Wish advertises for sale, iphone 12 and samsung galaxies, and what people who buy it like i, get is junk
The site is a scam and they know it, should be fine by the authorities even close...
I even wrote a mail to a director, and no answer, they just dont care
Their return and complaint files in internet are on purpose very, very difficult to use, because they clearly know taht they sale junk and people will try to return it...

I purchased three shelves and was sent 1 nine inch shelf and a strange looking pouch. I tried and tried, AND tried to let WISH.com know but their automated chat does not show my purchase. Tried their messenger page got a tiring runaround. Email? No answer. Called? I cannot get a response at that number I was told by the machine, go to Support page which refuses to load

Unrecognised charge to credit card from Wish Amsterdam
A charge appeared on my credit card statement on 8/4/21 of £154.00 of which I had no knowledge of
making, did not appear on my account order history with no details, delivery information etc..
Subsequent and numerous correspondence with Wish has provided no solution to this date. Wish themselves cannot produce details with regard to this 'order', and persist with requests for me to provide details.
I am growing increasingly angry and frustrated with their Customer Service and their response to what would appear to be fraudulent activity.
Desired outcome: Full refund of £154.00, a grovelling apology from Wish, and closure of the account.

Monthly subscription (refund)
I checked my transactions and realized I was paying for wish every month for months, I didn't know what for or what it was. I looked it up and contacted them letting them know politely. But they just told me that I signed up for it and to cancel go on the app on my phone and unsubscribe and that they will not refund anything. First of all how the hell would I have subscribed when I don't even have the app or use wish, and second, the fact that they can't even help me unsubscribe. And not offering any help or service or refund. Please everyone avoid dealing with wish they are horrible. And they owe me money from the monthly charges that I DID NOT sign up for!

Hearing Aid 2PCS
I received order 607f11387b946aee521e848d 2 hearing aids shipped to George Sebestyen 6254 Park Road, McLean VA 22101. Neither of the 2 hearing aids works. There is no sound. I checked the batteries and they are OK.
I purchased one of these hearing aids a few weeks ago. That one did not work either.
Am I doing something wrong? All I did is to open the battery compartment, place the battery in the compartment and closed it. There was no sound, regardless of the position of the volume control. The same happened with the second hearing aid also.

I ordered a bathroom mat from Wish.com in April. Unbeknown to me was that they have an agreement with Paypal that is default set to withhold buyers' Paypal dollars. Worse, the amount being withheld was greater than what I needed to pay for the item.
When I asked Paypal to correct the error, Wish.com instantly called back the shipment and returned it to their facility pick up centre. They refused to ship the item unless I closed an open case with Paypal, which Paypal doesn't advise buyers to do so unless the items are received.
Numerous Wish.com's support agents stubbornly refused to help and they insisted that I must close the case. Wish.com put me in a position that I would lose the buyer protection offered by Paypal.
Eventually, I had to inform Paypal to refund the entire transaction because Wish.com refused to ship the item. For a trivial of $0.48 cents, that is how Wish.com is so hostile, bureaucratic, and intimidating. They are not a trustworthy platform that acts with integrity.
Please do not buy from them.
A satin duvet set and a sofa cover
Hello, i received the 2 items i ordered in April. The duvet set isn't worth the money i paid for it. The sofa cover is not the right size as i have 2 L shape cushions and it does not fit. I have gone online explaining why i want a refund. I have had messages from them asking for photos, i did that, i have been asked why i want a refund, i told them. Again im asked the same questions for 3 days !. I asked for an address to return the 2 items but received a message in another language. I am very displeased at how im being treated. I want a refund sent onto my card that i paid with.

The price displayed by Wish is almost always much much less than the price displayed AFTER you click on it. It doesn't matter what size, color, ectr because I've tried every single product combination and the price is never the same as the one displayed. Its like clickbait. I was just on the app and noticed a cashmere sweater I had " favorited " was advertised as 8.95$ .I choose my size then was prompted to choose a color, with 6 choices, 4 colors had prices of 24.xx ( I can't recall the exact cent amount) the remaining two colors had prices displayed at 21.xx$ . I tried every size and color combination and NONE were $8.95, as advertised. They also will display " FREE " products and prompt you to " CLAIM " once you do however the price skyrockets. It's deceptive and irritating.

I can only hope, for Wish's sake, that they stop this practice immediately. Its infuriating to be toyed with when it comes to money and most people whom shop on Wish do so because they are inexpensive. The LAST thing I want to do after being baited and lied to is give that company my money. I, like many others, immediately leave the Wish App. I have not used them in months due to deceptive behavior. I find Aliexpress more truthful. I came back a few days ago and in my opinion their deceptive pricing is worse!?

I ordered a cell phone which was enlisted as Galaxy Note30 Ultrafashion 5G on April 11 and received on April 26th. I paid a total of $78.12 after using my 10% discount coupon. The phone looked great but I did not find the word Galaxy anywhere on the phone. I cannot download information/contacts from my google account or from my old phone. When contacted customer service, they were more inclined to give me a 20% refund than encouraging me to return the item. I fall for the 20% refund and now I realized the phone is crap. The phone cannot connect through wifi and the speed with my sim card is slower than the 4G phone. It is supposed to be a 5G phone. My sim card supports the 5G system through T-mobile. To install apps from google play is a pain and today it cannot even connect to google play for installing apps. The phone power does not even last 12 hrs when used mildly but the original posting says more than three days.
Now I am not able to connect with customer service through my phone as it is all AI-based. As soon as I start the customer support link, it shows a partial refund was paid and the case is resolved. I really want to return the defective phone and get my money back.
