admit their mistake, apologize, and then give me the medication they owe me.

Walgreens Walgreens $3000 sweepstakes

I visited Walgreens at 2pm, and at 4pm the same day, attempted to use the both the QR code on bill, as well as going to www.walgreenslistens.com and using the survey# & password on my bill. In both instances was told my survey had already been used. This of course, could not be, because my bill was in my purse and I had just gotten home from shopping. Think Walgreens is scamming me.

Desired outcome: Entry into sweepstakes. A $20 store credit would also be nice for the hassle of having to look into this.

Walgreens Online photo order

May 2 I ordered a photo bday card,it said by may 11th at the latest.

I started getting concerned may 7 when tracking stopped on that location and did not update. I made several inquiries and was told it would be at my Apple Valley store on may 11th.

It is now may 13th and NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS!

I have a refund coming but this is UNACCEPTABLE

MY father is 81 and dying I have now missed sending his special card Thanks to Crappy Service!

Walgreens Walgreens gift cards

I bought two apple gift cards totalling 800dollars by cash in person , apparently the cards were tapped , I was ever so sad after I found out there was no money on the cards from my friends and family , I was hoping I can get a refund from those cards and I have a case number from the apple gift cards . Walgreens Rude Pharmacist Refusing to fill my medication

Every time I get my prescription sent there it takes them hours to get it ready and then on 05/04/2022 my doctor sent in my prescription at 6:00 P.M which was an hour before they closed and the pharmacist Benjamin Crawford was very rude to me and my husband and said "Since I have to fill this prescription now I will not fill it here again" Then today 05/11/2022 my doctor sent that Prescription there at 1:30 P.M and when I spoke to the pharmacist at 5:00 P.M he told me that he wouldn't fill it because of another medication I get there which I have been getting both Prescriptions for 5 Years now! All I want is my medication

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response, an apology and my medication filled

Walgreens Pharmacy

I switched from one pharmacy to Walgreens due to long wait lines. Before the pandemic no issues. Now, every time I call in a prescription I can't get it until the next day. When I go in to get the RX, I can't do the drive thru due to long wait lines so I go in. I wait 45 minutes in line only to be told the prescription is not ready. The is in unbelievable, unacceptable and ridiculous. I was told that Walgreens cut staffing hours due to name brand RX's being packaged oversees. I really don't care about why. If you can't continue with quality customer service you need to rethink your reorganization. People are sick and need their meds. They don't have the strength or energy to fight long wait lines, slow cashiers or ineptness to get their meds. DO BETTER!

Walgreens Sherman Texas store

on May 7,2022 I went into the store to pick up a few items, each item was marked OTC as usual most of my items didn't ring up as OTC. This happens to be an ongoing problem and this store tells me its MY OTC CARD ISSUE.

The store refuses to remove the OTC price signs. I am so tired of this BS in this store. I offered to remove the price stickers myself. Come to find out theres NOT A 'MANAGER' ON DUTY ON THE WEEKENDS, just clerks. this girl followed me in the store and threatened me with police if I removed a sticker.

Is this the way Walgreens treats a 69 year old female customer? GUESS SO.

Walgreens Walgrees automated computer

5-9-22 and ALL other times I have tried to refill prescriptions.

I would love to use the auto-refill option but the computer cannot and does not refill manually entered prescriptions. It either hangs up while entering the number, tells me to call a 24-hour store, or goes into a long-winded commercial and in all cases, one or more prescriptions are not filled. Sometimes a prescription is said to be too early to refill but it is over the 90 days and I have to have the pharmacist override the computer.

You need to go back to the old Rite Aid system that worked!

Desired outcome: Fix or replace the Walgreens computer system or give a phone number that bypasses it!

Walgreens Did not filled my prescription on time april and may

I get my pain medication each month, so my doctor always calls in a 3 month supply. This time I could not get my presciptions on time because I was told it was a problem with their system so therefore they had to call the doctor for a refill. This has happened twice now April and May. I want to know why has this happened with this big pharmacy. I thought they would have fixed it the first time when it happened but they didn't so now this month I have been without my medication for 3 days. I am very upset I have to hurt because of their neglect.

Desired outcome: Prove to me they have fixed the problem with their system.

