Walmart wrong oil filter placed on truck

On 04/29/17 service order # [protected] Oil change was performed and a Fram Cor10060TLE oil filter used on my company truck at 323383 miles.The truck is a 2012 Ford F-150 with a 6.2 L V8 Gas Engine and the motor seized at 323807 miles. Our research states that this filter was not to be used for this model truck. The company Hi-Plains Filtration requests full repair and or replacement of the motor to resolve this issue. Walmart insufficient funds on debit card

I called NetSpend on 5/5/2017 and reported that I tried to pay a bill from the card ending in 5483 on 5/5/2017 and it declined. I put a debit load of $100.00 on the card at Walmart and they charged me $103.74, which was tax on the loading. I had a remaining balance of $16.00 and some change on this card ending in 5483. I tried to call the company number they gave me, but there was no answer. Customer Service said that the transaction was done at 12:00 midnight. I told them I was at home in my bed at that time of night. I need to pay this bill right now; if I don't, my service is going to be interrupted. I do not have anymore money, I have sent a copy if this receipt . Thank you!

Walmart product billing

Hi team,

I did shopping in walmart yesterday and i bought totally 3 mens wear (1 shirt, 1 tshirt & 1 bermuda) but today when i was going through the bill i see that i was billed for the tshirt twice when i have only purchased one of it. I have attached the bill for reference. I do not speak spanish and hence its difficult for me to make them understand what is the situation. hence requesting for some help here. Walmart prepaid walmart moneycards processed through green dot bank

On May 13th 2016 WalmaryMoneyCard/Greendot Bank accepted my emplyers direct deposit int my account. On Monday May 15th I attempted to pull out some cash from an ATM I had used numerous times previously. I was told the bank declined my transaction. I went home and called customer support. I was told there was nothing wrong with my card or my account and the probems were doe to them running a system upgrade but could not give me an ETA on when the upgrade would be finished. I told them I had to have access to my funds in order to be able to purchase my wifes insulin. She is a type 1 diabetic and prone to ketacidosis. I also explained to them that I needed access to my funds in order to save my 1994 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 motorcycle from the pawnshop. I also explained that without access to my funds, I would love a2 rifles, a shotgun and a pistol to a different pawnshop. I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience. I told them y wife would most likely be in the hospital very soon if I could not access my account and asked if they could overnight me a card that would work. I was told they cannot do that and they again apologised for the inconvenience. I think they should be criminally charged with reckless endangerment. They are definitely in breach of contract where it says direct deposits will be available the same day if not the 2nd day. I went through this for another 8 or 9 days until finally on May 24th I was able to activate my card via the online site. If there was nothing wrong with my card, why did I need to activate it? I finally got with a supervisor and was told they needed the receipts for ths items I lost. I gave them the pawn tickets and such ony to never hear from them again. The email address was [protected]@greendot.com. Supposedly their corporate headquarters. I was not the only person to be so treated. I explained to the corporate folks that did finally call me that they were in breach of contract and needed to make me whole again only to be told flat out they would not pay. The exact same thing happened to the owners of RushCard prepaid cards and they are now paying a 19 million class action settlement. I had pawned my stuff as I was waiting for my short term disability and was hoping to pull all items out of pawn on the 15th. I called them and pushed the timeframe to the 22nd of May. I was told the upgrade to the system was completed on May 19th. this was a total falsehood as I still could not use my card or access my account online. I have the pawn tickets scanned in as well as the price to replace the items. This makes no mention of what my insurance agency had to pay out for the hospitalization of my wife for 6 days sue to diabetic ketoacidosis directly caused by her not having her insulin. The folks that I spoke with hept pointing to the 4 charges made on my account on the 16th, the 20th, the 21st, and the 23rd as proof that I had access. All those charges were made as an automatic charge to my account but that specific card had expired May of 2016 and had a completely different security code and should not have been allowed in the first place. I could not take these documents to the pawn shops as I had no transportation nor could I afford a taxi without access to my funds. All I want is to be made whole and have Greendot/Walmart Money card relace the items I lost due to thier system upgrae. The entire thing could have been prepared for had greendot done some research and found out the RushCard fiasco. There was absolutely no warning that I may not be able to access my funds. Also, their very own terms and conditions state that if I request binding arbitration, that they would deposit the funds necessary for me to even start the process. I have asked numerous times to start arbitration but never got a reply. They literaly held my money hostage, were criminally negligent to the tune of Reckless Endangerment by not allowing me access to my funds thus putting my wifes very life in jeapordy. I am seeking a total of $12, 000 in both replacement prices for the items lost as well as damages for the time consumed in persuing this claim as well as them forcing me to walk to work each day vs riding my motorcycle as it should have been. I also have a broken l1 vertibrae and walking greatly agravates my back pain. I sent this to Greendot and have heard nothing back from them lately: Greendot Bank had the last clear chance to avoid any and all problems and damages on Friday May 20th 2016 by overnighting me a card that would allow me to access my funds no later than Saturday May 21st. Had this been done, I would have been able to keep my wife out of the hospital and get my motorcycle out of the pawnshop as well as retreiving all my other items from pawn or at the very least pay the interest due and not lose them. Thereby the initial and final causation and all faults plus damages lay with Greendot Bank, Greendot Bank is continuing to incur said damages and they will continue to compound until it is resolved and I am made 100% whole again as before their harms and damages.

