Walgreens refill of new order issue

I think it's wrong of Walgreens that if there's a problem with an order I believe they should contact the customer to let them know so they could figure out what they need to do instead of just waiting and waiting until the customer calls in and ask what's wrong then they say what's wrong it could have done that a long time ago if they would have contacted the customer about the issue other refill order or a new order request

No one is nice in this pharmacy - everyone is always stressed and angry - it's not good for our neighborhood! I will continue to file complaints until this is corrected. I have been in the drive thru line now for almost 30 mins and they just keep helping people at the counter. This is beyond ridiculous! I push the call button and they pick it up and hang up.

Walgreens incredibly poor cust-srvc - walgreens pharmacy, 40th st, baltimore, md

Over 12, 000 families received a mass emailing in the vicinity of the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 711 West 40th Street, Baltimore, MD, 21211, referencing the DEPLORABLE customer service there. We are talking WORLD-CLASS poor service. Countless responses to the mass emailing were received; not one person spoke favorably about their experience at that location. The vast majority of the responses suggested OTHER pharmacies in the area that had timely, responsive, accurate, commendable, respectful customer service. Your pharmacy at that location is a complete disaster; just thought that you might care about the current status of customer service at that location (although I seriously doubt it). Shameful!

Walgreens pharmacy services

Yes I want to bring to your attention that the method of operations at this pharmacy needs some attention. When we are texted that are prescriptions are ready for pick up there's times a person can't get there right away due to sickness no transportation what have you. Well what they do is change your prescription date to date that you actually picked it up witch puts your dates beside more and you go a longer time without your medication witch is crucial especially for folks who depend on medications that are in the hydro codone are that can cause overdosing and real bad side affects so they need to keep changing the original dates regardless when we pick them up because all they do is force a patient to either go a longer period of time without there medication or overdose and then your people want to get offensive with the customers because they don't understand what their creating so this is my complaint and some one needs to make the your employees are understanding the severity of changing dates.

Walgreens pharmacy

Where to start? The location in Old Orchard Beach Maine, recently converted from a Rite Aid to a Walgreens. We expected issues with the transition and so forth and more very patient through that process.

I'm not sure when the actual date of the transition was however, by now they should probably have the bugs ironed out at the prescription counter. We've had nothing but trouble with every prescription that has transitioned from Rite Aid to Walgreens. Mini mini times were told that the prescription will be ready at A certain time and it is not. 1/2 hour or an hour has on occasion than 24 hours minimum. The staff is very rude probably the rudest staff I've encountered anywhere. I have already transitioned all of my medications to Express Scripts and will transition all of my wives medications to the same as soon as possible. We were even given prescription advice by the cashier regarding the difference between one antibiotic and the other, had it not been for the pharmacist who happened to be in the area and interjecting that that was completely false and apologizing somewhat half heartedly, we would've gotten the wrong medication.

I waited on the phone many times for at least five sometimes 10 minutes just to speak to someone at the pharmacy, sometimes longer. Only but to be told that a prescription that was called in in our presence at the doctors office had not been received. Another had and have been filled and the clerk insisted that that was the only one they had until I badgered him to ask the pharmacist if it had been called in instead of faxed them. He grudgingly said yes he had it and it would be ready in a half an hour and that was well over an hour ago.
Someone from home office or a training specialist needs to come to old Orchard Beach Maine and teach these people how to treat customers they don't even acknowledge you when you pull up outside and push the button. I guess were spoiled by the great customer service that Rite Aid always gave us for many years.

Again this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced with bad attitudes poor treatment poor scheduling poor service just absolutely pitiful all the way around. We will not continue to patronize the store.

Walgreens requirement for id for tobacco & alcohol

At 72 years old I have been a customer for many years but having a snotty girl demand my ID for a bottle of wine and questioning me like she's the police rips it. No thanks this Thanksgiving. Keep your wine and I'll take my medical business elsewhere. The person who came up with this overbearing "papers please" garbage needs retraining on humanity.
