I had a woolworths staff account. When I left woolworths the company did not deduct the amount owing. Upon applying for a bond I was told that I have been blacklisted for not paying my woolworths account, which was not even brought to my attention in the first place. After hearing about this I went into a woolies store and paid my account in full. I have called the recoveries department on numerous occasion requesting a paid up letter due to my bond application being pending, but I was told to wait for 3 day to receive the letter, however I don't have 3 days cos my bond application is gonna be rejected. I don't know who I can speak to, to let them know the urgency of this paid up letter.

i am very disgusted by the woolies recovery department I have sent them a paid up letter from NDS on the 1st of december 2014 till to date nothing has happened. I called and spoke to Phumla who i spoke with on the 1st of December who adviced me that I should send the letter to angencysupport... which I did when I called today Phumla said this matter is still not allocated to any one I must call Sharol on [protected] or [protected] one of these numbers does not work and the other just rings. I seriously fed up with your deportment. From toady will be supporting the people that is boycotting your shops because you people are incompetent. I need my ITC profile to be updated. I have since asked for a paid up letter on 23 november 2020 till date I have not received it.
I am being told my email address written there is wrong, kindly email the letter to bonnie@dafin.co. bw

I owed approximately R62 on my woolies account. I received no letters or calls regarding this. When I tried to use my card in Woolworths, it stated 0 balance. Still no letters, etc. When I queried what was owed in store, I was told it was the amount above. I proceeded to settle the account by paying R200. I emailed and spoke to the recovery dept. I was told the account was closed and the balance was used for recovery fees. I asked for a full statement regarding this and till this date have not received.
I called Woolies this morning 7 Feb and spoke to Anisa. She said she could not help me. Poor service and management. This is actually fraud with recovery dept. I don't want the 140 they owe me but I just want to.know how many others do they do this to.
Also I need to know if I have been blacklisted. I am now trying to take this further.

I Devi Chental Kuni had a woolworths loan account that I paid up in full 1999, till today I cannot get a paid up letter from them and my credit score is very low, due to this and I am unable to open any accounts anywhere or apply for any credit as it reflects a low credit score. I need a paid up letter for a late payment that was corrected more the
An 2 or 3 months ago. My credit score is suffering because you have not updated my status. Why are you quick to blacklist but don't worry to reverse it when it is paid in full and has been since 2 or 3 months ago.

I urgently need a paid up letter!

I have been under debt review since 2009.

i paid my outstanding amount in full in October 2020.

Please let me know how to go about receiving this letter, I need it to go to court.

I ve been trying to get a paid up letter from Woolworth for almost 5 months now after being told it would be emailed to me in 2 to 5 working days what do I do to get it please help I settled the accounts almost 5years ago
