Walgreens review: Management

Store 5707 in Jackson, Michigan Just recently, we got a store manager from a 9133 in Jackson, Michigan. She has a reputation; she is a master manipulator who likes to destroy her workers. She is already stirring the pot at this store, telling her Shift leaders, who are overwhelmed with the changes that are trying to come to her, to let her know that it's a problem and that if we don't like it, find another job. She made a Shift leader cry the other day for coming to her and saying that she was overwhelmed. We had two pharmacy techs quit and tell her to eat a bag of explict content She walked out and quit everyday I come in She has somebody in the office she is getting verbal with; she is more worried about stirring the pot with her team then listening to us She got her pharmacy license suspended for not paying for her renewal. So she is out of the store; she went on a mental health leave in December 2022 for having suicidal thoughts and nightmares over the pharmacy this was the 9133 store she came to in July 2023 She stirred the pot over there, firing people every chance she could get. We all had to talk with her when she got to the store She told us she is a single mom and it's hard to work in the industry she works in. Some of us are single mothers When she told other leadership about her pharmacy license suspension, she said she had bills piling up so she was going to try to come back in a week This suspension is up to 30 days without proper pharmacy renewal we cant count on her to be the store manager Within a week of her returning, she had people crying and fighting outside the office and pharmacy this district manager listened to our team before she came over, and a lot of us said we weren't comfortable with her right now The majority of our front end is out the door pretty soon, and she won't have a good team for this store. In her last store, she always burned out her employees. A few employees who have worked for her in our store know she is no good, but you all seem to keep mollycoddling her like this is ok.
