I brought a dress at Woolwoths in Claremont Cape Town for R725 for a weeding that I was attending in their Eastern Cape, when I came back days after wanted to take the dress to the cleaners so that they can was the dress so that I can put it away, bt saw that the dress was peeling and I had only wore the dress max 3 hrs as the traditional weddig was on that same day, bt took the dress to Woolworths in Cape Town Adderly street as I work in Cape Town was adv to wait for 2 weeks cause they had to take my dress to the technologist, o problem I waited by I saw that 2 weeks past noone contacted me I had to call them the store including the Head aoaffice to find out what was ghappening and was adv that they were going to call me, and no-one called me then today the 15/12/2015 I called the stor and was adv that a lady by the name of Noba is going to call and she did not call and I then called the head office who then told me someone in the branch is going to call me, so I waited forabout 2 hrs then a lady who did not tell me her name adv me that I had to come collect my dress as the technologist are sayingthey not going to take my dress as they said that inside the dress there are marks which I had notified the lady who took my dress when it was going to the technologist that I wore I tights cause it summer and I sweat in summer infact all ladies wera tights underneath a dress, and the worst part is that this dress has I frill and the marks arte on the frill and not the top dress were does peeling and marks underneath the dress come in.. I am so dissapointed with woolrths
I registered a complaint over 3 weeks ago about the Dainfern manager and staff, still no reply to Hellopeter complaint
I have been trying to use my credit card, no Luck! I have been speaking to customer service and they keep on telling me its the machines that not working. So now I went to the bank to withdraw money and guess what it tells me the account is invalid.
I will not pay a single cent on this account until this card is in a good working condition
Bought 3 packs of chicken wings from George woolies, at least one wing in each pack had black speckles on them . Not too easy to clean had to cut them off .
What are black speckles ?
Purchased beef biltong which was mouldy. Very disappointed and off putting. This is awful.

I bought The rooi karoo locally grown Farmer's crisps. And was very disappointed, very nice packaging and nice clean picture of the crisps on the packet. But when opened, the crisps was brown and tasted burnt.
This is the fifth time that I am experiencing this with my grocery deliveries, I think it's an issue with the particular store that is making my delivery. but nothing is being done to change things at the store, not sure which store but I have included order number below.

On the 5th of August 2022 I contacted Woolworths Financial Services regarding a personal loan that I am paying off. I was informed that the loan was paid in full and a refund is due to me. I have been waiting since then for my refund. More than a month and 24 working days later.

It was a very salty experience,too much salt but ate it as we were hungry.
I also bought cherries they were very bitter,not nice at all.

I sent my son today 12 November 2023 around 09:04 am to buy potatoes and when he came back they had the vege's combo sticker for 4 items. When going back same time and date to ask for exchange to take the combo items I was advise they don't have any combo special but on your brochure it's valid from 06 November 2024 until 19 November 2023.

The Boerenkaas with cumin cheese on the shelves now, which is now locally made, tastes nothing like the Dutch Boerenkaas with cumin.
I think the name Boerenkaas has origins in Holland. But the locally made material does not deserve this name as it is misleading.

Good day I bought my son woolworths school shoes 4 days ago, he wore them ones and came back with a blister on his ankle. Today he wore them again and still said he feels pain, I took the two shoes ND observed them. There one that fits properly is smooth on the inside and there other one has big bumps and it looks like it was stitched to tight
I bought a can of whipping cream from your store. The can is still like one third to go but I cannot get any cream as there is no more can pressure.
