12-10-2023 I make a call request from 1xbet app. Then someone call me from 1xbet. I gave him all information what he was asking for. First time I was disagree to give my information. Then I discuss that matter to live chat. I ask in live chat agent that should I give information though I make a call request, he told me to make a call request again and give him the information. After making a call request someone call me within 5 minutes. Then he ask everything from me. After that I can't login my account anymore. Immediately I mailed all of 1xbet email address, even I call international helpline number. But no one care about it. I'm 100% sure that is made by 1xbet itself. I have all the evidence, when I make call request, what I was instructed to do via live chat, all call record.
Finally I'm sure this scam did 1xbet himself. Beacuse without 1xbet no one would never know my bet details, my documents details, my security question. Biggest surprise is that when I make call request he called me! If you need any proof tell me, I can provide every single proof that this scam made by 1xbet. My gaming id is [protected].
