I love shopping on Wish site however the entire history for Dec. 2018 has been wiped out and there are still items I paid for but haven't received as well as 2 refunds I was told would be available as of Dec. 30, 2018. They were not. Most of the time Wish is good about refunds but not this time. I ordered 2 pair of tan leather pants for Christmas gifts but when they arrived they seemed more like raincoat plastic. Gross. A third pair were ordered and arrived having an inseam if about 26 inches...hmmm, only a small child could fit into them.

I ordered items off of wish and they were not delivered on time. I check my order history often and they're now almost a month-and-a-half late it's too late to get a refund and I still don't have my items and every time I call customer support it says the number is not working right now and I don't get a response for my emails. I've used to wish before and didn't have any problems this is very disappointing considering they were Christmas gifts for my child

I received a on my credit card of $30.45 for apparel on 1/6/19. I did not order anything and I have not received anything. I called the number associated with charge which stated I had to go to website, no one was taking calls .Please advise.
I logged onto a site from facebook, never saw more than the ad on facebook. I have never purchased anything from Wish.com.

counterfeit/fake high capacity memory cards and usb sticks
Hello Customer Support,
I received another ad email from Wish.com promoting these high capacity USB and memory cards. These repetitive email also indicate that you "do not care" about your customers' feedbacks and warnings regardless of the fact that ALL of these counterfeits, FAKE products with deceiving ads, costing your customers time, money, and lose of valuable data by using these fake products. Some amateurs will jump into the conclusion that these memory cards are good as it described when they see the capacity checked out on the screen. But they do not know these products are fake and all the data will be lost.
I am very sure I am not the only one who flagged these products and gave warning when contacted Wish.com Customer Support. I am also holding all these fake USB and memory cards as evidence and proof for my Statement.
Chinese Business Philosophy promotes Trust and Building Good Relationship with Customers. I suggest you should do a better product review, punish these rouge vendors who are damaging your reputation and your business brand instead of turn around and punish the Customers who reporting it.

I never received my order and have emailed for assistance with no response!
I completed an order and paid for it in the middle of November 2018. I received a confirmation on November 26, 2018 that my order was processed and that there will be a follow up email when the order is shipped. I have yet to receive an email confirming that my order has shipped, nor have I received my items! I have tried multiple times to email customer service and have not once received a reply. I WANT MY ORDER! I have an order ID but need someone to talk to so they can get me my items!
Me too facing the same problem. They seems to b not responsible at all with all the auto replies in the contact support. DO NOT TAKE UR RISK TO SHOP AT WISH ! they are taking away our money !

After placing my order with Wish, I requested their customer services to package my order and deliver it as one order. this is due to custom payments and Post Office payments that I have to pay every time I collect separate orders. I end up paying double what I have paid because of the single deliveries.
I have now just received a notification that "one" has been shipped, regardless of my request. I have placed one order at once, but I receive it in bits and pieces which I have to pay.
If they cannot ship my order as one package then let us cancel the whole order since this is costing me money and the time to go collect each time.

This company is no good. I paid for an item never received and won't refund my money. I am going on ALL possible social media outlets to warn everyone AGAINST EVER using this company. I purchased headgear for my son's tournament over 2 months in advance. Wish says they delivered it, so not their responsibility. I never received package and had to go last minute to a 3rd party to purchase headgear needed for competition. Wish maintains they fulfilled order but my local post office has no idea. I just wanted compensation for my $18 spent but realize the company doesn't care.

I ordered it on oct 3. You guys changed my delivery date twice. It was supposed to come by nov 9 and then nov 12. Then there was a message saying that the postal strike was causing severe delays in pkg delivery and I was asked if I would wait and I said yes. Well I still have not received the item but now i'm being told that it's too late for a refund. So you guys got my money and I get nothing in return? I ordered crystals and florite stones. I filled my order properly and was directed to checkout to fill my email address and provided a copy of my bank statement. What company wants a bank statement with a wish purchase on the bank statement. I am a newcomer to wish. If I can't purchase in the first place why are you demanding a bank statement? Furthermore, I would not provide wish with a bank statement. That is personal information which should never be asked in the first place.in this instance, you lost a potential customer.
