Reward card failure
I have woolworth landlord insurance many years and woolworth normally provides a [10% discount] for my shopping every month. Suddenly the reward card fails to honour the 10% discount today on 3 Sep. 2022.
I try to report the reward card failure with Woolworth web but the CHAT of the web, asks me to call [protected] before 7 pm, but there is no one to attend my call at 5pm.
I try to login woolworth web with my email [[protected]@hotmail.com]. Woolworth send me a code 746112 but the web did not recognise the code and block my login any more!
Desired outcome: Please resume my [10% discount] reward with my reward card [protected] and let me know how can the [10% discount] reward invalidated suddenly.Your [protected] answering machine must be improved to relay my call to a human
Returns policy
Good evening
This afternoon I purchased in good faith 5 packs of twin Philips globes, 10 globes in total from your Woolworths store in Sale Victoria.
The value of my purchase was $40
When I got home, we realised that the globes were a fraction too long for the intended light fittings. When I was in the store the globes appeared to be of normal size.
I immediately returned to the store asked for a refund as the globes were not as I thought. The store did not have enough of the correct globes to be able to make an exchange.
I was told by Kylie, that the Woolworth's store refund policy stated I could not get a refund however if I wanted to do some grocery shopping, I could exchange the incorrect globes at the checkout for some grocery items. Since I already done my grocery shopping, I left the store with the globes, feeling very annoyed that I could not return or at least receive a credit for the globes.
So, what am I supposed to do now? According to Victorian and Australian consumer law I am legally entitled to a refund or credit at least. The purchase wasn't a change of mind, the purchase was rejected. But according to your staff member I'm supposed to now buy some bread and milk or whatever to value of $40 just so I can return the globes. Having worked in retail myself I find this notion quite ridiculous and very bad customer service.
I hope you can clarify your returns policy which I may add differs from Bunnings and Coles who in fact told me if I had an issue with any future globe purchase, they would happily refund my money.

I bought the peanut and nuts at woolworths Bassonia. The pack is so salty and unaudiable as salt is overwhelming.

Woolworths Variety Pack of 20 corn chips/cheese rings/chips
On Wednesday 31 August 2022 at 9:56am I purchased the Woolworths Variety pack of 20 chips/corn chips/cheese rings from the Oxenford 4210 store and received a blue packet of cheese rings inside that was fully sealed but had nothing inside of it! I never normally buy this brand and saw them this time and thought to give them a go but terrible impression for first time purchase! I'd best go back to the more reliable brands.

I purchased a packet of mince on 20/8/2022 from the Kings Meadows Tasmania Woolworths. Our family cooked most of the mince last night and ate it but saved some for today - 21/8. While my husband was preparing the mince on 21/8 he saw a full maggot in the mince. And there are others mixed throughout the mince. We are appalled and disgusted as we have already eaten some of the mince. It has only been stored in the fridge and the used by date is 25/8/2022. We absolutely do not want anyone else to consume this product and expect compensation please. This is unacceptable and I hope the quality of meat improves immediately.

I have called the Hornsby store 6 times and been on hold until the phone rings out every time. Is no one answering any calls. I am trying to see if there has been a delivery of KATZ Gluten free donuts- a new product -the the supplier has assured me 4 containers told me arrived to Woolworths warehouses LAST WEEK. I have been into the Hornsby store 15 times -almost everyday- only to be told out of stock. On Saturday I spoke to a 'manager' who said keep looking online. Not much in the way of customer service. I want to know if the stock is there as I don't trust the website to be up to date and want to rebuy this product that unfortunately only Woolworths is currently selling.