Walmart taking surveys and not receiving the gift card

I took the online surveys because I was told that you could win get cards and other things I am a single mother on disibilty because of cancer and I could have really used the money I spent trying to receive the Walmart card and it will be hard to take the lose but I need to know if I was scammed and to please stop whom ever is doing this thanks for you time

Walmart your lp

I don't understand this, I was banned from your stores for stealing.But should it not only be the store that I stole from.
They told me that I was banned from all stores for a year? Not that I would come back after how I was treated. But you see I am 19 years old and currently living with my parents and now I have to come up with an excuse to not shop there, because sometimes they take me shopping with them. What about stores in the US am I banned from there as well or is it just from Canada?
I mean I can understand banning me from that particular store.
but if my parents find out they will kick me out of the house since I have been in trouble before and I am setting a bad example for my younger siblings.They said they have three other siblings to take care of and If I set a bad example I am kicked out of the house.

I normally only observe at this site, but I have to comment. You shoplift and you complain about the LP for doing their job? Grow up, you are 19, accept responsibility for your actions. Get a job, move our of your parents basement.

Well they normally give a picture of you in the store that you are banned from. I don't know if they give a picture of you in other stores. But shopping in USA should be okay. How would they know if you went in to another location anyway. I think you are trolling, but if you are not you have nerve to complain about them banning you and telling the LP to ### himself when you did wrong. You have a lot of nerve to complain about a company that you stole from. Don't tell your parents you are 19 and they don't need to be informed.

Walmart walmart money card/ mastercard

On 5/06/2017 @ 1420. I loaded $160.00 on my money card. Drove out of town to destination. Could not use moneycard at hotel. Called the call center spoke with a reprersenative of walmart. I stated it to her that my card did not show balance. I was told that there was some issues going on. I told the represenative that i was out of town with my family and we need our money to pay for hotel. Represenative apologized but stated it was nothing she could do. I called back 2 more times after that. I told them walmart was stealing my money. I had to pay $3.00 to use card and place my money on the card. They never told me at any time that i would not be able to use card at any time. My money was not availiable until 1030 p.M. On 5/06/17. This caused myself, my wife and children hardship. Being out of town and not able to use my money that i place on a card that i brought. Walmart stole/borrow my money for 9 hours and gave it to me when they got ready. This is totally not acceptable for customers to go through such embarrassment and hardship. We could not pay for our hotel room on check in. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves to do this to someone. It is down right wrong. This company is totally unprofessional and uncaring about there customers.

Walmart bison leather wallet

I Spent 18 Dollars on a new wallet and the cards repeatedly get stuck. Ruined cards and pockets. Worst product I have bought in a long time. Waste of my money. Frustrating to spend a couple of minutes trying to take card out to pay for something. Embarrassing. Never in thirty eight years have I had this problem. I never complain about things but this is how frustrated and screwed over I feel. Sorry if this seems harsh but come on, this isn't right.

