Around 9:05~9:15am on Dec15, 2023. At 610 6th St., New Westminster, BC store. I am a second customer waiting for the cashier. A third customer suddenly jump into the line looks like to ask a question with the cashier. In fact, he bought a Tim Horton gift card, your cashier just let him finish his deal. And I am still waiting. I start complain this cashier, then a supervisor came & talk to the cashier with their own language sound likes Spanish, then they told me never had a 3rd customer, just the 1st & the 2nd customer (me). They lied to me & not to apologize.
I think this is a case of racism, perhaps the same race customer jump into the line, the cashier help him to jump into the line (of course no need to line up). The supervisor covered up the whole thing & communicated with Spanish (their own language).
I need these cashier & supervisor to apologize to me in English, not with their own language. And promise not to allow anyone to jump into the line (everyone needs to line up). Do the job with equal & justice manner.
Check the CCTV video to find out this 3rd customer, can prove these cashier & supervisor dishonest.
