My account is 15 days old, depositing and withdrawing many times. Now 1xbet blocked my account and refused to let me withdraw my funds. I sent all the verification documents that they needed.

They asked me a certificate for gambling addiction and I refuse to go to a doctor just for me to withdraw my own money.

A month before I asked a self exclusion and to block my account. I made a new account but they blocked it when theres big money in it. I asked them to let me withdraw my money and then they can block it again but they reject it.

I have deposited 1000 rupees to 1xbet through commercial bank. But the amount has not been credited to my account since I had a connection error and failed to upload the pay slip under 10 minutes.

It been a day and the support staff do not support me in anyway.

please be kind enough to resolve this matter.

its completely fraud. on day 1 of registration i have deposited 4900 bdt and won 94000 bdt. and when i went for withdrawal it didn't let me withdraw- and told me to mail security team. security team asked me several verification process which i provided accordingly along with face and indentity card. then they robbed my all winning left me with the deposited money and closed my account saying i have multiple account without any proof. i never had account with this site. this site is completely scam they robbed my money just because i won. they are not even responsing any of mail anymore. i want justice. i want my winning money.

The other day I made a complain about 1xbet not opening my account after been locked for about 10 month all in the name of account verification. I was told to contact the public relation email and what they told me was to submit the document requested.

Now I've submitted the document and 1xbet didn't confirm they received my document at that address I was told to mail it to in Mexico. The mailing company told me they mailed it successfully but 1xbet is not saying anything. I wrote my account id and my name on the document before I put it in the envelope because I was told not to make any additional mark on the envelope.

Hello. 1Xbet blocked my withdrawals because I have to submit a documents. I submitted my ID, and even take pictures of me and my ID. Now , the security team asking me to send them utilities bills for the past 3 months and bank statements. I have try to explain that I live in a poor country where as only 10% have access to clean water . I don’t pay for water here because I’m not having access to clean water . I deposited 7000 INR more than a month back on 13th June and it's still not credited into my account.