Walmart glare coating on trifocals

I have been wearing glasses since I was 7 years old, now 75, and have always had good luck with them. I ordered a pair of trifocals at Walmart Vision Center, Lockwood Ridge Road and University Parkway in Sarasota, Florida. I ordered the glare coating, which until now has been wonderful for preventing harm to my eyes, usually Polaroid lenses. The first time I took the glasses back to Walmart Vision Center, the coating was so bad I could not read, separating and cracking. They tried to blame me for using harsh towels on my glasses, and I was doing something to cause the coating to crack. Replaced that pair, and not six months later had the same issue, using only wet lens wipes, and soft lens cloth to clean them. They say it is my fault for I am doing something to cause this condition of the glare coating, and will not replace my lenses again. I told them I only use lens wipes and cloths, but still insist is not the coating, I am doing something to cause this problem. If wearing them all day, putting them by the sink at night, and cleaning with lens wipes and cloth, then I am guilty. They were very rude, and i told them I would never buy another pair of glasses from them again, nor will I tell anyone to buy glasses from them. Their glare coating product Sucks, inferior and continue to claim is good, my fault. I have no respect for their employees or products.

Walmart box product sent in

Unbelievable! A tiny lipstick that was sent Fedex arrived just fine.
However the lipstick measures 1/2" by 5"
It came in a box that measured 15"x10" stuffed with a ton of paper.

Why? You are wasting all the extra box and paper and it is not cost effective for your store. A padded small envelope would have worked.

Take this to the department that deals with packing and look into the expense and waste...Thank you, just trying to be helpful, it helps some times to speak up. Hope you will listen...L

Walmart extended warranties

I bought a 55 in rca online, and was sent to my apt. It didnt work, so they sent me another. It didnt work, so they upgraded me to a different brand because of my hassle. The 3rd didnt work either, got 4th one, and had problems in first 2months. They cant fix it because it was being discontinued when i bought it, yet they sold me a warrant on an item they couldnt warranty for there are no parts or replacement tvs. So they want to swap another, yet 370.00 cheaper and says i have to lose money and nothing i can do about it. Says they only have to give me a set that has same specs but they dont have to offer me a tv with the same quality. So in other words my warrany i paid money for only assures me a crappy brand tv that costs 418.00 in replacement of my 1000.00 tv. When i told them i was taping the conversation he wanted to back track about telling me this was all i will be offered and if i dont like tough luck. I am taking them to small claims court for 1200.00. Dont buy extended warranties and think your purchase is safe, if it fails they wont replace it with the same quality, nor same price. Because they told me it depreciated in the first 2 months to where its only worth half what i paid for... Then why sell me a warranty if you wont honor it?

Walmart nextbook tablet

Back in february 2017 I returned an rca tablet to wilmer product care plan they sent me a mailing label I sent my 125.00 tablet that had 2 years extended warranty which I paid 37.00 and the tablet still had about 2 weeks before it would be a year that I had that tablet. So they get the tablet and they send me an email pick a tablet as replacement for the one I had sent in I pick the nextbook ares 8. It comes in the mail I start to set it up and started to use it. On the second day the tablet would not pick up the wife anymore. I went onto walmart product plan where I had placed my claim and was told it was out of there hands. They had done there part in replacing the tablet they couldn't do anything else. They said get in touch with asurion directly since they are the ones who sent the defective tablet. They should help you out. They gave me a number and a website talked to some people there they sent some links that was supposed to fix the problem but didn't. So they said it's not our problem get in touch with nextbook well book did do something but I have to be in the same room as wifi router or tablet won't work and that is not possible. So they sent me back to walmart. And they back to asurion to nextbook. I was so upset that one last time I decided to call walmart product plan and ask to speak to a supervisor and they put a man named gus this was around 4-12-17 I explained to him everything that had happened and he said give me a week and i'll work something out send you a mailing label so you can send back the tablet and I will send you a check for the amout you paid for you previous tablet and insurance. Well i'm still waiting no check no label. I have been a loyal walmart asurion customer for years I had never had a problem like this before I just can't believe it nobody wants to take responsibility for a defective product. If you can help it would be great if have copy of my receipt if needed.

Walmart walmart money card

In December 2016, I purchased 2 Walmart money cards & placed $500 on each card. One card was loaded correctly but the 2nd had only $100 instead of $500. After several calls to Customer Service with no assistance & several trips to the original store with no response, I loaded a complaint online. I finally received a response from Customer Relation that they would research my claim along with fraudalant charges. After sending the final information they requested to resolve these issues, they delete or restrict the access number previously given to me so that I would be able to contact them. So now I have no way of speaking to them! They are a complete joke and have no intention of resolving any problems you may have! They have stollen $400 plus permitted fraudalant charges on my account even after I had advised them that I did not authorize any charges. My claim # was 2911692. I filled out a fraudalant charges form 30days ago and received nothing back. The form states is takes 10 days! They abide by their own rules and they treat all customers extremely poorly, even their Customer Relation department ( which is considered their supervisor level-NOT!)

