I deposit money in my game account. Now I am unable to use that money. I contact customer care they tell me to contact the security mail of 1xbet now they want to assure that I am the owner of the account even though I am logging in from the same device as always. They ask for government id card photos, I provide them that then they mail me again to provide pan card photos I give them that also. Now suddenly they are asking me for my bank statement. I told them I use upi because I have not activated my internet banking and I cannot access the statements without it. I told them I can provide the information of the last transaction I made but they clearly refuse to activate my account or give me back my refund. This is not the first time I had to re activate my account but they never troubled me like this before. Either please provide the refund or unlock my account. I am not applying for a government job that a betting website suddenly requires all the details of about me.

The thing here is I got proof since I did payment from google pay and you cannot do a charge back from google pay (common sense) anyhow if we leave that common sense I got proof of that transaction in my google pay of no flags were raised regarding that payment.
Update : They are asking my UPI ID to be shown as my bank account number in my bank statement which is not possible ! Is this is a new way to scam people out of money ?

Been dealing for weeks now with their security department ( through email), they have no problem accepting various funds for deposits from crypto to bank accounts, but when it comes to withdrawl they become dodgy and shady.
1st they asked my for my ID which I provided, fhen they ask to provide proof of my deposit through the bank(although those funds were completly lost and account went to 0 and I used cryptocurecny to top it up)
