I ordered a ring and they continued to ignore all of my messages when I stated I wanted to cancel the order. Now they removed every refund button I could use. I have no way of asking for a refund on my items now! I am beginning a lawsuit through the jurisdictions that they have most the reasonable contacts through. They will continue to block you from speaking with a represenative and they have blocked me from asking for a refund completely against their refund and law enforcement agreement.

skort and stretch jeans
I ordered a black streth skort and a pair of stretch jeans in size XXL. When I received them, the package said XXL but the skort actually was more like a size medium and the jeans seemed to be more in line with a small. the appear to actually be from China. Neither of the clothing items have a tag printing on the inside indicating the size. The jeans do have a hangtag attached with the word NIU ZAI and a number 32 it also has the following numbers: GB184012010B and FZ/T810072010. The Skort did not have anything attached.

I am not at all happy nor am I satisfied with the items I had ordered online from Wish.
The colors and print designs of the 10 tiles I had ordered are not ‘pearly gloss' & neither are they ‘high grade film finish' as stated on the wish app.
The actual items I received look very dull and of low quality, compared to what was advertised on the app. Not at all what I had expected.
As it is, I will not be using these tiles on my kitchen wall as I had planned.

letting a thief use my account
You let a thief order a laptop from my WISH account, charge to a credit card I had on file that had an expired expiration date, and now you're making me wait 14 days to get my money back! Not once did your system flag or notice the mistake, and once I contacted customer service, did not seem to care that this was on your company to resolve QUICKLY. That's nearly $1, 500 I don't have! I sincerely need my refund sooner than 11/11/19. Please help!

i was told to pick up my item @ income tax 40 NW 8TH st Homestead Fl 33030. Store hour are 2pm - 9pm went by ever day this week at 3 or 4 store is never open . I have ordered from your company numerous times and for the most part I have been satisfied. I ordered some wigs a few months ago, To be exact and none of them were what I expected or looked like in the picture. I was going to return them but I could not find a phone number to call you or an address to return it to. We called a local store here in town where we can pick up our orders now and they told us that Wish does not have a phone number . They said to look on the App and the information is there. I looked in the App Store and there is nothing there that gives me any information on how to contact you. I have ordered many rings in the past, most of them run very large. I have received 3 packages that was suppose to have rings in them. I open the packages and they are completely empty. They were sealed and empty when opened. All of the clothes I ordered for my daughter are way to small. She is not a large woman, just average but let likes clothes to fit loose so I ordered them 2 sizes larger than she wears. Nothing fits! I would like to exchange them for bigger sizes. Please help! I am very disappointed!

I had two separate items that I returned. A paid if knee high boots that were too small (go figure) and a pair of earrings that were nothing at all as depicted. I requested a refund from WISH. ELEVEN days later I STILL hadn't received it. Then they tried to insist I go on some multicultural website where nothing was even in ENGLISH to collect my refunds. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I've never experienced anything so ridiculous in my entire life. What a bunch of CROOKS. $33 down there drain. Never shopping with them again!

My Shipping address has changed, but my debit card is the same as it has been. I keep getting an error message whenever i try to order something. Why cant wish let my packages be sent to my shipping address or even my new home address?

Please resolve this problem with me or I'll have to move on to another company to do my online shopping so i dont lose money & miss my deliveries. Why would i give you an address that i can't recieve my products from? Why would i give you a fake shipping address? That only messes me up & i dont recieve my merchandise. I have ordered two phone covers since September 16th. Up to date they still say the package is delivering and it's not there yet. It was supposed to be there by October 20th but hasn't gotten here yet. I would ask for it to be looked into. charged for item that does not appear in order history
I had attempted to purchase a punching bag for my niece's birthday, and it was in my cart upon purchase, but once the order had been confirmed, it did not appear in my order history and there is no information as to whether or not it is intended to be shipped. All other items cleared as normal, but I was charged $20 for the punching bag that doesn't appear to be coming to me.

losing a coupon while still shopping
I had a 40% coupon on some items in the cart but wanted to keep shopping so I clicked the continue shopping button and when I found a few more items I went to check out and the coupon AND the items were gone! I had a pair of wireless earbuds, 100pc of transparent nails, and a few other items I wanted to buy using my coupon! Why take it away if want more people to shop using your app or website to purchase things?!?

I ordered 10 tolietry bags on 10/26/19. When I saw that the shipping cost was 51.00 I immediately cancelled the order. I then received a message on 10/27/19 that the order had been shipped and I cannot cancel the order.

I received an email to say my email address had been changed and if this was not correct to log into wish etc. I cant do that because they changed the email address without authority. I replied back advising i can not access wish because my email address was changed . I have tried contacting them via social media and email but keep being directed by a bot to access the website but I can not. Then I get an email.to say they have replied and that to read the full message and reply I need to login to wish. I CAN NOT BECAUSE THEY CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY.