Walmart Chips

I purchased a package of 20 variety chips. Every chip bag out of the pack only has about 5 to 10 chips in it. It also has a bunch of nasty packed together so called flavor. It is terrible. I wish I had not wasted my money. I will never purchase another great value item, I feel as though I am just wasting my money. I thought that great value meant you would get your moneys worth but instead it just takes your money. I would like to be compensated for this inconveince.

Walmart poor customer service, very dirty store, unsafe conditions

There are shelves falling down, employees standing on rolls of paper towel to stock shelves, it is obvious that this store has not been cleaned in awhile! Alot of empty shelves! Very disorganized.
The employees have given up. I called and emailed corporate office but nothing has been done . No one replied back! If corporate doent care why would the employees. This store is disgusting!

Walmart walmart 2yr repl plan

Purchase an RCA Maven Pro Tablet around December 2015. In Nov 2016 the screen would start to flicker erratically and would not keeo a charge. In simple English, this 2yr Rpl Plan is a worthless plan for electronic purchases. Neither RCA or Walmart honors their warranty. Walmart calls it an "existing condition" because after you call [protected] first, like they tell you at purchase, they will send you to the manufacturer first if within the manufacturers warranty period...in this case 1st year. Manufacturer, in this case RCA gives you the email run around for months, does nothing. So if the manufacturer does nothing, then Walmart says "its plan still does not cover existing condition". Why have you paid for this extra "plan"? So Walmart can have another revenue scheme to pad their pockets. Lets STOP buying bogus Walmart Warranty Plans Today.

Walmart prepaid card

I had my direct deposit go into that account and on November 25, 2016 my direct deposit went in but I didn't know it and never imagined it would go in that early, so on November 30, 2016 I checked to see if my check was there yet but it wasn't so I waited until December 1, 2016 and it still wasn't there, so I called the number on the Wal-Mart card and they said they never received my deposit. So The next business day that Social Security was open I called them and they told me my check had been sent. So for one week I went back and forth with the bank and S.S. before I finally got someone at S.S. that told me my check posted on November 25th! So I call the bank or Wal-Mart card and ask them about it and yes it did, now mind you that was Black Friday! SO I ask them where my money was and they told me that I had all these transactions on my account that I DIDN'T MAKE. One to Wal-Mart for $509.50, one to Nigeria for a hotel room for $125 ad some change, so I tell them that I did not do these transactions and I want my money back so they tell me I have to dispute it which I do. I file a police report and wait. Weeks later I get a letter from them that the dispute has been dropped because I either did the transaction or authorized it. So again I dispute it, and again I get the same answer, so I tell the both times I want proof that they have done any investigation into this because if they had they would not come to that conclusion. Because after I filed the first dispute they told me that I had to find out who did the transactions and where they were from so I did. I contacted the Wal-Mart they said the transaction was from and that Wal-Mart told me that they checked there records four days before the transaction was done and two days after and my card was NEVER used at their store! SO right there I knew that they never did anything to try to find out who really took my money. SO five disputes later they are now telling me that none of the transactions took place, but they can't tell me where my money is. When I called the last time the woman I talked to told me that the didn't look into it because I didn't dispute little transactions that were done at Wal-Mart so they just assumed that I did the large one. Well they closed my account as soon as I told them I didn't do it and I could not get into my account to see what was on there to dispute. This has been very hard for me as I live on Social Security and that was my whole check for the month, and it caused me to be behind on all my bills for two months! I'm still not caught up, and they still won't give me my money back. I have filed a sixth dispute. But I don't hold out any hope of getting my money back. All I want now is the $509 back that is such a large amount of money for me almost my whole check. I have been trying to find someone to help me with this but to no avail. I hope you can help me.

Walmart I ask for a replacement card and they didn't send it because they didn't put it in

i called for a replacement card with Wall-Mart money card on march 28th and they said 7 to 10 business days. On the 7th day I looked for the card and it was not in. So I called them to ask why, and they said it was never order. So to make a long story short I cant pay my bill because they messed up. Now I have to wait for another 7 days. my money is just hanging around waiting on them, it's crazy how they do things.