Walgreens Credit card financed by synchrony

4/18/2022

I opened an account at Walgreens. I thought I sent in a payment on $4/04/22 but my bank sent me a check which I forwarded to My Walgreens Mastercard,

PO Box 960012, Orlando, Florida [protected]. Then a nasty man called and threatened me that he would give me a bad rating if I did not pay. I gave him 62 dollars on a different card. I checked on line and there is no report of any money being received.

Desired outcome: I would like to see that everything is paid and an apology.

Walgreens Pharmacy

It takes too long to get prescriptions. When I speak with the manager, she says “I’m sorry, we only have two techs”. This is a ridiculous answer since it’s obvious to her AND the customers that

the pharmacy is understaffed. Add more staff.

Today is 5/6/22 at 4:00 pm on for long time (over 30 minutes in line and still waiting), at Walgreens on Wooded Acres in Woodway, TX.

Please fix this. It is very unnerving.

Desired outcome: Decrease wait time to pick up prescriptions.

Walgreens Refusing to honor goodridge coupon

5/6/22 after waiting 3 days for a script to be filled I call it’s ready. I go to pick it up it’s not ready, my ins won’t cover it and Walgreens on garden valley. Roseburg, Oregon refused to honor a Goodrx coupon for 17.96 vs them using a singlecare coupon for 64.00

Dosage, drug and qty correct

This is ridiculous. Then after calling this am and the automated system saying it will be ready it’s not. I’m here at noon I have to wait another hour

They kept trying to push the singlecare coupon and saying the goodrx was no good

Desired outcome: Refund the difference

Walgreens The Pharmacy in the Summerville SC location on N. Main Street OPEN 24/7

My husband had a prescription sent over to the Summerville, SC North Main Street location last evening, around 6:30 pm sent by Roper St. Francis doctor, he had a bout of Diverticulitis, and the doctor sent ONE script over to this location. We DREAD going here as the wait is way too long, they are SLOW moving! Of course the drive-thru was closed! But to my surprise, there was only ONE in front of me and I thought, finally, I get a break! NOT! I was told that the script would take at least 3 hours to fill, as was told that Walgreens is the BUSIEST pharmacy in SC! I couldn't believe it! I was furious, with a sick husband who wanted to go to sleep after getting his meds, but had to wait till 11:00 PM from 7:00pm, for ONE script! Not fair at all. We both go to bed at 8:00 but had to wait, wait wait! I will be going elsewhere, they are all rude and clearly HATE their jobs and take it out on the customers. NOT A GOOD LOOK for sick people that have to wait hours for a script, its a good thing that the line didnt have a half hour wait, then be told I have to wait another 3 hours! I am TIRED and pissed off about everything, including the cost! Walgreens is a complete RIP-OFF, hubby in between insurances, so he had NONE, they wanted us to pay $143.00 for 30 pills of Augmentin! I had to ention the GOOD RX for a discount, they didn't even care! You lost us as a customer!

Desired outcome: I want a gift card to Walgreens for this TROUBLE it has caused us. Also, want people to be trained to be NICE, sick people are not well and should not have to ever come back hours later for a script that the pharmacy regardless.

Walgreens Photo/ management

I have had nothing but trouble at the Walgreens on State Street New Albany, IN 47150 since I moved to New Albany. I went in there today to pick up my order a Photos got home and half of them are not mine they’re of another family children I think God that I’m not a pedophile I would never want my children’s safety put in harms way and this is what this is no when they’re at the store even looks or does what they’re supposed to do they have lost my photos they have misplaced them they have given my photos to someone else I’m about to get a hold of the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to let everybody know not to go to Walgreens this is uncalled for and unsafe now someone is out in the world with my photos of my children this is unacceptable I expect a call as soon as someone reads this [protected] next step it will be a news channel there’s going to be here in about this because this is the second time this is happened

Walgreens Zolpidem by aurobindo

I have tried Ambien made by Teva in the past and it was helpful.

I want to comment on this zolpidem 10mg made by AUROBINDO. I took it last night for the first time. No new dietary changes, nothing.

One hour after taking this medicine, I began vomiting uncontrollably. I was wretching and throwing up so fast that I was unable to catch my breath or make my way across the room to the bathroom. It was a physically painful, terrifying experience.

This drug is horrible. Today, I have sore stomach muscles from all the spasms and wretching.

Desired outcome: Stop selling drugs made by this manufacturer!
