Hi, I bought a number of items in mid August 2019, and delivery was expected to be 22 September. The delivery date then changed to 29 September. I am still waiting and have not received any communication regarding my order. It is now the end of October and I don't know if I will ever get my stuff. Communicating to customer online is a waste of time - I think the responses are automated.

First of all there was an order place not by me for 5 items total for $91. I did save my card on their app. Someone placed an order for it and when I saw it it was too late to cancel it. 4 items are identical and of the 4 items they charged me for I only recieved 2 items. Took a picture sent it along with comment to only get an automated message that they will get back to me. I am currently still trying to get a refund for the 2 item they never sent out of the 4 items they charged me. Also wanting to do a return on the 2 items I did receive but nothing. The last item is still in transit. Haven't got it yet but wanted to do a return on it as soon as I get it. No response but a get back in 2 days. Still nothing after the 2 days. It's disgusting that they would do this and say they want their customer to be happy and easy returns. All I want is just a refund of items I didnt get and to return the ones I did get. This is bad service and I am annoyed that they wont get back to me and just refund my stuff and do the transaction. Never again. They shouldn't even be in business.

Hi. I bought an item from Wish using the app. I bought it 22nd of October, 2019. I have not received any kind of confirmation email from Wish since I bought the item, and I can't see my purchase in my purchase history. The payment was done nevertheless and money transaction was completed. I paid via my bank account and it shows in my bank account that I have transacted my money to Digital River.
What am I supposed to do in this situation? Will I get any confirmation that the item I have bought will arrive? Or should I get a refund?

I had placed an order and got refunded. When I placed another one it stated I had to send a copy of bank statment showing where I had ordered before. Don't use debit card on line. I have a master card and a pay pal credit card.
I would really like to have my orders before Christmas and have them for the same price as they were whenI first placed the order. Now of course the items arent as cheap.

I did try to get in touch with Wish support and always I get a message that I have a message from them and appears the number ([protected]).
I don't know how to view my complaint there or even in other place. I just want my account back!

Ordered stamp set that came from China. The stamp is not as advertised. These companies knock off legit company products and use their photos but stamps are not the same. Would like a refund on this order. Please advise where to return product. Please send a prepaid UPS label.

lack of response and access to app
I'm really disappointed in the responses (or lack thereof) from Wish. I have been a loyal client for years. I would access the app via email login and now, it asks me to do so, through facebook, which is a not an option I would like to take. Their responses keep saying to check the app for my response, however, I can't access the app (as per my original message to them with login issues on October 12, 2019). It's too bad that this is the level of client service I am getting. I am now considering no longer purchasing from Wish!

Payment made through card. Order details from Wish also confirms that the payment method is through Credit Card. Bank confirms that the amount is spent at WISH. Now the notification screen at Wish says it's been declined, my payment method were approved my packages was on it's way then all of a sudden everything has been declined

I went online almost a week ago do the Wish app check on my purchases and they told me that my account was restricted but have not given no reason they telling me that they can't unrestricted for some reason or another I sent them the debit card statement I have items that I have paid for that I can't get and no one has gotten back to me to tell me what's going on I want them to unrestrict my account ASAP either give me my money back but I want my items

Ordered a mobile . Order id 5db5c 1165e4f2d62255d99ac of 27 Oct 2019. Payment made through card. Order details from Wish also confirms that the payment method is through Credit Card. Bank confirms that the amount is spent at WISH.
Now the notification screen at Wish says there was an issue processing the payment. When I tap the notification, as advised, I am told that Wish needs a few pieces of information so that they can verify my account and ask for my mail id. When I furnish my mail id it needs a photo id.
I don't understand the fun. Have you not received the payment for my order? If this is going to be your service, I want to cancel my order and get back full payment.

I am getting no response to emails that I am receiving. I am getting VERY frustrated and have just sent another message regarding the service I have received and I am very angry.. I appreciate the help you have tried to give but the Wish systems stinks!
Here is my response which I would like you to send to the appropriate department which I cannot access!
"My product was NOT what I ordered and I get told that I cannot be refunded. I get some dumb email saying "Keep in mind that if the refund window has closed, this means that you're no longer eligible for a refund: https://www.wish.com/return_policy". I cannot access the order on my wish page to place a complaint yet I am directed to this URLhttps://www.wish.com/transaction which refers to another order I placed which says it has been delivered but it hasn't. I was sent a plastic travel dog bowl with a message saying my order was on the way.. I still haven't received it. I don't want a Peppermint Essential Oil that I did not order! It is far more expensive than I could buy in New Zealand. Whilst I agree these items are not of great value because I wanted to try this site out on some small items before I invested money on anything larger. I am extremely disappointed and if these situations are not resolved, I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING THROUGH WISH and I will certainly relay my experience to everyone I ever come across who wants to order from Wish. It is a rip off!

The Wireless BT Headset arrived 15/10/19, it was complete and appeared to be suitable. I installed it on my helmet after photographing it and checking the components. It is now part of my helmet. It seemed to be working satisfactorily.
On riding with it on my helmet it was almost satisfactory. The left ear speaker was very faint but the right ear speaker worked at full volume. A slight stereo effect. This lasted for only 2 rides. After this the right ear speaker stopped working completely, and the left ear speaker remains very faint. Because of this I can only hear the headset when I am riding at less than 50 km/hr which makes it useless for listening to music and makes navigating with a GPS a joke and very dangerous. I have checked all the wiring and all the connections. Nothing has been done to damage any of this.
I want this product. I was happy enough with it when it worked. I want a replacement unit or a full refund. With a refund I will buy a better quality product at a higher price.
If the manufacturer wants to credit me with the price of the other product and let me know what other products they offer, I would happily pay the difference.

A maxi I chose was sold out in all colors except the pink. The price went from as low as $12.00 and is now $85.00 Three days ago it was $20.60 for my complete order, today it is almost $100. I ordered an under bust corset and paid for Express shipping so I would have it as a part of my halloween costume. It was due to arrive on or before 10-25-19 and never showed up and no notification that it would be late. Just looked and now it says item expected to arrive 11-01-19 even though I paid Express shipping. What's going on? Wheres my item and why was it delayed with no notice given? Very, very unhappy.
my wish account just got hacked
Today is 10/26/2019. I had actually just used my account last night, to order more items. I just got an email today that my email address had been changed, followed immediately with a string of notifications stating that my orders had been refunded. I did not change my email address, and now I can't log into my account. I'm sure this means that the money hasn't gone to me, but to the hacker. I looked it up and this is a trend that has been going on for months now. Please actually do something. I really liked using wish.