Contaminated fuel sold by keysborough petrol station
Dear Sir,
On July 13th, 2022 I purchased Diesel Fuel for my work vehicle, from the above mentioned petrol station - total cost $99.00 (GST Inc.).
I proceeded to drive after payment was made and travelled approximately 12 kilometres to attend to work on my client’s property. After completing the work, I tried to start my vehicle but this failed on after several attempts. Contact was made with roadside assistance provided by the RACV as my thought was the battery could die have been the problem. The technician that arrived stated it was not a battery related issue but most likely it was a fuel filter and/or fuel pump caused by “dirty or contaminated” fuel.
The vehicle needed to be towed to a diesel mechanic workshop for further investigation and for any repairs to be undertaken. Upon arrival at the mechanic’s workshop and a brief discussion of what had happened, Kevin (mechanic) said that he could smell a petrol smell emanating from the tank of the vehicle.
The vehicle needed to be repaired, in which the following was completed:
• Remove and inspect fuel filter - contaminated fuel detected as cause of problem.
• Remove fuel tank.
• Flush, clean and dry fuel tank.
• Refit fuel tank.
• Flush, clean and dry fuel lines.
• Supply and fit new fuel filter.
• Top up with diesel.
The above work was completed, which resulted, in the vehicle being picked up on July 15th, 2022.
The contaminated fuel resulted in repair costs of $528.00 (GST Inc.), 2 days of lost work and $99.00 of fuel cost.
Attached are copies of invoice for repairs and fuel purchase.
In view of what has occurred I am requesting the following:
• Refund of cost for fuel purchase.
• Refund of costs incurred for repairs to my vehicle.
Based on the event of circumstances mentioned above, I would appreciate recompense for the amounts listed and the matter having been resolved.
If I have not heard from you within the next 10 business days, I will forward this as a complaint to Consumer Affairs Victoria for further advice on course of action.

Woolworths, Pialba, Qld. Meat Department.
On Saturday 2nd July, 2022 at 5.30pm, Workmen with "Barrett Building Solutions" on their shirts, were jack hammering (or similar equipment) the cement floor in the meat department not more than 2ft from the uncovered meat. There were airbourne cement dust and bits flying plus noise so loud that customers were covering their ears as it did hurt. Who is responsible for the Food Safety in this store? Why was this aloud to occur? This is a clear breach of Food Health and Safety. When is Woolworths going to clean up this store? Staff don't care nor are active in providing safe food handling and uncontaminated food to it's customers.
Desired outcome: Identify Staff on duty and who was responsible. Action taken to prevent a further occurrence.

Please read the email below as I was astonished when I received this I explained my delivery issues and the amount to a refund.
The person that has replied to me hasn't read all my information about my email and has sent me a ridiculous response.
Please have a look at my purchases [protected] 04/07/2022. Yes when I looked at my order the missing items were $93.35 however I was given products that were double the amount I purchased them for. The amount of substituted items were 44 out of 46 on my account, however the bill was wrong and said there 1 item Muffins that were substituted. This also didnt make sense. As I make sure sure I grab the best price on all items when I am shopping. I got the bargains at Woolworths app most of the purchases were done through saving and buying from my weekly picks, my specials and July super sales.at Woolworths App So I make my buys at heavily discounted prices..
I also didn't receive my Hand held vacume. The Woolworths app clearly states by company policy the item will be delivered within 1 - 2 days. I placed the Vacume order EM0282309 $109.90 plus $10 shipping fee 04/07/2022. The date today is 07/07/2022. It is now been 4 working bussiness days and I haven't received my item as Woolworths Company Policy guarantees. I followed the issue up at Woolworths app that directed me to Australia Post they also don't know anything about item and the Australia Post app states the item hasn't been scanned. So I'd like a further refund of $109.95 plus $10 delivery fee for services I haven't received from Woolworths as promised to the public on your delivery policy of each item.

My order was missing $60 worth of items and the rest of the amount debited was the horrendous over billing on the special items I selected at discounted amounts. That totalled upto another extra $140. I would like a refund on my account because I did not receive the goods you claim was delivered. I would like a total refund of $200 on my account and I'd like you to credit back the amount and would like this issues to be resolved within 2 working business days.
Also the invoice you se t me totalled up to around $300. With my order I placed a cordless hand held stick vacume cleaner that didn't arrive last night at 6 and no one has followed this up with me it's a very sad time for me. I'd like to be informed on matters when I pay good money for them please follow up my requests when my vacume cleaner will be delivered and I have just been the Woolworths App and tried to track the order only to be told that Australia Post doesn't recognise the tracking number that you have. Parking slot
Glenwood Woolworths
I was told by a Woolworths staff today at 2:30 pm not park at the ‘ direct to boot’ spot. This is fair enough. But she did not see that my car was parked elsewhere and my husband brought the car and reversed it during that heavy rain fir me to load the groceries into the boot. Even after I explained that because it’s raining and only to load we reversed the car she kept on saying we are not supposed to park there.
It is very unreasonable to say that during heavy rain when customers are trying to put their things into the car. This Glenwood Woolworths has allocated 5 spots for direct to boot and it is empty most of the time. Is Woolworths encouraging only online shopping and not walk in ? We have been living in Glenwood for the past 15 years and have been shopping in this Woolworths for so long and the service has changed that much, as the staff cannot even identify what customers expect. We only need polite and friendly staff with good customer service.

