so the delivery guy came to my house to drop off the tv and ps4 and when delivery guy was puting it in my home he hit it aganst the door and droped it on the ground not like fully droped but like it sliped well he said if i wanted him to set it up the tv i said its up to u if not i can well he didnt and when i opend it it was cracked the greer sc arrons didnt wanna replace they said it was my fault ...so honestly im not paying for it cuz it was not my fault and they left the broke tv and took ps4 ... that was soo worng ... i was getting the ps4 for my son for chrismas and they hurt my sons feeling ...

An employee from Aaron's called me about my payment a week previous to this call I called to inform them that I would come in the following week. I informed the employee that I had already called and spoke with someone about me coming in that week he got very nasty with me and then made a racial statement " Nappy head girl" He said after he thought I had already hung up my aunt was right there and heard what he had said I went in the next day to speak with the manager the same guy from the phone was there and he told me that the manager was not there.

I purchase a bed from Aaron's they brought it to the house and I was getting all bit up and I had to go to the doctor and find out I have bed bugs and it's traveling through my house I had to get somebody to come my landlord to determinate the whole house and it's contaminating all the rest of my furniture I told him to come get the bed they came and got the bed but I need my money back why am I paying for something I am not sleeping in I appreciate if you give me a call and we can talk about it more clearly and better thank you

To start I've been a customer for many years. I came upon some hard financial time recently.I got behind in payments.not to mention the stuff is almost payed foranu way, since then Jeremy one of the workers at Arron's has called constantly.came to my home several times and threatened to sue me him self .asked a young man to go in my home and bring the items out to him.and now he has whent through my payment records and took what little money I had out of my account without my knowledge.I never gave him consent to take this money. I'm really ready to take legal action if something isn't corrected.

I started contract with Aaron's they delievered washer and dryer was told to go to home depot to get different plug I did that called them to have them come install it the same day within the hour was told the couldn't come out till the next day when they finally showed it was after 8 pm and then was informed need a longer hose and vent cover for dryer the manger said he was going to come out never showed up very poor customer service I have called 3 to 4 time still awaiting a regional manger to return my call NO compassion all it seems to me that don't give a [censored] about their customers and they also hung up on me in the store and left the unit in the middle of my living room floor.So now I am sending it back never even got to use it once.Aarons is worst I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if cabl company comes out they have everything needed to complete the job why shouldn't Aaron also use same practices like ever other quality business does?

I started a contract with aarons on a pre leases bedroom suite. A couple nights after it was delivered. My boyfriend woke up and was broke out in itchy bumps and welts. We pulled back the mattress protected and noticed BED BUGS! I called the office to notify the manger after waiting to talk too him about 30 minutes, I called back a second time! I was still being told that he was talking with a customer. I ended up never receiving a call back the entire night! Neither did he call back the next morning. I had to contact him! After, the manager came over to assess the situation and did in fact find BED BUG EGGS in our box springs! We are still not being offered anything to compensate our family in exchange for our pain and suffering. Also for bringing this into our home. I'm highly upset!

I have been on time and never had a problem with my account till I got sick. A couple months before my surgery I started missing work and losing pay, BUT I still make over $200 payments every 2 weeks to Aarons. They called and harassed me and continued to do so while I was in the hospital. Now they wont come get the furniture and continue to call and harass me about payments. I barely got home from the hospital from major surgery having half my insides taken out. This is disgusting and unacceptable. I rather sleep on the floor and have no furniture at all.

I am a former customer of Aaron furniture of Dowagiac Michigan. I purchased a Whirlpoor used, dryer from them paid it off completely I made the last payment on September 4, 2018 of $53.29. I received a call today November 8, 2018 from a male caller informing me that I owe them a half of payment of $53.29. This male caller really upset me to the point of me yelling. I know I do not owe them $26.64 if I did why wait till November to contact me. If I owe them anything according to what he said then half of my payment would have been $26.64. After me getting upset and yelling at him he gives the phone to a female she tells me the same thing this upsets me to the yelling point again then she say I owe them a payment of $9.48 with their inconsistencies I told her I will pay the $9.48 on December 3, 2018 she hung the phone up on me I called her back. She said because I was upset yes, I was upset they need to get these calls right before they called people overcharging them. I never have received my paperwork or owners manual and any warrantees on the dryer. I hope I will never have to do business with this store again thank you .

My fiance and i have been having a tremendous amount of issues with the Aarons store located on 1909 Gregg Street in Big Spring Tx. Especially with the manager at this location. To begin with we have two separate lease agreements, a bedroom set and a home computer. We lack one payment to have ownership.
On one occasion, we decided we wanted to take out a living room set and lap top. The manager guaranteed that he would have them ordered and would call as soon as they came in. Later i called and spoke with a representative at this location and asked if our items were in yet. She stated " the manager never ordered them". One month later, when payment was due for the items were already purchasing, the manager gives us a call. I answer and respond to him by saying " Ive been waiting for your call. Is our merchandise in?" He claimed that the merchandise was in and had no other reason for calling. The next day he had another representative call and ask for the payment. Further detail are in complaint reference numbers.
We also have had issues with late fees that were not suppose to be there. We spoke with the Regional Manager about having payment for both items on the same day. The Regional Manager had to come down from Atlanta to correct the situation. After regional managers left, We continued to have the same issue. More details on Reference ticket numbers.
Recently, we went in to make a payment. I asked the representative to give me the balance on our items because it seemed that every time we went in they would tell us we only had 2 payments left. So i asked to pay off the computer which would have been approximately $174.00 for pay off and would continue to pay our last payments for the bedroom set. The representative state "sure, that makes sense" She went to verify with the manager and he stated that i could not pay off only one. That i had to make a payment for both. Mind you, these are two separate lease agreements.
So I make the $225.14 payment. When the manager calls again for our last payment, he claims that i did not have enough money to pay off any items which is false because i was able to make a $225.14 payment. Pay off amount for the computer was approximately $174.00.
It is extremely frustrating with the amount of issues we have had with this locations management. Every time we go in there are new faces due to the fact that the management is not performing his duties correctly.
I am requesting to speak with the District Vice President. I spoke to the manager over the phone today and he rudely hung up on me so I went into Aarons and requested the number to the regional manager and the manager refused to give us the number. The manager at this location in Big Spring TX has stated in the past that he is good friends with the regional manager and it would be a conflict of interest to speak with someone that may have a relationship with the manager. The manager has very poor communication skills and customer service skills. We have video documentation of me asking for the number and him verbally kicking me out of the store. This is very unprofessional and would like my request to be answered as soon as possible.

