Hello. 1Xbet blocked my withdrawals because I have to submit a documents. I submitted my ID, and even take pictures of me and my ID. Now , the security team asking me to send them utilities bills for the past 3 months and bank statements. I have try to explain that I live in a poor country where as only 10% have access to clean water . I don’t pay for water here because I’m not having access to clean water .
