So earlier today I put in an online order for a few items. Then I get a message stating that one item on my list was unavailable and they were substituting another item in its place An item I didn't want. So I phoned Walmart and told them this. An item on my original order was being substituted with something I didn't want. In the meantime I'm looking at my purchase history and now they've created yet a second order that I didn't authorize. And to add insult to injury they have now taken two payments our of my bank account even though I never authorized the second one. So now they've withdrawn $82.52 for my original order and now another $65.70 for a second purchase that I didn't authorize. The two purchase orders are [protected] & [protected]. And now I'm told that I'll have to wait 7 to 10 days to have my money refunded. If you can take my money in just a few seconds then you should be able to refund it to me immediately, today.