Last year I paid off refrigeder. Driver who deliver to my house for washer and dryer and told me about club $10 dollars if problem with refrigader. So I went in Aaron's in Marion, Ohio. I told them to add it but didn't put on agreement. Just add and paid. So I called Aaron's about need fix refrigeder cause water still leak since they fixed last summer. So, I talked to store manager about problem. And she told me that I paid off refrigeder and paid off club for one years. I was puzzled and confused cause I paid 117 dollars every month on club and washer and dryer since last year. If didn't add for club 10 dollar I should have pay 107 dollars instead 117. That really ripped off cause she said it only for washer and dryer but it not on agreement not add it. I have paper show and it just said washer and dryer but not club 10 dollar on it. I know for fact it for refrigeder. My friend know cause he is witness and was with me whole time. Driver who deliver me that one know about it cause he the one told me about it and explain to me if one year past then can add more if you want it. I said okay. I asked Teresa when it stop but she wont tell me when it been stop. Then why I paid 117 for nothing. I feel like they owe me back what I paid. I have bought and paid for furniture and into mt lease it started to fall apart, they sent men out to pick it up to be sewn and 8 months have passed and I still do not have my furniture back! It's pd in full! Never was I late! Nothing has been done to accommodate me during this 8 month other than broken promises. Please I want my furniture back! The holidays are upon on and I already went the entire summer without it! I have metal rods sticking out of it and that's a hazard in itself. Please help me

Took home display about 5 weeks ago...noticed issues with the volume 3 weeks later and stated i would like one in a box since i wasn't sure how long this one had been on display and maybe that was the reason for the volume issues.I notified the store and was told they would have to order it and it would be in on this past Tuesday the 23rd. I made a payment the 26th and today the 29th i have a truck to exchange for a new one and Im told by the Gainesville Fl. Manager...Greg or Gary that i can't exchange for a box one..i will lose all monies already paid .and make another payment today if i want one in a box...Side Note...I have purchased and paid for a stove, refrigerator, and a laptop from Aarons with no problems. My mother rents from arrons in denison tx and we have falling a couple of payments behind my mother has told them several time she was waiting on her check and would be in as soon as she got the money. Since then we have had the same arrons worker come out to my moms after hours some nights its at 9 some time its at 9:45 and calls non stop. If something can not be done about this worker harrasing my mom who is sick i will be talking to higher authority

I have very disrespectful voicemails from a csr saying if i hang up on them they will show up to take my stuff. This was at a time when i was in an ambulance on my way to the hospital after my daughter was in a car accident. I dont like the threats and my payment was less than a week late. I dont think this is how business should be handled. Whoever he was he did not leave a name but i kept the voicemails for proof. His job is to call to remind me of my payment.this call was personal he said my name loudly and i could hear others in the store laughing. I will be taking other steps to expose his behavior if he is not reprimanded

I rented a entertainment set from aarons, made my intial deposit and paid 1 month in advance my items I ordered were 1 month late I then called to check the status on my order they said i'd have to wait till the district manager come back from vacation. My order came in exactly 3 days before my payment was due. On my due date I get a call from the store manager requesting payment, I then tell him I already paid 1 month in advance which by the way the items wasn't even in my possession till 3 days prior to my due date. Aarons are a rip off so you know what I stop making payments n told them to come get their items cz they are ripoffs they said no. Now they're coming by my apt harassing my family, literally kicked my door in n left a big huge dent in my front door, some big african monkey then calls both my sisters a [censored] and [censored]s. hot springs arkansas store and lack of communication
I have a bed and tvand stereo that I am renting from the hot springs store where they have my updated phone number and new address and never sent me a copy of my rental agreement that they were supposed to be sending to me in August due to the fact that I am unable to get at this moment due to safety issue they we're supposed to be calling me back and let me know what to do never heard from them instead they phone my ex boyfriend ex and she called him and he notified me. I don't want anyone being contacted especially when I gave them my information to contact me on top of it they also took payments off my ex boyfriend card when they were only authorized to do a one time as soon as possible I will return everything that I am renting from you I also have a rental in Clarksville are and I will be sending that back as well I will take my business elsewhere as I don't approve of the way that you handle business sad thing is I have had other rental with your company and I have never had these issues

I purchased many things at Aaron's, once I was about to make my last payment for a house stereo but was working two jobs around tax season (I was a tax preparer) and had forgotten to make the payment. My 9 year old son & 14 year old daughter; opened the door and the Aaron employee went inside my home and took the home stereo, for $140 that was a few days late. A few months later I received a coupon in the mail with the amount we had paid. We were practically thrown out of the Caldwell Idaho store, they said I no longer qualified to rent there. I drove 30 miles to another store and the store manager there said he would have someone from Corporate call me. That was 5 years ago and I have heard from nobody. It would be nice to get this issue resolved.
