My id is blocked by 1xbet company. It already have been more than 2 month. They asked for the personal documents and I already have mailed them all of my personal documents and details but they keep saying your account is under verification only. It's my 2nd day with 1xbet ID : [protected] now I've deposit 180$ by Cash agent EPOS and 10$ by perfectmoney and when i try to withdrawal funds they refused to send it to perfectmoney and I've to withdrawal it by Cash Agent, and when i contact with the agent he told me that he havent money at this moment and i have to wait few days and today he told me that he didn't work anymore with 1xbet and i can't withdraw money by him so i contact 1xbet customer services they told me he is the only way to withdrawal money and refused to send it to another method so i told them i can deposit from another method so i can withdraw to it but they refused too
