I am complaining about the uploaded photos on customers accounts. I found out that wish.com has allowed my ex partner to upload sexually explicit photos of myself aswell as him to use as reviews on products he purchased. I have been to the police as its known as REVENGE PORN. I have also sent wish.com 4 emails asking for someone to contact me. Still no reply. I now have full access to my ex partners account and I can NOT remove/delete theese photos. Also I looked at the people my ex was following or followers of my ex. SHOCKING what I have seen and an absolute disgusting shopping app. Wish.com have made pornhub look like a kids programme and there is no need for anyone to put this sort of thing on a SHOPPING website. It states that they review all reviews and that sort of content is NOT allowed. Im disgusted that in 6 wks and 4 complaints no one has contacted me. I wont let this go and seriously need something done im extreamly upset about the whole situation. My ex was even allowed to post a video of himself masturbating.

I got my bank statement for Dec 2018 and I notice a charge for $204.99 from wish and I didn't even ordered anything. I have been writing to wish for the last 2 months and they are giving me the run around. I told them I want my money back they stold from me. I keep sending them emails sometimes they will send me back a email saying fill out a complaint I tell them I have over and over.

I got on the website a received a promo code "love" for up to 50% off (up to $100 is what it said). Placed several items in my cart that were in my wishlist, with a total of about $74 and $37 in shipping fees, I then added the promo code and it took off $3.70? That is not 50% off anything, not even one of the items. It took $3 off of an item that was $32. I have a photo of the promo that states "up to 50% off $100 maximum discount" and I get 5% off? How misleading! Especially when i've paid shipping costs that are double the cost of items. Very disappointed.

Out of my 17 orders placed in October 2018 I have received one item. As majority was for Christmas gifts I requested refunds. For the rest of my orders which are ALL over due and not moving you are refusing to give me a refund unless I shop more which is pathetic as I cannot even get my current orders out of you so why would I pay you more of my hard earned money for items I will never receive? There is a massive flaw in your logic! This is theft and I want a refund for all of my items which I did not receive as they are beyond the extended due date for delivery.

I placed an order for some Wii game storage containers in November. The items were supposed to be delivered just before Christmas. They were meant to be a Christmas gift. A few days later I noticed the expected delivery date had changed to January but the items were not yet marked as shipped. I contacted them right away to cancel but they refused to both cancel the order and refund me. After many messages back and forth I had no choice but to wait to see if the containers would even show up in time in January and do a refund/return then. The items still aren't here. They are late. The Wish app isn't even letting me request a refund now because my account is "in bad standing". The only way for me to request a refund is to shop more without requesting refunds. After all the bad service I received from them since November I have NO desire to continue to shop from them. I want my money refunded and my account closed. HORRIBLE customer service!

I have the same problem as that of the others and was also demanding for a refund. I bought that phone as a Xmas gift for my son and I was so disappointed coz it won't even fit a single game from google play store it indicates too low of GB for it to install not only that I bought a whole bunch of accessories that I cant even use although they make it look fit to any android all false advertising! Their websites doesn't even have something for comments to be seen by others. On the 7th of January I placed an order of a Micro SD card, 64GB, of the company Lexar.
It was not the first order of this kind (Micro SD cards). I ordered several over the time hoping to get one working card.
The order arrived on the 25th of January.
After checking the card I recognized that it is fake, completely useless, once again.
Until the last one, I got always a refund.
But this time, wish.com blocked my account for refund requests, because of "too many requests". I only requested refund for non-functional cards. But I have to admit, ALL cards are fake, really all, with trade mark labels like "Lexar", "Verbatim", etc., so I asked for each of them a refund (maybe 6-7 cards at total).
The problem is, whish.com blocked my account for too many refund requests, but supports this way the distribution of counterfeit products.
So I payed 8 Eur for a product that does not work, I get blocked, and the seller goes without any consequences and continues selling these products.

I had a friend in the past that was mentally challenged and I held onto his card for him. I would pay him cash and ask to use his card to buy something from wish.com. He met some new person that tried convincing him that I was taking advantage of him which I was not because I gave him the cash before placing the order and him being mentally challenged went along for her ride. My mother doesn't have a phone and is in the hospital and has allowed me to purchase a product around $20 for Christmas. I can send you a picture of my DL and her credit card so if fraud was ever brought up again, which was not true before, you have my information to press charges against me. I have a SSN card as well that I'd prefer not to send and with time I could get her DL picture to prove and provide the appropriate information to allow you to take action against me if something were to be mentioned that I wasn using a card w/ the cardholders permission. This time is family and I'm not dealing w/ someone that has a very paranoid personality and obviously forgot that I gave him the cash before ever placing the order to wish. Please contact me ASAP so I can get these items, thx!

Yes, I placed an order for a set of men and womens rings. Have not received the rings and paid $5.00 for express mail. The money has been taken off of the card 3x. The card was Visa prepaid debit. Card # [protected], ex. date 09-21, 3 digit # on the back of the card is 533, the pin # is 1234. I need to know where my order is and why was the money taken off the card 3x.

I have purchased in good faith items listed at the price the seller wants to sell. Ordinary items like plastic things are as described. However when it comes to the jewellery the seller has been less than truthful by advertising products as 925 sterling silver only to find they are not SS but base metal silver plated. When I've done the silver test and produced photographic evidence to show the base metal underneath and send to Wish for a refund. They have complied and made refunds what else could they have done? They have guarantees.
However I recently received a message from them & they have said "You have had a lot of refunds and have abused our generousity and must get yourself back in our "good standing" before we make any further refunds. But you can still shop. Now isn't that interesting that they are willing to support and work hand in hand with manufacturers who blatantly break the law by lying abut the quality of the products? And they blame me for telling them...Too many photos but the company have received them all.