Products not packed on shelves
I have been going to Woolworths store at Wonderpark for a special advertised on Sugar and Cake flour..in three on consecutive days during my Lunch between 11h00 & 12 h00 and at my knock off time around 16h30.
Today on my fourth day visit 02/070222 there is no stock on the shelves..
I spoke to Ivy who said there is nothing that they can do if the suppliers did not send stock.
Question: is this some kind of misspelling or misleading..or misrepresentation because i have been coming here and no product is on the shelves for the past days

Mt Pleasant customer service
At Mt Pleasant Mackay, 4740 Qld at 9am on Saturday 2 July, there were no checkouts open with a person to serve customers. Self service checkouts were open but none where a staff member actually put our order through. A number of people were angry and unfortunately the poor young girl who eventually opened a check out after a customer asked a staff member to serve him, bore the brunt of his anger. I knew it was not her fault so chose to make my complaint this way.

Quality of ladies boots
I purchased long winter boots in 2021 from Woolworths Kollonade centrum.
It's was only worn in winter (3 months).. I have noticed that they are peeling in such bad way I have no longer can use them. I'm really disgusted on the poor quality seeing that I pay a lot. Length of time it takes to make simple complaint
I wanted to let you know your chicken pies are not up to standard earlier today, it took a long time to fill the form because it doesn’t tell you how many digits I have written in the outcome so I had to remove this bit by bit until it fitted, this took a long time, it finally submitted and then I had to fill in similar information on next page and create this account, are you serious, my time is valuable too, I was already ripped off with these 3 packs of dishwater flavoured pies without spending an hour filling in a form about it because the phone line said it was busy and to try online.

Bought 3x four packs of woolworths brand chicken and vegetable pies, we have had them before but these ones are absolutely gross, even with sauce my kids couldn’t finish them and felt sick and the cat won’t eat them either, what is that stuff. I tried one and instead of creamy chicken filling like usual it tasted like dish water. It was greyish yellow, usually a creamy colour with chunks of chicken and peas in there but those were very few and the gravy had a mild curry flavour in it like it had been mixed in by mistake but not enough to cover up the disgusting flavour of the filling. Having had these before and liking them I find this disturbing as I bough 2 extra packs as after school snacks instead of the usual 1 pack because we have an extra child staying with us so needed more but have ended up with less, really not happy about this at all. Refund $15 & remove from shelves remaining packs before another family gets sick. Unfit for human consumption, we opened 2 packs for the kids. I have receipt $5 per pack of 4x3 packs, half the pies are in the freezer in a bag marked danger do no eat. Petrol is expensive I shouldn’t even have to go all the way to store to fix this issue.

Service and staff
I visit pretoria once a month and for convenience, shop at the watermeyer woolworths. I have not been here once where there was not a long que of people, bad service from staff, no staff on the floor to assist and a group of staff always chatting behind the storeroom at the side of the hot-food counter. Today there were two poor ladies at the tills managing all the customers and I saw 4 others chatting in the store room.
When I asked for assistance, I was referred to the security lady - a lovely lady who helped me find what I needed. The ww staff asked her to show me - they did not have the decency or commitment to practice the woolworths values. Very very disappointed and I will rather go to the lynnwood bridge store far away than the one 1 km from the place where I stay.
Please train the staff at watermeyer street to practice the woolworths values, to pay attention to customers, to apologise when need be and think of what the customers in the ques are experiencing.

Team members being recruited for jehovah witness within work place
I worked for a supermarket. While I was still working there I was recruited by jehovah witness who also worked there. I then left company to Perdue other employment. However not long after that decided jehovah witness was definitely not for me and they got mad and managed to talk my old store manager into banning me from store saying I was threatening them etc. I had actually left company on good terms so was quite distressed that this could happen.
