I ordered The Ordinary skin range on the 31st of March 2024, paid for express delivery and I am still waiting for either refund or my products ten days later. Today is the 10th of April 2024 and I still have nothing from them.
I have called the online customer service, been given a reference number, had my query escalated - I have even been to Woolworths directly but my issue has still not been resolved. The reason I paid for Express Delivery was the urgency of getting the package, and if they fail to do why should I be the one to suffer waiting for them to try and locate my package before refunding me? I need my cash today if I cannot receive the parcel today. I will go and purchase the products elsewhere because I need them urgently.
Nobody has contacted me from Woolworths. This has been costing me calling to follow up. I have received calls from DPD couriers, telling me that the courier drivers cannot get through to me that’s why I have not received my parcel as yet.
So, I don’t know what to do. Woolworths cannot help me - DPD cannot help as I don’t have a tracking number.
I have spoken to management at Woolworths and they also tell me that there is nothing they can do to help me. I am so disappointed and frustrated as I really expected to have great service from Woolworths - as that is what they are know for.
Claimed loss: No. There is no option of claiming for loss.
Desired outcome: I would really appreciate either a refund in cash not their Woolworths Gift cards or have my products delivered to me.
