I have no access to the Wish web site for many months now. Going to Wish.com and asking for my password to be sent to me results in no response as they respond only to the CURRENT owner of the account.
I pay for products as I receive them as I have no way to report that the item has not been received, was received completely different to advertised, was received but never ordered by me or was received damaged.
As you seem to have all the answers, please tell me how to get my Wish account back from hackers who now seem intent on also stealing my livelihood.
When I went to a web site in general chat of wish on the day my account was stolen, I found hundreds of messages to wish on the very same chat board from users who were in my exact predicament. It is hard when Wish, Poliisi, Klarna do not care enough to help, but even harder when I have no voice as I am Deaf.

I am trying to purchase items on the site, when I go to check out, it is asking for a copy of my bank statement showing a previous purchase. This is my first time purchasing anything so I can not supply this. It will not let me check out.
I tried to go to the contact us tab and was requested to re sign in with my user name and password (This is while I was logged into the site) when I filled in the details, it advised that the details are not correct, however I was logged into the site at that time using the same user name and password.

No matter how small or big of an order I try to place with Wish.com when I "attempt" to checkout the same pop up occurs and wants me to fix a payment issue. I've tried using PayPal, 2 different debit cards and a cc now all of course with my name and address being on them. At this point I'm over wish and their OH SO WONDERFUL DEALS only to deal with this nonsense every time. I get excited about it and then super pissed because it's time I invested and for absolutely nothing but to get upset since there's no reason this should be happening. So BYE BYE Wish! The breakup is official. I'll keep using Ali from now on. Thanks for nothing but constant issues.

Unfortunately I did not find these reviews until after ordering from Wish. They took weeks to fill my order (slow boat from China) and when I finally received it, it was WRONG SIZE and WRONG COLOR. Do NOT waste your time. Prices look attractive but not worth it. There is no easy way to reach them - no phone # on their website or email address - and when you fill out a form online they say they will get back to you in "2-3 days"

My credit card has been used for purchase of merchandise from your company that I did not make. Just over the weekend the following was made: Posted 1/14 at 0956 am UTC a $35.10 order. Posted 1/13 at 4:16 am UTC a $18.00 order. Posted 1/12 at 4:03 am UTC a $48.00 order. Posted on 1/11 at 10:39 am UTC a $16.00 order. These orders was not authorized by me and are consider theft of funds and will be looked into by my lawyers. These are not the first orders and unauthorized use of credit card I have complaint to your company. It appears that you are not interested in stopping this action and are satisfied with taking the funds and making the shipment of merchandise anyway. It is not right. And I will and my lawyers will have something to say about that.
complaining about payment issues
I am a new customer to on line shopping, and tech has gotten the best of me as I am 58 years and have no to teach me how it all works. I am currently trying to place an order thru Wish. Using my Wish Money of $109.00 towards my purchase, however on Dec 21, 2019, Wish requested email, and a photo copy of my recent purchases with them. Which was sent 3days ago, I in the mean time as of this mornimg trying to make a purchase with out losing out on the deals at hand. There system is not allowing me to do this. Per orders of Dec 18, 2019 have not been received as of yet. Although money has been taken out of my account and some have been refunded as per my perviously requested. Please note there has been a email sent to their customer support staff January 14, 2020. I am hoping not to lose out on any of these orders using my Wish Cash. I feel I am currently sitting in limbo regarding this issue which should have been resolved days ago. If you could please help in any why it would be muchly appreciated. Thanks you so much.
